About: My name is Janel, I'm a professional animator living in Richmond, CA. When I'm not busy making movies for Pixar and Disney, I'm spending time with my dog Toby and would love to get to know your pet too! I grew up with dogs for my entire childhood and was in charge of walking, feeding, and caring for dogs large and small from a young age. My fondest memories were always with my childhood dogs, Rusty, my golden, Zeus, my Pomeranian, and Duke, my black lab, at my side. As an adult I was thrilled to adopt Toby, my four year old min pin mix. I quickly discovered that Toby is *very* reactive to other dogs and so I now have several years experience with managing his reactivity. Walking him is now a fun filled experience instead of a stressful one because we've put in the work! If you're worried that a sitter/walker won't understand your reactive pup, or will have a hard time managing training/rules around reactivity, have no fear, I've been there and I'm here to help. About: I’ve had dogs for most of my life. I grew up with 4 bigs dogs. Recently I’ve been doing walks on apps, I’ve done over 70+ services ranging from taking care of old pets to very young ones. People always set me as their preferred walker since they love that I listen to their rules and go on long walks with their dogs. For a 60 minute walk I average about 2-3 miles, depending on the dog. I’m currently a student at San Jose State University and I look forward to doing some walks or other services on the weekends when I’m back home, also I can do walks or sittings on the weekdays when I off school. I have a fenced yard, the dogs and cats are allowed in the house and my room. I will make sure to always keep a lookout and have them be where I am at.

Kyle is extremely communicative and professional. Both my dogs LOVED him. We have a 10 year old chow / shepherd mix who is slow to warm and a 5 month old Aussie Shepherd mix who is high energy and a puppy through and through. Kyle was able to meet both of their needs, provided me with ongoing communication, and was able to support with walks with a last minute / very fast turnaround.
