I grew up on a farm surrounded by cows, goats, chickens, cats, and dogs. This evoked in me a deep passion for animals, but especially dogs. My current occupation is nannying and I have been doing so for 10 years. I have also worked as a petsitter when the occasion arises. I love both of these jobs and this is the reason for deciding to sign up for this app. The way that I would describe myself is: responsible, caring, calm, sensitive, trustworthy, and reliable. I can easily create a connection with children and dogs alike, which makes them more comfortable spending their time with me. I feel comfortable sitting dogs of all sizes. I care for pets by maintaining their normal routine, including feeding, walks, play, and rest. I pay close attention to their behavior and well-being, making sure they’re comfortable and safe at all times. In clients’ homes, I respect their space, keep everything tidy, and follow all instructions carefully. I also communicate consistently with updates, photos, and any important observations.

Mariane took wonderful care of my dog, Linus, over the Fourth of July weekend. Like many dog owners, I was especially concerned about the fireworks and how he would handle them. Throughout his four-day stay, Mariane sent thoughtful updates with photos and videos, which gave me so much peace of mind. Linus was understandably a little scared during the fireworks, but seeing how patient, comforting, and attentive she was reassured me that he was in the best hands. It was clear he felt safe, loved, and genuinely cared for. I came home to a happy, well-cared-for pup, and I’m incredibly grateful for the love and attention Mariane gave him. I wouldn’t hesitate to trust her with Linus again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and dependable dog sitter.
We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter! She took such wonderful care of our dogs while we were away on vacation for a week. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were in such loving and capable hands. She kept us updated, sent photos/videos, made sure they were happy and well cared for, and treated them like they were her own. We came home to two happy, relaxed dogs, and that says it all. Our babies had a great time with Mariane! We were quite stress free on our vacation, knowing they were in good hands. Mariane also made sure that we came back to clean house! She took care of our little ones medications, food (including cooking a fresh batch of food for them) and walks. We will definitely be booking her in the future for all of our vacations.
