She also left the house in really good shape, and was super understanding about rebooking when we found some friends to catsit for us for part of the time we had originally booked her for. “I could not be more pleased with Kaitlin's care of my pets (and my apartment). I was so worried about leaving them for two weeks--especially my kitties, since they both have serious medical issues. They needed meds daily, so I needed someone who was competent at pilling cats, who I could trust to be honest about any difficulties doing so, and who would be really attentive to any changes in their health and behavior. She did such a great job! She had a family emergency happen in the middle of my trip, and before she left, she went above and beyond to make sure I was confident that my animals would have the same level of care with her partner staying with them while she was away for a small amount of time. I trust her (and her partner) with my animals, and they seemed to warm up to them immediately. She sent a lot of pictures and updates. She took my dane out to meet his friends at funston multiple times and gave him a bath. When I got home they were just as I left them, as was the apartment. I have zero complaints and nothing but praise. Cannot tell you how wonderful it was to be able to go away for two weeks and not worry about my babies constantly.”
