About: I've been raised to love animals since childhood, and we've had numerous dogs and cats at home growing up. My mother taught me a great deal about treating animals with care and love. I am retired and am available for cat sitting on weekdays between 8 am to 5 pm. I look forward to doting on and pampering your precious ones when they are under my care. With utmost care and attention in your own home. I know that cats are happiest in their own home, doing their own routines. Their comfort is my top priority.
“We are incredibly thankful for Kimberly, she is amazing! Our pet babies felt her genuine kindness and love, and we knew they were at peace because they were in the best hands. We felt that same peace of mind while we were away. Thank you so, so much, Kim. Not only did you take wonderful care of our pet babies, but you also looked after our home, plants and everything else. You gave us the greatest gift of all, complete peace of mind! 🙏🏼 Even our family members were astonished by your dedication and the exceptional care you provided. We couldn't recommend you more highly! Kim you are the best and our hero 🦸♀️!”

About: I’m a huge dog lover who’s very fortunate to have always been around them. I’ve grown up with big and small dogs and play with the dogs at the shelter regularly. My pup (10 year old terrier mix) gets daily walks, cuddles, and is best friends with all the small dogs at the dog park. Dogs are so loving and deserve to be treated with the same love and care. I am available early in the mornings everyday (before 10am and after 5pm on T and Th and before 2:30pm M,W,F.) I’m available all day on weekends and holidays. I try to stay home as much as I can. If I’m not home, my mom and older sister are. I feed them breakfast and then go on a neighborhood walk at around 8am. If they cannot walk, I have a pet stroller. When at home, they will lounge around inside or outside. Backyard door remains open during the day so they can come inside and outside as they please. The yard is fully fenced. If it’s a hot day I will give them a bath, set a fan, or go somewhere cooler like the marina.

“This is a late review....Christina had pet sitter for my 3 babies in July for over a week span. Talk about someone who knows how to handle shy pets and very vocal pets! Christina did an EXCELLENT job looking in on my babies. I received a prompt visit report and Christina took the time to get to know my fur kids and spent time with them. If you are looking for a great fur sitter, Christina is THE ONE!”

About: I’ve grown up with all kinds of animals from dogs to also small animals and reptiles. I’ve grown with dogs through all stages of their life from puppies to senior dogs. I feel I’ve always been empathetic to what animals may want/need, able to read their body language, always up for playing or cuddling, etc. I currently have a high energy mixed dog that I’ve trained myself. I’ve cared for her through being a puppy, her needs after surgeries, giving medications, helping comfort through anxiety, and playing throughout the day to take care of her energy needs. I have a big back yard if you need day care and your dog would have a companion to play with! We take daily walks that we’d love to have your pup join! I am a stay at home mom so I have complete availability to help care for your pets! I currently walk my dog every morning, but that can be adjusted to fit your needs for your dog to be walked. Because I’m a stay at home mom, day care is completely open for your pet to be at my house. We allow pets on furniture so your pet can be comfortable. Our dog is high energy so your pup can also get some energy out! Our backyard is very big to accommodate any running/playing they’d like to do. If daycare isn’t needed, I’m completely available to check in on your pet anytime as well! If your pet is coming to my house, it is completely open for your pet to feel comfortable and explore their surroundings. Our back door is always open so they can use the bathroom when they want to or also play and run around with our dog! Water is always out and available. If you’d like check ins at your home, I would of course respect your home and privacy. Nothing would be touched unless necessary to care for your animal the way you’re asking me to. Whatever your needs are, I will completely follow.

I take care of others pets the same way I do, and i respect that as the important parts of families like they are. In my clients homes, I will make sure that their pets are able to have many different avenues of activity, while still keeping them safe, and providing the mental stimulation they need, meaning lick mats for dogs of any size, and different puzzle games for cats and dogs alike!
“Krystle was amazing with our cat! She helped with all the things I asked for and went above and beyond and helped with other things like ant invasion when we were away. She was extremely patient and sweet with our cat that was hiding under the couch during her visits. She was able to get our cat to play with her after couple of days, thanks to Krystle’s gentle approach. I was comfortable being away and knew that my cat was being treated well and taken care of. I 100% recommend Krystle! She’s truly the best. I’ll definitely reach out to her if I need a sitter again.”

“Jennifer followed my detailed instructions very well and sent me constant updates with pictures while I went on a long deserved vacation. Kitty got sick a week prior so I was worried that she hasn’t fully recovered. Luckily there were no issues. Thanks Jennifer for everything! Highly recommend to others.”

About: I have hands-on experience caring for cats and currently own two of my own. I’ve been responsible for daily feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, playtime, and making sure cats feel safe and comfortable in their environment. I also regularly care for my cousin’s cat, including feeding and general supervision. One of my previous cats was a purebred Siamese who enjoyed both indoor and outdoor time, so I’m familiar with monitoring safety, routines, and individual personality needs. I’m attentive, patient, and enjoy building trust with each pet I care for. While I currently have more experience with cats, I’m comfortable caring for dogs as well and am happy to follow detailed instructions to meet each dog’s individual needs. I’m available to provide consistent care, including daily visits and check-ins. I ensure pets have access to fresh water, food as instructed, and a clean environment, and I spend quality time with them so they feel comfortable and cared for. I aim to provide a safe, calm, and caring environment for every pet. I make sure pets are well cared for with clean spaces, regular meals, and plenty of attention. I’m patient and observant, and I enjoy spending time with pets to help them feel comfortable and relaxed. I understand how important trust is when leaving a pet with someone new, and I take that responsibility seriously. I’m comfortable caring for affectionate pets who enjoy companionship, as well as pets who prefer more independence.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
