About: We adore animals of all kinds. We have hardwood floors for accidents, and filtered water. We have a fenced yard for running around with our kids and potty, always allow indoor access, and we don’t leave your pet alone. James has volunteered at the Dog Shelter for years, has CPR/Rescue training(for humans) and an understanding of CPR and first aid for dogs. After many years of dog sitting, we've welcomed a variety of different dogs (around 50+ at last count) into our home. We have administered eye creams, injections, and many other medicines. We don't clip nails. We are happy to send pictures and videos and even facetime or video chat by request. James works from home, and we typically go for two walks a day so we are always happy to have a guest pet with us. We have thoughtfully organized our home to avoid dangerous substances, escape issues, and to ensure maximum joy and safety! We would love to give you a tour during a meet and greet.

About: I’d love to care for and walk your pets. Dog park romps, petting sessions, and snuggling provided. I care for them in my home or drop into your home as needed. Experience with large animals, geriatric and young animals. I have a 6year old neutered male Australian Sheppard and a 2 year old indoor/outdoor cat. Both are amenable to sharing their space with new furry friends. I'm an active retiree so I have plenty of time for your furry family members. My dog loves to play with new furry friends or chill and give them space. I have a fenced yard and dog door for in and out privileges. I accept dogs that are crated at night or free roaming. Home is well suited to pets.

About: I've had cats and dogs in my home since I was a child. Since 2020 I have been traveling the country--and beyond--as a full-time, nomadic pet sitter. I have taken care of dogs in Malibu, California; horses and pigs in Ocala, Florida; Ragdoll cats in South Queensferry, Scotland; goats in Oakland, California; and giant bunnies in Oceanside, Washington. I've given medicine to old animals, including insulin injections for dogs and cats. I'm basically the Mrs. Doubtfire of pet care. I travel sometimes with my companion, Cheri Isabella, so sometimes there will be two of us taking care of your animals. I am a full-time pet-sitter. I spend most of my time working as an online writer and illustrator, so I will be around to give your pets as much attention as they need. I do not have a home so I am not able to board pets. I can only take care of pets in their own home.

About: I have one French Bulldog, ZaZa who is three and a tiny poodle mix, Blake, who is 2.5! Blake has lived with me throughout most of my college experience ever since he was 2 weeks old. I trained him by myself while also taking care of zaza from time to time! I just graduated from UC Berkeley, and I am currently looking for a part time job, but as of now I am completely free to focus on caring for doggos! I also have my dog Blake at home with me, so I am open to fit with your schedule. Blake is an energetic dog, so I like to take him out on 3-5 walks everyday. I also take him to the dog park once a week to help release his energy and interact with other dogs. I have plenty of toys at home, and training treats! Since Blake is a poodle, and he has long curly hair, I have a grooming kit at home as well that we use once every two weeks!

About: I’ve been pet-sitting and a pet owner for most of my life. I grew up in a 2-3 dog household and recently had my pit-mix Marla. I am currently pet-free but excited to use this opportunity to meet and care for new friends! I have a flexible, part-time working schedule and I am happy to work with your pet’s routine and needs. I am able to easily by car or transit from where I stay For dogs: I live in a first floor apartment with easy access to a park (3 min walk) and plenty of safe streets for walks of any length. There is a dog park about a 7 min walk from my place. Regardless of where I am, I enjoy taking long walks and am very patient and attentive when in public with dogs. For cats: I am happy to care for them in whatever way they need whether that includes giving a lot of attention or space if thats what they prefer. Providing food, water, play and a comfortable, safe place to coexist is my goal.

My goal is to help you feel informed and reassured while giving your pet patient, attentive care that respects their personality, routine, and boundaries. My hands-on experience includes two and a half years caring for my rescued Chihuahua mix and two cats. I also volunteered socializing cats at a shelter when I was younger and, more recently, volunteered regularly at a farm animal sanctuary from April through October. There, I helped with feeding, fresh water, cleaning, preparing barns, and evening routines. I’m especially comfortable with cats and understand that building trust often means offering quiet company, respecting their space, and letting them choose when to interact. Caring for my own sensitive, reactive small dog has also taught me to watch body language closely, stay aware of my surroundings, and create distance from situations that make him uncomfortable. I currently have a flexible schedule, which allows me to plan walks, drop-ins, and house sits around your pet’s routine. For new clients, I prefer at least three days’ notice so we have time to arrange a meet-and-greet and make sure we’re a good fit before confirming a booking. During house sits, I stay overnight but may leave during the day for other pet-care bookings, errands, and personal commitments. Before booking, we’ll discuss your pet’s usual schedule, potty-break needs, and how long they can comfortably be left alone, so you know what to expect. I take a careful, detail-oriented approach to caring for both your pets and your home. At our meet-and-greet, I’ll ask about feeding instructions, walking routines, behavior, triggers, household rules, and emergency contacts. I welcome detailed care notes and will follow the plan we agree on. On walks, I’ll stay aware of our surroundings, keep your dog leashed, and avoid unfamiliar dogs or greetings unless we’ve specifically discussed them. I pay attention to body language and give pets space when they show discomfort rather than pushing them into an interaction. In your home, I’ll be mindful of doors, gates, and escape risks, keep feeding and litter areas tidy, and respect your instructions about access to rooms and outdoor spaces. For cats, I’ll offer attention without forcing handling or disturbing them when they need space. I’ll keep you updated with photos and notes about how your pet is doing and communicate promptly if I notice a change in their behavior, appetite, or bathroom habits. My aim is to maintain the familiar care they’re used to while giving them patience and support during your time away.
