About: I’ve taken care of a variety of dog breeds since I was 14. Neighbors and friends have had me dog walk and sit for anywhere from a few hours to a couple months. I also have a love and passion for animals and also work with horses / train horses so understand how to ensure consistency when it comes to training and providing care, regardless of the animals size and temperament. I’m currently working on call or freelance so can accommodate to various schedules. Will need a 2-3 day notice so I can plan ahead of time. About: I’ve had pets all of my life! I will treat your pet as my own. Love and respect go a long way in gaining a friendship with all pets. I work full time at a 9-5 type job. When I’ve stayed with pets, they get a walk before I leave for work and after I get home. I don’t take jobs too far away from my area during the week. I wouldn’t want to leave my own pet alone for more than I needed to, let alone someone else’s pet. My preference is to work with dachshunds, American bull terriers and cat. If I’m available, I’d love to sit for you! My small dachshund has a crate he sleeps in and a decent back yard. I will adhere to all instructions from the owners for their pets. I am able to provide your fur baby at least 3 walks/day (Morning, noon, evening). Depending on your preference, I can send an update once or twice (morning and evening) a day. About: I grew up around dogs and have always been around them. I have a senior husky I got as a pup, and my wife and I have a poodle mix that we got at eight weeks. I lived with a Malinois during its puppy years and really enjoyed training with her. Currently we have a 12 year old dog and have been taking in foster dogs (and a rabbit) for the past four years until they find their forever homes. Absolutely amazing and highly recommend! She was so great with my 70lb anxious husky and very accommodating with both meeting me at my work office and taking time to calm him down before going on a long walk. I am always hesitant leaving my large separation-anxiety dog with new people, but Alexis made the process very easy and he had a great time. Will definitely book again!
