Mila is very sweet, punctual, and flexible to work with. My cats went straight to her during our meet-and-greet, which I had never seen them do with a stranger before. She is a great communicator and took tons of pictures and videos during her visits. My older cat has a history of UTIs, and my other cat occasionally has loose stools, so Mila carefully reported the quality of their pee and poop in the litter box each time. When the weather was warm, she made sure the temperature in the house was comfortable. She has great attention to detail, and my cats love her! Highly recommended!

She was very detailed, thorough in her communication and followed all the instructions during her drop in visits. We have 3 cats and one of them has anxiety issues and leading to accidents.
