Hello, I go by Hannah or Jade! I love all animals! I would love to help you care for your animals. I’m very flexible and reliable. I go based on your needs and your pet’s. I’m good at listening and following directions. I want to make your pet/pets as comfortable and loved as possible. I always try my very best for you and your pet/pets. I’m very knowledgeable about dogs and cats. So, I know a lot about certain behaviors to be aware of when interacting with dogs and cats. I know how hard it is to leave your beloved pet/pets in the care of someone else, so I hope I can provide you with more peace of mind when I am taking care of your pet/pets. My experience with animals: I currently have three cats, Cinnamon Swirl, Tangerine, and Mizuki. I love playing hide n’ seek, giving head massages, and just playing with strings and things that intrigue my cats. I sometimes take care of my mom's dog, Bonnie. She's quite the bold character, but is very loving and sweet. I also sometimes take care of my dad's pets. He has 2 dogs, Lulu and Ziki, and 1 cat, Tigre. I often take care of my friend's pets, who has 2 cats and 1 dog. I also used to walk dogs on Wag! too. I have volunteered at pet animal rescues like Frederick County Animal Control and Wolf Trap Animal Rescue. I have fostered a kitten and a puppy for Wolf Trap Animal Rescue as well. I have dog/cat sat some of my neighbors' dogs and cats. I would go over to their houses every day to walk (if it is a dog) and feed their pet/s and any other little chores they wanted me to do. I also cat sat one cat who needed oral medication, and I used a pill popper to get the pill into their mouth. I used to have 2 dogs with disabilities and one cat who ended up getting lymphoma. One was blind with a skin problem, and the other one ended up having a spinal disk issue that caused him to be crippled. I took care of them till the very end. I loved them all so dearly. I never give up on animals. I am currently an adoption advocate for Rocket Dog Rescue. I help dogs with their foster and find them their forever home. If you are new to Rover: Procedure 1. We talk and answer any questions through message. 2. I highly recommend a meet and greet before the booking. See if your pet/pets is/are a good fit and us. 3. If we like how the meet and greet goes then we can book it (requires both of us to accept the booking). 4. I personally write detailed notes and pictures for what happens throughout my visit/experience.

Safety, trust & environment
At client’s home: I make sure to know everything about your home. What other things you want me to do around the home. I allow your pet to have all the comfort they need while you are away. I’ll make sure to lock all doors and make it secure. I’ll clean after myself in every way. I’ll leave the place mostly looking like nobody has been staying there. I bring in your mail and boxes if any. I will put out the trash cans if instructed. I will make sure I have the key or someway to know the code before locking and leaving the home! Make sure your animals don’t escape or have any opportunity to run.
Ratings and reviews
Jade took good care of our dog while we were away for two days. She sent lots of pictures and updates. She is flexible and is a good communicator.
Jade is very nice and sweet, but overall the experience didn’t fully meet our expectations based on what we hired her for. We booked her while we were abroad, and we have home cameras to check in on our cats (which we honestly forgot to mention to her). A few days into the trip, we reviewed the footage and noticed that our cats were receiving very little interaction. Most of the time, she seemed to be on her phone, and although she sent dozens of photos—40–50 per visit in the first few days—it created the impression of more engagement than was actually happening. Meanwhile, our cats were clearly seeking attention. After we reached out and kindly asked if she could be more present with them, the quality of her interaction did improve, though the photo updates dropped significantly to about 4–5 per visit. We are thankful that she stopped by consistently and ensured the basics were taken care of, but we wouldn’t have realized our cats weren’t getting the level of care and affection we expected without checking the cameras.

Excellent communication. Reasonable flexibility, and friendly attitude. Rest assured your fur babies will be cared for with Jades overwatch. A trivalley gem!
Jade is so kinda and easy to talk to! Cannot recommend her enough. She was thorough in her messages to use about how are pets were doing and provided loads of pictures.
Hannah is great!! She is a good communicator with daily updates, sends lots of sweet interactive photos and puts the client at ease!! Thank you Hannah! You take such good care of my cat and home!

Schedule
I work 10 am to 4 pm currently, Tuesday to Thursday. I can go before work and after work. Usually, my weekends are open. I make time as much as needed and wanted for your pet/s within my schedule. I usually work out three or more times during the week, but that is really what I have that is consistent on my schedule.
