Pet care experience
Hello! I'm Mara. I grew up with a husky, cats and a few doves. I've been working full time as a pet sitter and boarder for over a year. As a member of the LGBT and harm reduction communities, I'm here to make sure every person and pet gets fed and gets home safe! I use green transportation, clean up any messes and can take care of most anything life throws at me. I have unique experience with elderly pets and have gone through emergency procedures. I'd love to be your next favorite pet sitter!

Mara was great! She jumped in quickly when we needed a house and pet sitter on short notice. She came by for 2 get-to-know-our-pooch walks beforehand. She was great with our older pup Roscoe and even though he can be standoffish, she won him over. Really good communication and took excellent care of our house. Would definitely hire her again!
It's always an easy decision to rebook Mara! She watched our two dogs for a week while we were away, and they are always excited to see her! She is attentive to their needs and care, provides plenty of updates and pictures, and makes sure they are showered with cuddles and love. Thank you for taking care of our babies!!
Mara was super kind and patient with our pets, and made sure they felt comfortable and cared for. We got regular updates which gave us a lot of peace of mind while we were away. Our place was left clean and tidy. Truly a very sweet and thoughtful sitter we’d happily book with them again.
