Animal friends, are best friends!
Hello! thanks for stopping by my page. I am a born and raised bay area girl, and have lived all over the east bay. I have been pet and house sitting for my friends and family for the last 20 years. Over the course of that time I have gained experience with dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens, and turtles. Even as a child I grew up feeding, walking, training, and loving my own dogs, cats, rabbits, and guinea pig. They are family. Ask anyone who knows me and they will tell you how much of an animal lover I am, and usually the first one to get down on the floor to play with them. What you can expect from me with my services. I provide text and photo updates of your pets every day and during my stay, two walks per day plus potty breaks, taking garbage bins to and from the curb, collecting mail, watering plants, washing bed linens and towels. Should you have any additional or particular house-sitting request, just ask.

When staying in your home I try to find out what the animals daily routine consists of, and stick to it. I do not want to stray too far from that as I want your animals to feel safe and happy in there home with a new human staying in it with them. While staying with me in my home it would be best for smaller breeds as I live in a dog friendly townhouse complex, with a small patio and balcony. I do have plenty of grassy areas for potty time, as well as a lot of local parks and trails..

Desiree did a great job with the drop in visits for our cat Cece. She took care of giving her food and ensuring her water and litter was clean. She also played with Cece and gave her the love and affection she needed. Desiree sent us detailed reports every day along with videos of Cece. I would strongly recommend Desiree to anyone needing someone to look after their cat.
Desiree was great with my Rosie! We had her for 10 days. She sent constant updates and pictures of the fun they had each day. I would recommend her 100 times over. Before she left she cleaned up and laundered her bedding. We certainly couldn't tell someone has been living in our home for 10 days. We'll be calling her again for sure.
As always, Desiree’s pet sitting is perfection. After having to use a different sitter while she was away on vacation, all the attention and care really shines: Desiree is always on time, follows instructions to the T, she always leaves a detailed note after each visit with amazing photos. I’m never worried with Desiree, the cats are in loving hands with her. Thank you so much Desiree!
Desiree is the best! I love how she takes care of my dog Milo and our house. I have no worries when I am gone with her there.

Absolutely perfect!! This was our first use of Rover and thus our first time using Desiree. We went in blind not knowing what to expect and came out with a new adopted parent to our cats. Desiree was the purrrfect match for our needs. She communicated well and met every need and accommodation. Our cat CeeCee loved to play daily with her new human friend. Desiree was very reliable and we will define use her again. Maybe next to watch the cats and our dogs!!!
