About: My preferred first name is Bear. I have 5+ years experience volunteering in rescue shelters with both dogs and cats and I’ve definitely developed a knack for befriending anxious/shy animals. I’ve also worked professionally as a dog bather working with dogs of all ages and sizes. I also have experience leash training dogs and training a few basic commands. They are very special and I have a deep passion for caretaking, one that extends to your pets! I can also administer medications if needed. I am a student at UCSF on summer break. About: I’ve been housesitting and taking care of pets for about 10 years. I work remotely full-time so this allows me to spend time with the fur babies and be present. I’m comfortable with anything thrown my way. I have taken care of big and small dogs, cats, bunnies, hamsters, etc. I also have experience administering medicine if needed. I work remotely so I am able to spend loads of time with your fur babies. I’m available every day and any time. I teach dance classes as well but that usually is only twice a week for an hour or so. Elisa was wonderful with our Chow Chow, Poppy. Chows can be a little reserved with new people, but Elisa was incredibly patient, calm, and understanding, which helped Poppy feel comfortable.
