About: Hi, I’m Dana! A animal lover with hands-on experience caring for pets of all sizes and personalities. At home, I share life with a 100lb German Shepherd mix, cat, & multiple reptiles so I’m very comfortable handling large/energetic breeds, pups, and kitties alike. I’ve also pet sat for family and friends over the years, looking after dogs big and small, as well as cats and other pets. Whether it’s daily walks, playtime, or cozy cuddle sessions, I’m committed to making sure every pet feels happy and safe and I treat every pet like they’re my own. I am currently self-employed from home and so I have great schedule flexibility to meet your pet care needs 7 days a week in San Francisco. I will not be boarding animals in my home, but am more than happy to do walks, drop in visits, or house sit. Depending on your dogs needs, I can walk, play, or simply hang out with them and enjoy their company.

I currently work part-time, so my schedule is pretty flexible, and I’m home a lot throughout the week. I live in Hayes Valley, which makes it easy for me to get out for walks or check in frequently if I’m caring for your pet in your home. I’ve grown up around animals my whole life and am comfortable with pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities. Whether your pet loves long walks, lots of playtime, sticking to a specific routine, or just wants someone to hang out and cuddle with, I’m happy to meet them where they’re at. I know every pet is different, so I always try to keep their routine as consistent as possible to help them feel comfortable and relaxed. I’ll make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and affection while you’re away, and I’m always happy to send updates and photos so you know they’re doing well. Whether you need someone for a quick drop-in, overnight care, or a longer stay, I’d love to help. Feel free to reach out with any questions. I can’t wait to meet you and your furry family member! My work schedule varies as I am a performing artist. There are periods of time I am on extended breaks during my off-season, however, when I am working I live only 2 minutes from work so it’s easy for me to come and go to check on your dog! Jace will have a lot more flexibility as he is transitioning careers and currently unemployed. Between the two of us one of us is likely to spend most if not all day with your pet! We are open to sittings and boardings. We also live very close to many parks and would love to give your dog a lot of outdoor time and social time if that’s appropriate.
