“Cindy took such great care of our Rocky! We got updates daily with pics and videos so we never had to worry or even wonder how he was doing. She has a lot of experience too and that made us comfortable right off the bat during the meet and greet, especially bc Rocky has back and knee problems right now. We loved knowing that her daughters were giving Rocky TLC too bc he gets anxious. All in all, your pup will be in great hands with Cindy! Hearing Rocky was following her around everywhere told me he got those mama vibes from her and that’s all we could ask that she cares for him like her own! Thank you again Cindy!”

“My dogs had the best time with Jenna and Kristen. They’ve got a nice backyard for the dogs to play, they don’t take in too many dogs at a time, the place is secure and no fast traffic outside. Jenna and Kristen shared pictures and videos throughout the day. I also appreciated they were honest in sharing when my dogs ate and when they didn’t. They also managed my dog’s medications well. One of my dogs had the best playmate there and it was clear that she had a blast the entire time. We’ll definitely be back.”

Michael and Cindy were amazing with our two dogs, Rhone and Harvey. We had to find a last minute sitter due to our previous sitter having an emergency to tend to and Michael, thankfully, responded quickly and was available. Michael knew how to properly introduce our dogs to other dogs without any issues. He gave us regular updates which made us feel at ease and responded quickly any time we messaged him. We are so thankful for finding Michael. We will definitely use him the next time we need a sitter.

Our fur baby had a wonderful stay! Lai sent photos and videos everyday of her and it looked like she was happy, exercising, and well cared for. We had just moved to the area and were anxious to find a new dog sitter while we were going to be away on an international trip for over a week. Our dog has her own quirks, anxieties, and leash reactivity that make us picky about who cares for her. During the meet and greet, as I went over her care in great detail, Lai was very warm, understanding, and confident regarding the care of our dog. Our dog felt comfortable with her right away and that is saying a lot given how anxious she can be! Even at drop off, we forgot her dog bed, but Lai was very flexible and our dog was more than comfortable sleeping on the couch for the whole stay. Lai’s home has plenty of secluded outdoor green space and a quiet open neighborhood for walking. She also doesn’t take in more than 3 dogs at a time, meaning that more care and attention can be focused on her. Our dog needs to be fed separately due to resource guarding with food, but she has barriers to separate off areas if needed. Lai’s services were well worth the price, which afforded us the ability to relax, even thousands of miles away. We felt always that our fur baby was in good hands. We look forward to using Lai’s services in the future and would confidently book with her again!
We couldn’t have asked for better care for Roxy and Koda! Communication was always clear, and we were kept in the loop the entire time about how they were doing, which gave us so much peace of mind. They were incredibly kind, loving, and took such great care of our pups. Roxy and Koda were so comfortable and happy that they didn’t even want to leave! We would absolutely trust them with our dogs again.
