Ni is, without a doubt, the most responsible Rover sitter we have ever had. Not only did she carefully follow all of our instructions, but she consistently went above and beyond by spending extra time playing with and cuddling our cat, Lottery. I’ve had Sora take care of my senior cat multiple times already while Im away and feel confident that I’m leaving my cat in good hands. My cat needs to be given several medications and Sora is able to handle that with no issues. She also updates me regularly. Will definitely rebook in the future.
We were extremely happy with Yifei’s care. We entrusted our 16-year-old cat to her for five days. Due to our cat’s health condition, he needed liquid gabapentin administered by syringe into his mouth, and she handled this responsibility wonderfully. When we returned home from our trip, it was clear that everything had been done exactly as we had requested, and our cat was calm, comfortable, and happy. Normally, after we come back from a vacation, he is stressed and has usually lost some weight. This time, however, he was relaxed, content, and had maintained his weight perfectly. It was obvious that he had a great time with his sitter. In fact, before we arrived home, I checked the camera and saw him waiting by the door, most likely expecting her to come. Elsa continues to take such good care of my cats Ricky & Lucy. She uses good judgment, anticipating issues and problems. This last time, as the electricity had been off in the area, Elsa anticipated that the water fountain may not work, and left a bowl of additional water for Ricky & Lucy.
