A typical day
We’ll go on walks, play fetch, tug-of-war, or just explore the neighborhood together. If they like socializing, we can visit a dog park, or if they like their alone time we can hang out at home and do some treat puzzles! Working at the daycare has helped me understand and pay attention to their energy levels and adjust activities to keep them happy.

I used to work at a doggy daycare, a thrift store that supports the local Alameda animal shelter, and a pet food store. My love and knowledge of animals and their care comes from being around them all the time! I’ve always had pets growing up, and right now I’ve got seven cats at home!

Tia took care of our fur friends for two weeks while we were away on holiday. We couldn’t have asked for a trustier and more communicative sitter! Our 60 pound boxer mix is not an everyday fido either and doesn’t take to every human immediately. And yet Tia built a bond with her along with our senior and somewhat temperamental cat that allowed us to be at ease while 3000 miles away on vacation. To top it all off, she left our place even cleaner than we left it which I deeply appreciate returning to after many hours of traveling. Couldn’t recommend her enough!
Tia is super attentive and patient with our nervous and dog reactive boxer mix. We love to see how much she’s warmed up to her these last few weeks
