Allie was great. She sent lots of pictures and let us know what happened each day. She went above expectations to entertain our dogs, especially the GSP who doesn't like to rest for very long.

This is by FAR the worst Rover experience we have ever had - and usually we have had great ones!! We paid for house sitting (not drop in visits), did a meet and greet, and with over 100+ 5 star reviews, I have to imagine these customers do not have cameras. Also, all instructions were discussed prior, sent a picture of, and left out on a sheet of paper. First, the day before we talking about arriving at 6:00 AM (and booked for then) because its too hot in AZ to be outside prior (115 degree days). She showed up an hour late, despite this. Second, we texted her two hours in advance of feeding time and said we already gave them part of their breakfast, 4 hours later she said she didn't read the text and doubled up. Now, we don't make it a habit of looking at the cameras but after the above we were wary. She left our dogs for 8+ hours out of the day. We made it clear multiple times and on the instructions they could be left home alone for 3-4 hours of the day and specifically did not choose someone who works full time because they have anxiety alone. We chose her because at the meet and greet she said Rover was her only job and so she would be there all the time. At 9:30 PM, she still was not there. We made the executive decision at this point to beg a friend to step in. When we called her at 9:30 PM, there were kids screaming in the background and we asked where she was - she said she was stopping home for dinner (keep in mind, we know on the cameras this was not the case as she had been gone for many many hours). We asked her to come get her belongings and to please leave the premise. In total, she did not show up on time, did not read instructions or commit to what she originally told us, and left the dogs for the entire day - stopping in for 10 minutes to feed. If that is okay with you, then hire her!

Allie did a great job taking care of our dog Ranger. She sent pictures everyday and followed all our instructions. She stayed at our house and left it neat and tidy. We will definitely call Allie again the next time we leave town!

Allie was fantastic! We felt like our somewhat shy and slow to warm up dog was in excellent and reliable hands. It didn’t take long before Allie completely won Tony over. :-) Highly recommend booking with Allie!!

Allie is amazing! She’s so patient and kind with our dogs. She’s very responsive and communicative as well. We couldn’t ask for more!

Allie provided regular updates and pictures. It was clear my dog was a fan of hers!
