I had my own dog until she was 15 years old. Since she passed, I’ve been actively volunteering at Berkeley Humane Society and most recently Milo Foundation, where I have successfully fostered several dogs. I have experience with dogs of all age ranges, from puppies to seniors. I have also pet sit for dozens of dogs over the years and truly believe that dogs make the world a better place!

I care for pets in my clients home by ensuring I stick to the animal’s routine. I carefully review the routine, commands, feeding schedule, etc. with the owner in advance to ensure the pet’s routine remains consistent and they are as comfortable as possible in the absence of their human. I am committed to getting pets out for daily walks to provide exercise and enrichment.

I’ve known Alyssa for about eight years and she has taken care of our dog for us on many occasions. Our dog loves her! She’s great with animals and has a lot of experience volunteering, fostering, and working with dogs. She’s actually the one who first inspired me to get involved at the local animal shelter. Great person and great asset to the dog-loving community.

Schedule
I am currently on a sabbatical and have a fairly flexible schedule. As long as I am scheduled in advance, I can be available for your pets needs. I am an active person who loves to hike, go to the beaches in Marin, and go for neighborhood walks. I also value relaxing at home and taking it easy too. Depending on your pet’s energy level, I can easily adapt to their needs!
