My typically aggressive with strangers kitty had a great time and was well cared for - without any angry behavior on her part! Would definitely board with William again.
My husband and I are so happy we found William and Le Club Meow for our Dukes! We adopted Dukes (2.5months old) two weeks before our vacation and needed to desperately find a good fit since we would be gone for ~2 weeks. Will was incredibly responsive and communicative from start to finish, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. He was also very flexible and accommodating with our schedule, making the entire process stress-free. Most importantly, it was clear how much he genuinely cared for Dukes! William and his cats treated Dukes like his own, making sure he was well cared for, comfortable, and loved. William even treated Dukes to food that surpassed what we had provided (still new kitten parents 😅) which we were so grateful for! We would absolutely recommend William to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and reliable pet sitter. Even though William was a bit far from our home, he definitely was worth the travel to! We’ll definitely be booking with him again!

This was our first time leaving Malmoos with someone, and honestly, William made it super easy. He is a pro and incredibly reliable. We really enjoyed the daily photos he sent, and it was reassuring to see how much Malmoos was enjoying her home away from home. William has an amazing setup and his care and passion is very clear. We would definitely leave Malmoos with him again.
