I can't recommend William highly enough. He has cared for both of my cats over the past year, and each experience has been exceptional. Last year, he was with my beloved 18-year-old senior cat during an unexpected and heartbreaking emergency. He treated her with incredible kindness, compassion, and dignity, and his support during that difficult time meant more to me than I can express. Most recently, he took wonderful care of my one-year-old kitten, Ellie, keeping me updated with messages and photos so I knew she was happy and well cared for. He is dependable, caring, and truly treats your pets as if they were his own. I am so grateful to have found him and wouldn't hesitate to book with him again.
Barnaby’s first stay at Le Club Meow was amazing! This was his first time going somewhere for boarding. Will was meticulous and clearly has a passion for supporting the wellbeing of all cats. He is super well-informed made sure Barnaby was healthy and happy and loved while we were away on a 2 week trip. We will definitely come back again! Thank you, Will!
William was absolutely wonderful with our dear Lilo! I love his set up that also allowed us to see her and talk to her anytime, while we were away on our trip. He took amazing care of our cat, even made special meals. She came back a happy kitty! Thanks again!
William is great! He has watched our three cats every time we are out of town, and does a great job with them, including one of our cats who needs meds.
Le Club Meow totally exceeded all of our expectations. Mango had never been away from home before and we had to leave him for 3 weeks! I was so nervous about it. William was super communicative, put me at ease, and the kitty cams are so helpful and reassuring. Also, huge bonus is that William is just a really great person and genuinely cares for the kitties!
