Iryna was very kind when we met, and I had high expectations based on her excellent reviews. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the care provided for our puppy. I did not receive any communication from her, and more than two hours after our scheduled visit time, I reached out only to learn that she had not yet come to our home. We have a 6-month-old puppy who needed to be let out and cared for at the scheduled time, so this was concerning. Additionally, when she did arrive, the walk was much shorter than the 30-minute walk that had been requested. While I appreciate her kindness, the lack of communication, significant delay, and shortened walk made this a disappointing experience overall.

Iryna was a great care taker for our dog! She was very responses to messages and friendly to interact with. She made the entire boarding process super easy. Our lab had a great time playing with her lab too! I would happily recommend her to anyone!
