About: I got my first dog, Cookie, in 2017, but I had birds and fish as pets prior. I took care of most of the toys, treats, food and vet care for him. He is now around 11 and although I've moved out of the family home, I'm helping my parents transition him to senior care level: watching out for his joints and diet mostly. I've since moved in with my partner who has a 4 year old Corgi. He is a friendly, but high energy pup who would benefit from having other dogs around to play with. I sometimes dog sit my family dog with the corgi, so I am well versed in juggling puppy energy and training alongside senior care. I have a hobby photography background, so expect photo updates of your fur babies! 9/7 Mon ( Labor Day): FREE ALL DAY I'm currently mostly available on weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun) and holidays. Only looking to board/daycare one dog at a time right now, just so I don't overwhelm my own dog. May increase to more than one in the future! Mon-Thurs: Daycare/House sitting: None. Boarding: Drop-off after 5pm Drop in visits, dog walking: Nights only, 8pm onwards. Fri/Sat/Sun availability: Usually free all day for all offered services. Limited availability: 8/22: Free 5pm onwards. 8/29: Free 8pm onwards. 8/30: Free 5pm onwards. 9/5 Sat (Labor Day weekend): Free 3pm onwards. 9/6 Sun (Labor Day weekend): Free 6pm onwards. We have basic grooming equipment, if needed, to file nails, shave paw pads, and brush out fur. Weekends, I am able to spend more time with pets, like go on longer walks and visit pet friendly places (if you're ok with that). I have a fenced yard with grass/concrete area and an energetic Corgi for your dog to play with! I'm very respectful in others' homes and will strive to leave everything the way I found it or better. I am super organized and love relying on making to-do lists to keep track of all my tasks and responsibilities. I have a whiteboard dedicated for this at my home, but use my phone when I'm outside or in other's homes. I'm open to both crate trained and not crate-trained dogs. For cats, I make sure the litterbox is always clean and try to play with them if they want. Additionally, I'm always mindful of entering and leaving homes, in case a pet makes an escape attempt through my open door. I'm very detail-oriented, have great communication skills, and take great notes. So I make sure I know exactly the type of care you want for your pet!

About: Hello, friend!!! I have been housesitting and caring for other's pets, homes, and gardens since my teen years. As a writer I spend a lot of time working from home, meaning that I will largely be available throughout the day to give your pets all the attention they need and ease the discomfort of having their loved one (you!) away for a while. Staying attuned to an animal's needs comes naturally for me as it brings me fulfillment as well. Cats are my absolute favorite - I have had a cat as a companion in every stage of my life and cared for many more. I have cared for many dogs as well, but mostly quieter dogs with a "cat-like" demeanor. I have sensory sensitives so I am unable to care for younger and more energetic dogs that bark a lot. (Barking because excited for certain activities is expected and fine, though). Other pets I have owned and cared for include smaller pets such as goldfish, bearded dragons, hermit crabs, snakes, and tarantulas. I have great respect for what a home means and treat every space I am in with reverence, keeping it clean and cared for. I also have light experience gardening and am comfortable watering a mass of plants! I have housesat several locations that have an entire array of potted plants. I always make sure they are well tended to and kept as lively as ever! A little bit about me - I am a 35 year old writer and performance artist. (They/them pronouns). I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area of California, and attended college in Santa Fe, New Mexico where I received my BA in Creative Writing and Literature. I remained in the beautiful high desert for close to a decade in earlier adulthood. The culture and gorgeous landscapes of both Northern California and New Mexico have deeply informed who I am. I've also worked in childcare and children's entertainment. Being a caretaker has always come naturally to me and often brings me a sense of fulfillment. Some of my favorite activities (other than writing and performing) are hiking, reading, dancing, reading tarot, and making art. Any of my close loved ones will tell you I am a calm, kind, humorous, intelligent, and thoughtful person who approaches all things in life from the heart and with great intention. I can't wait to meet you and give your beloved pets the attention and love they deserve while you go on your next great adventure! Since I mostly work from home writing, pet care easily fits into my daily schedule. Occasionally, I have live performances and community events but when I am needed all day elsewhere I typically know well in advance and can communicate with you effectively to make sure this housesit is still a good fit for both of us and especially your beloved pet! All pet care will take place in your home, so I will keep your pets' routine as stated, ensuring that nothing is disrupted for them aside from your departure. Plants and home will also be cared for as you would care for it. Cleanliness is part of my values, so you can expect your home to be as organized and neat as you left it. I do not do deep cleaning such as vacuuming unless previously negotiated.

About: I have two dogs and two cats. I’ve done dog walking since early middle school and pet sitting for two years. I love animals and have for a long time. I’ll bring treats and spoil your furry friends! Walks, cuddles and playtime are my specialty! I just finished my semester of school and am pretty free for the summer! I love excuses to go out of the house and go on walk adventures with dogs or cuddles with your cat (or walk them if they like walks too!) About: Plenty of grassy areas for bathroom walks, small fenced in yard on bottom floor condo in a gated community. Hosting only one pet at a time so they’ll get premium care and undivided attention. Host works from home on weekdays and is available for 10-30mins walks 3 times a day in times of a busy schedule, more time is free on lighter days. Fenced in yard within a gated community. Pets are permitted. All areas inside and outside are open to the pet with the exception of one sealed room. Please provide your own food and supplies that the pet requires while hosting is needed.

About: My experience taking care of my own cat and dogs in my home for the last 10 years has given me a lot of knowledge about how pets behave and how to make sure they are happy while their parents are away. I helped raise my parents two King Charles Cavaliers, a very affectionate and hyper breed, and took care of them when mom and/or dad went away. I am experienced with grooming long hair on the ears and tail, and I wouldn't mind brushing your dog or cat as much as they allow. I love animals of all sizes and temperaments! I can make sure they are well-exercised on walks. I've had my cat since I was 8 years old, so I have plenty of experience with cat care. I know when to back off and when to redirect and play with cats, and I never mind giving plenty of pets. I am available all of the time unless I have plans in place. I am very flexible as well. Please reach out to me and we can figure out something that works for both of us. Any precautions you make me aware of will always be followed. I will adjust what I do depending on the animals mood, and make sure their needs are met. I always make sure that the animal(s) are happy and hopefully tuckered out by the time I leave.
