About: Dogs make my heart happy, and so do cats! :) I loved the times that I got to spend and care for my beloved Moki who went to heaven in Dec. 2023. I miss her every single day. I work as a substitute teacher and painting instructor, which provides me with a flexible schedule to pursue my hobbies and interests. One of my passions in life is dogs. I volunteer with Pets in Need by participating in their Doggy Day Out program. Back in high school, I was voted Most Dependable, and I believe I still hold that title dear to heart whether it's with family, work, friends, and clients. I would do my best to make sure your furry best friend gets lots of pets, play, and potty breaks. :) My schedule is pretty flexible since I work as a substitute teacher and painting instructor. I can easily block off dates so that I can be available. I know what it's like to have someone reliable and trustworthy to care for your furry best friend. I know that you can depend on me because I will love and care for your pet as if she/he's my own.
“Siqin did a drop in visit with our cats. She sent me a lot of videos and pictures and was able to get my super shy kitty to come out for pets and his meds. He usually avoids strangers for days. Excited to have her come back to see them again in two weeks for our next trip. The pictures/videos made me feel so much better about being away from them.”

“Myat took wonderful care of our two cats while we were away for a week. Her communication every day was excellent, she gave detailed text and photo updates with each visit and we could see that our cats were being well taken care of. 10/10 would book again!”

“Emily did a wonderful job of taking care of my mixed group of shy kitties during our get-away. I could see the kitties begin to greet her during her visits in the pictures she sent. She is warm and personable and took excellent care of them and their needs. Can’t wait to use her service again!”

About: We’re a dog-loving couple who enjoy caring for dogs as part of our daily life. We have experience with feeding, walking, playtime, and following care instructions, including special needs. We’re patient, attentive, and focused on helping dogs feel relaxed and happy in a new environment. 我们也会说中文 I currently work from home, which allows me to have a flexible schedule and spend plenty of time with your pups throughout the day. I’m able to provide regular walks, playtime, potty breaks, and companionship rather than leaving dogs alone for long periods. On weekends, I occasionally go out, but with advance notice and bookings, I always plan my schedule accordingly to make sure your pet’s care is never affected. I prioritize consistency, attention, and quality time, so your dog will always feel well cared for and comfortable. In my home, I provide a calm and safe environment with no other pets, so your pet will receive my full attention. I only care for one pet at a time to ensure personalized care and reduce stress. I have a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor time, potty breaks, and play. My neighborhood is quiet and dog-friendly, making it ideal for regular walks and exercise. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow all instructions carefully to maintain your pet’s normal routine. I make sure feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special needs are handled consistently, helping your pet feel comfortable and secure in their own space.
“I was initially apprehensive of leaving Oreo with a sitter, since he's a strong XL dog who can be reactive to other dogs. But I knew he was in safe hands with Su. Su took wonderful care of our dog during her drop in visits, and gave us cute pictures of Oreo with each of her visits. I didn't have to worry at all about Oreo during my trip.”

“We are so happy to have Veronica to visit our kittens, while we were out for a couple of days. She replied quickly to our request. She is wonderful, quite committed and thoughtful, always on time and follow through all care instructions. This is our second time with her and we will schedule her again no doubts.”

“Vanderlie did a great job taking care of our Booger. She was very prompt about her appointments with Booger. When we got back from our time away Booger was just as loving as she always is. We will use Vanderlie again in the future if we need to be away again.”

“We always ask for Charlene’s help when we need to be out of town for a few days. She is kind, reliable, smart, easy to communicate and very responsive. She takes great care of our cat and always sends lots of photos and provides us detailed report regarding her visit.”

“Jiaji did an excellent job, caring for my fur babies. She made sure their litter box was always fresh and fed them three times a day with snacks provided also. She sent me pictures of my babies daily along with what services she provided for that day. I will definitely keep her information available for future reference.”

Newark cat parents share their Rover experiences
We had an amazing experience with our Rover sitter while we were away for a week. She took wonderful care of our two cats, Rudy and Sebastian, and handled Rudy’s twice-daily medication with total confidence and care. What really stood out was her flexibility and reliability—when our return flights were unexpectedly canceled due to weather, she was able to add two short-notice visits without hesitation, which gave us so much peace of mind. Communication was great throughout, and the photo updates were adorable—we loved getting such cute pictures of the cats while we were away. It was clear our cats were in excellent hands. We’re incredibly grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. Highly recommend!

Siqin is the best! My kitty absolutely loves her. I feel very at ease leaving him in her care when I travel for work. She is very quick and easy to communicate with, provides timely and detailed daily reports, and takes the cutest pictures and videos of my kitty. She even printed one out and left it on my fridge...how could I ever book anyone else? Thanks Siqin for taking such good care of Zeus.
Eric is a wonderful pet care taker. He helped us out during our new years vacation in short notice. He was mindful of each of our cats behaviors and helped them with their feed and care. He was very punctual with the visitation times and provided us with in detail reporting.
This is the second time we’ve used Raeyna but the first time we’ve left our cats for more than a couple days. I am admittedly a crazy cat mom and was a bit nervous. Raeyna did a great job responding to my texts promptly and sent me pictures of both cats which helped put me at ease. This was greatly appreciated since one of my cats is fearful of strangers. Raeyna eventually earned her trust and even played with her! Everything was in order when we returned and our kitties came to greet us immediately. Thank you for taking good care of our kitties and putting up with an anxious cat mom!

Marney was awesome! We had a bit of an emergency with our original cat sitter bailing on us last minute (which was very upsetting) but Marney stepped in and handled it wonderfully! Our cat Milo took to her immediately and the two became quick friends which relieved our anxiety so much given the situation. She was responsive, diligent, and followed all our instructions perfectly! We'll definitely book her again as soon as we need it!
