Pet care experience
Dog lover and responsible caregiver
My journey started 8 years ago, when I adopted my Black Lab Bill. When we started training together, and the relationship we had grew to amazing levels. I realized the bond that our pups share with us, and the benefits of caring for these amazing friends. I can't wait to invite your pup into our caring, patient and happy family.

Took great care of sunny and was very accommodating! Sunny had a great time playing around ☺️

Andrew was fantastic! He took great care of Teddy and made sure she was comfortable and happy throughout her stay. He was communicative and provided regular updates, which gave me peace of mind. I would highly recommend Andrew and would gladly book with him again.

Andrew is amazing! I needed a last minute sitter over a couple of days and he responded within an hour:) super communicative and asked many questions to make sure our dogs got everything they needed. He also updated us throughout his visits and our dogs were so happy! Definitely rebooking and you should too!

We were so lucky to find Andrew as we are new to the Bay Area! From our first meet and greet in the park, he was warm and friendly and kept in touch daily to give us pictures and updates of our boy. We will absolutely have Kohl stay again, and recommend Andrew for anyone in the area looking for a new Rover/sitter! Thank you 🩷

We booked twice, once for a weekend and once for 18 days. The shorter and first stay was overall smooth besides a lack of updates and responses, which we let go due to his busy schedule. During the longer stay, when we had to go out of the country, our dog came back with a bloody, infected paw wound that caused a limp, which the vet said had not been treated for days. Andrew told my son that he didn’t notice it, highlighting his neglect towards our dog’s care. We took our dog to the vet, and the vet told us that he lost 8 pounds (from 37 to 29 pounds), a concerning 20% loss according to veterinary standards. The sitter told us our dog ate all of his food, dental chews, and roughly 5 ounces of toothpaste which is uncharacteristic for our dog and didn’t match the weight loss we saw. To highlight a visible example of his inconsistencies, we were told at the meet and greet and on his profile prior to booking that there were no children at home , but later found this wasn’t true through text messages and in-person conversations. we were not provided with regular updates via text, photos or video. We had to constantly remind and pursue him to send us updates Communication during and after the stay was challenging and unprofessional. We were disappointed in the care provided and would not consider him in future.

Andrew is so great with my Marina. He makes sure that I have a pic, so I’m not missing her too much during my work trip.
