1. Nathaniel D.

“Nathan has been an enormous help to me since I sprained an ankle right before the holidays. He was available right away, was willing to walk Tina twice a day, and even walked her on Christmas Day! He's easy-going and flexible, and Tina is delighted when the doorbell rings. He's been a life-saver, I highly recommend him.”

2. Rebecca E.

“Rebecca is great with my dog and even brought him a companion one day. He needs more socialization with other dogs, so this was perfect for him. A very thoughtful and helpful touch.”

3. Lili A.

“Lili was a lifesaver when my husband and I came down with COVID-19. She responded to my urgent call for help and walked our dog Nico for a week. Nico left muddy paw prints on her pants during their first meeting (!), but they quickly became friends. Lili was professional and considerate of my time, and I highly recommend her services, especially if you live in the area.”

4. Amy U.

“Amy is great with my dog Max. He's always so happy when she comes to take him on a walk, and he's definitely getting good exercise to sleep away the rest of the afternoon. Amy is very kind and great to work with and coordinate.”

5. Brenda A.

“Brenda was awesome. We were so lucky she was available last minute and made everything so easy for us. She sent us great updates with lots of photos. Best of all, we could tell she really loved our dog and took great care of him. Highly recommend.”

6. Josephine K.
“Being my first time entrusting someone to my fur babies, Josephine came highly recommended from a friend of mine. She was amazing. My German shepherd and cat took a liking to her immediately and that sealed the deal for me. She has just a sweet gentleness around her and Rocky and Princess are happy to have Josephine watch them anytime day or night. Thank you so much Ms Josephine”

7. Judith B.

“This is a repeat hire due to the success and quality of the previous walk . Our Malinois is well rested after the walk , and communication with Judy was clear and comfortable . Heartily recommended!”

8. Melany B.

“Melany was great! This was our first walk with Rover and she made time to come by the day before to meet our pup (Tucker). Tucker had a great walk and Melany sent us wonderful updates. Would highly recommend her and will use her for future walks!”

9. Sarah Z.

“Booked a week long dog walk with Sarah for my two dogs while I was out of town and was able to do a quick meet and greet beforehand. She had no issues taking out my two reactive dogs (1 large, 1 med) at the same time. Would definitely rebook again next time!”

10. Samantha D.
About: When I was younger I started a pet sitting business in my community which I was very successful. I love animals of all sizes and have had dogs and cats all of my life. I’ve also had horses, turtles, iguanas and birds. I work from home so my schedule is quite flexible, I welcome breaks to spend time with your furry companion and give them the care and love they need. I will ensure your non human family member feels loved and cared for. I also have a pup of my own so if your dog needs a friend then I can bring him along and they can have a play date. I am comfortable with giving medication and ensure that your pets diet is followed.

11. Leslie R.

“Good communication and sense of humor. Accommodated my dogs needs even if they didn’t fully align with the Rover plan. I booked a walk but my girl decided she didn’t want to and Leslie hung out with her in the yard and gave her cuddles and attention instead.”

12. Olivia O.
“Olivia is the most animal loving person I know. She dedicates her time to foster dogs whenever she can. She has dog sat for me for the last 5 years and I have always felt that Casey was in good hands, even when Casey had special needs Olivia was able to take on the challenge. She has been invaluable to me and I would recommend her to anyone for any pet.”

About: With 7 years of experience caring for my own pets, I’m skilled at training puppies, have volunteered in local shelters, and am able to provide loving and fun care to all furry friends! I’m currently a college student taking online classes, which allows me to have an extremely flexible schedule. I’m readily available to provide attentive, reliable care whenever you need, ensuring your pets receive the love and attention they deserve. I have a huge fenced yard for safety. There is plenty of room to play and run around. There are no other animals on the premises. 16. Michael B.

“Michael did such an amazing job caring for our dog while he was out of town! He took him for walks and also spent time playing with him in our yard so that he wouldn’t be lonely while we were away and sent us the cutest pictures so we knew that our little fluffball was doing ok! He also went above and beyond by bringing in our mail and packages and taking out our trash cans on collection day. Highly recommend Michael - he’s responsible, kind, and very easy to work with!”

17. Yazmin B.
About: I’ve taken care of 4 dogs of my personal dogs 2 chihuahuas and 2 pit bulls when I was 9 years old. Throughout my years others have relied on me to help care for their bigger dogs. I currently have two cats that I care for. Pet care is extremely important to me so I fit it into my daily schedule. I feed my cats every morning, while I have 1 cat who uses the restroom outside I always let her out before she eats. When I get home from being out I clean the litter box of the cat that uses it. When it’s dinner time I like to think that my cats are a little spoiled so I take the time to set up their food how they prefer it. On weekends I like to take the indoor cat outside for walks since he is harness trained. I would care for the clients pet in their home by following the orders that the owner has for me. I would take all safety precautions needed to keep everyone safe.

19. Mandisa W.
About: My name is Mandisa, I am a caring and compassionate Bay Area kinfolk. My dog recently transitioned after 14 years of lovely Boxer dog life. I decided this would be a great way to help others who might find themselves having a hard time finding a responsible person to love and care for their pets when they have the need to travel for work or for relaxation. I am available to board, drop in, walk dogs, take pups to the vet, or house sit depending on the needs of the client. I am very interested in helping urban farmers like myself. Thank you for taking a moment to view my profile. I hope I am able to meet you and your pet(s)! Diversity Statement: May all beings be free from suffering and injustice. I will always work hard to be inclusive, mindful, and aware of the needs of those families I encounter and their pets. I myself identify as and am happy to welcome QTBIPOC families and all others. Many blessings! MW I am an Ethnic Studies professor currently off on summer break until mid August. I am looking forward to providing great care for your beloved pet. I always have lengthy conversations with pet owners including a site visit with the pet present. This helps to ensure that everyone is comfortable and the client/pet can see that my yard is fenced in the back and the front and my home is ready for boarding or day visits.
