About: I have been caring for dogs and cats since childhood and deeply love connecting with animals. I supported my last dog through her later years and have sensitivity to the needs of elder puppies. I also enjoy the energy of younger dogs and live right near San Pablo park for dogs who like to socialize. I mostly work from home with occasional in person meetings during the week. I am available for pet care throughout the week and can let dogs out to the back yard throughout the day. I live in a quiet but lively neighborhood with lots of great areas to walk and sniff. The back yard is fenced in and allows space to lounge in the sun. There are no other pets or humans currently in the house so it is very peaceful and quiet most of the time. I don't take dogs from more than one household at a time. I check in on the pets I care for regularly and track their emotional as well as physical needs, giving pets and butt scratches often!

About: I have experience with all different kinds of dogs, from gentle giants to feisty 3-pound puppies. I grew up with a chocolate labrador who was my favorite creature on the planet. I raised and trained my dad’s Covid pup, a super stubborn miniature dachshund, and I helped my terrier-mutt rescue go from being reactive and defensive to the best little host you could imagine. When his dog friends come over, he brings out all his toys to share and actively engages them in play. I work from home and have a fully fenced yard for playtime and potty breaks. I believe in being kind to dogs no matter what because they’re all doing their best. I’m looking forward to meeting your best friend! I work from home, so while I do spend a portion of the day at my computer, I’m always around for play and potty breaks. My after work schedule is flexible. I have a 200 square foot, fully-fenced yard in addition to my apartment. Pups are welcome to come in and out as they please. For longer stays, I prefer pups who are either ok being left at home or in the car during errands (always in safe places with the windows cracked, of course). Crating is optional. I do not crate my dog, but am happy to do what keeps yours comfortable and safe.

About: I love all animals, and have been pet and house-sitting for more than 14 years. I am extremely communicative, clean, and most importantly, truly enjoying spending time with your pet. About: The bad wrap cats get is unfortunate because, in my experience, they are sweet, misunderstood creatures. I've had my cat for about 3 and a half years and her well-being is my top priority because I chose to take on this responsibility and it is my duty to give her the best care possible. I've also had the opportunity to cat sit other cats during this time as well. We needed someone to watch him for a few hours over three consecutive days while we had construction happening at our house and my husband and I had unusual work schedules, and they were incredibly flexible and accommodating throughout the whole thing. Poe clearly had the best time staying with them: playing in their backyard, going on walks, and spending time with their family and kids. We have a baby on the way, so it was especially nice knowing he was getting some positive time around younger kids, and Lisa and Cameron said he did great with them. They also sent us adorable photos and videos every day, which we loved. Poe came home happy, tired, and ready for a very good sleep after getting so much attention and exercise! About: I have spent my entire life with at least one dog in the household. I currently own two of my own that are ready to welcome slumber pawty guests! I have used Rover for years so I know what I like in a sitter, and plan to extend those same qualities and perks to our guests. My partner Ryan also works from home most days, and has also owned and cared for dogs and cats over the years. We both wake up early and let the pups out supervised in the fenced yard before breakfast. While the yard is fenced, we do keep a constant eye on them as they roam from the house to the yard throughout the day. Afternoon naps on the couch are typical. We usually go on early evening walks around the neighborhood if your pup has an exercise routine you’d like them to stick to. If they are good in public we are happy to take them on hikes. About: I have one French Bulldog, ZaZa who is three and a tiny poodle mix, Blake, who is 2.5! Blake has lived with me throughout most of my college experience ever since he was 2 weeks old. I trained him by myself while also taking care of zaza from time to time! I just graduated from UC Berkeley, and I am currently looking for a part time job, but as of now I am completely free to focus on caring for doggos! I also have my dog Blake at home with me, so I am open to fit with your schedule. Blake is an energetic dog, so I like to take him out on 3-5 walks everyday. About: I raised my own dog from the time he was just 2 months old for about seven years, so I have firsthand experience caring for a dog through puppyhood and adulthood. When I moved to the U.S., I had to say goodbye to him, but my love for dogs has always stayed with me. Through those years, I became very familiar with the daily responsibilities of dog care, including feeding, walking, playtime, potty routines, bathing, and giving plenty of attention and affection. I also understand that every dog has their own personality, energy level, and comfort zone. I’m available Monday through Friday, generally from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and my schedule is fairly flexible. Saturday availability may also be possible depending on the week. I have a school pickup around 3:00 PM, and my 6-year-old is home with me afterward. For boarding and daycare, I’m therefore best suited for dogs who are comfortable and gentle around children. I’m happy to work with each pet’s normal routine and adjust walks, meals, potty breaks, and playtime as needed. I take safety and consistency seriously and always follow each owner’s instructions as closely as possible. In my home, I make sure pets are supervised, comfortable, and given a routine that feels familiar to them. I’m careful with doors, entrances, leashes, feeding instructions, and anything else that could affect their safety. Since I have a 6-year-old child at home, I only accept dogs for boarding or daycare who are comfortable and safe around children. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and follow the pet’s established routine, including feeding, potty breaks, walks, medications if needed, and any house-specific instructions. I also make sure doors and entry points are secure before I leave.

About: I have been caring for dogs and cats since childhood and deeply love connecting with animals. I supported my last dog through her later years and have sensitivity to the needs of elder puppies. I also enjoy the energy of younger dogs and live right near San Pablo park for dogs who like to socialize. I mostly work from home with occasional in person meetings during the week. I am available for pet care throughout the week and can let dogs out to the back yard throughout the day. I live in a quiet but lively neighborhood with lots of great areas to walk and sniff. The back yard is fenced in and allows space to lounge in the sun. There are no other pets or humans currently in the house so it is very peaceful and quiet most of the time. About: I have experience with all different kinds of dogs, from gentle giants to feisty 3-pound puppies. I grew up with a chocolate labrador who was my favorite creature on the planet. I raised and trained my dad’s Covid pup, a super stubborn miniature dachshund, and I helped my terrier-mutt rescue go from being reactive and defensive to the best little host you could imagine. When his dog friends come over, he brings out all his toys to share and actively engages them in play. I work from home and have a fully fenced yard for playtime and potty breaks. I believe in being kind to dogs no matter what because they’re all doing their best. I’m looking forward to meeting your best friend! I work from home, so while I do spend a portion of the day at my computer, I’m always around for play and potty breaks. My after work schedule is flexible. I have a 200 square foot, fully-fenced yard in addition to my apartment. Pups are welcome to come in and out as they please. For longer stays, I prefer pups who are either ok being left at home or in the car during errands (always in safe places with the windows cracked, of course). Crating is optional. I do not crate my dog, but am happy to do what keeps yours comfortable and safe.

About: My experience caring for animals goes back to childhood. At 13, I had my own horse in the Oakland Hills, and my first job was caring for horses at the stable to help pay for his board. Animals have been an important part of my life ever since. Years later, my Australian Cattle Dog, Taz, became one of my greatest teachers.
