About: I’ve had pets my entire life and genuinely love spending time with animals of all kinds. I’m comfortable caring for pets with different personalities, needs, and routines, and I’m happy to help with whatever care or services your pet requires. I have experience administering oral medications and caring for a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, lizards, gerbils, hamsters, guinea pigs, and tortoises. I’m currently in grad school and have classes throughout the week, but I have a flexible schedule outside of class. I’m available for pet care in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings, as well as on weekends. I’m happy to work with your schedule and accommodate your pet’s routine and needs whenever possible. When caring for pets in their home, I prioritize their safety, comfort, and routine. I carefully follow each owner’s instructions and make sure pets have everything they need, including food, fresh water, medications, exercise, and attention. I’m attentive to doors, gates, and other potential safety concerns to make sure pets stay secure. I also treat every client’s home with the same care and respect I would my own. I’ll keep things clean and tidy, communicate with owners throughout my visit, and let them know if I notice anything unusual with their pet or in the home.

About: I love all animals, and have been pet and house-sitting for more than 14 years. I am extremely communicative, clean, and most importantly, truly enjoying spending time with your pet. The largest amount of animals I have taken care of at one time is over 20, but this did include some chickens and birds :). I have experience with chickens, cats, dogs, bunnies, parakeets, guinea pigs etc. I also have many years of experience house sitting. I am a grad student, so my schedule varies day to day. About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life! At one point, my family had up to four dogs at a time. I also have taken care of other animals (lizards, cats, fish) for neighbors, friends, and random job postings found online! I am capable of bathing, walking, feeding, giving medications/ treatments, socializing, or whatever you need for your pets! I am currently in school online and taking some time off of work! This leaves me with extreme flexibility to take care of your animals. Every pet and pet parent is unique! As long as you give me the gist of what your pet needs, I am happy to provide that.

About: Aside from owning my own dogs for over 10 years, I have worked as a professional pet-sitter and dog-walker for 5 years. I make sure to be intentional with how I spend my time with your loved one and bring them back feeling cared for and hopefully tired! I'm currently a part-time student, so I will have lot's of time to dedicate to your pet! I am mostly available to sit or walk on weekdays between 12 - 8 pm but if this time frame doesn't work, feel free to send me a message and I would be happy to accommodate you! About: I have had plenty of dogs and cats in my home since I was young. My husband and I are HUGE animal LOVERS!!!! we are away for college and are MISSING our animals back at home. My husband is a pre vet student with plenty of veterinarian shadowing hours, all animals are welcome. We can’t wait to meet you and your 4 legged friends!!!!! I am currently on the cal gymnastics team on weekdays until 12 and my husband works part time 2x a week, then is home doing online school the rest of the week. We are open and available on weekends and plenty of time in the afternoon and evenings during the week to play and love on your animals!! We currently live in an apartment on the 1st floor with a fenced in balcony. All animals are welcome inside our home and are welcome on all surfaces. There is also a park near by where we often visit. We can accommodate any needs or wants you might have for your furry friends!!!!

About: For the last four years I’ve lived in a home with two Rhodesian Ridgebacks. One was a senior at 13 years old and the other is three. I’ve learned how to adapt to their different needs based on age and personality while setting boundaries and aligning to my Housemate’s desires for their care. (Which has helped me get to know new dogs pretty quickly.) We walk, play and cuddle. When needed I administer medication, feed them, and sometimes cook for them. I look forward to chatting with you about your family’s needs. When house sitting I do not schedule any other families for walks or drop-ins. The care I provide is all inclusive so that your baby gets all of my love and care. If I am not house sitting, I’m available everyday after 11am for walks and drop-ins within a 1 mile radius of lower Rockridge or easily reachable by public transportation. To ensure safety and comfort, I won’t be walking any other dogs outside of your household. I am available to spend time with your pet(s) in their home where they will be the most comfortable. Having reactive, anxious dogs can be emotional, and honestly really hard when it comes to finding the right sitter. Stephanie didn’t just handle that well, she handled it with an incredible level of calmness, patience, confidence, and intuition. She asked thoughtful questions, followed our meeting protocol perfectly, and met the girls exactly where they were emotionally. She approached everything calmly and confidently, and our dogs responded to that almost immediately. By the end of the visit, our dog who normally takes a long time before allowing touch was ready to give Stephanie kisses. Our other anxious pup was already listening to cues and happily doing tricks for treats. I genuinely feel so lucky we found her. You can tell this isn’t just a job for Stephanie. She truly understands dogs, especially the ones who need a little extra time and care. I already know she’ll be someone we use long term.”

I am working on getting a job remote and will have a lot of time caring for animals. I usually watch tv with cats or play with toys for either a cat or dog. I like walking dogs too. I make sure to feed them and refill the water bowls at the exact same time of day.
