“Bailey provided excellent care for our dog, Trey (14 yr old mutt with high separation anxiety), when we were out of the country for 10 days. We came back to a happy, healthy dog, and our place was in excellent condition. Bailey sent a daily update (1 per day at our request; though she offered to do more if we wanted), which was quite helpful and provided peace of mind. Based on Trey's behavior when we came back I believe all of our instructions about his activity routine, feeding schedule, etc. were honored, and he got the attention and cuddles he needed. Would absolutely work with Bailey again.”

“This was my first time using Rover, and I was a little nervous about leaving both my cat and apartment in the care of a stranger. But as soon as I met Jenny, all my worries disappeared. She sent me updates twice a day, and my cat, Pip, always looked so happy and content in the photos. Jenny clearly spent quality time with her, playing and cuddling, which was a huge relief. It made my trip so much more enjoyable knowing that someone was staying with Pip, not just popping in once a day like other sitters I've used in the past. I came home to a happy cat and my apartment just as I left it. I will definitely ask Jenny to catsit again – she’s awesome! Your pets will be so well cared for!”

“Celine was a delight! She is very thoughtful and did a great job of taking care of cooper and our home while we were gone for a few days. She also was great about coordinating with our friends who had Cooper for a few days before her. We requested that she send pics throughout the weekend and she happily sent periodic updates. I would absolutely book with her again and would recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy sitter.”

“Brad was scheduled to stay with our dog for 4 nights but our flight got canceled last minute and he was so kind to move his plans around to care for her an extra night which with delays up being even longer. I cannot tell you how kind, understanding and flexible he was just gave us so much comfort in a time of stress. We were traveling with 2 toddlers and he fully understood and made it so we didn’t have to worry. Aside from being so supportive, he is literally the best dog sitter you could ask for. Our dog has never been happier and we always are worried coming home to her, that she will be sad that Brad left and we are back. :) He takes her on the best walks - explores new areas for lots of new sniffs for our pup. He spoils her with so much love. He keeps her safe and even is able to get her to eat when she protests and she’s a typical stubborn Frenchie. My dog slept on his lap and didn’t want to leave. He left our house immaculate clean - did the sheets and re made the bed, dishes were done, vacuumed!! He also was so thoughtful to ask if we wanted some Disney packages hidden away that had arrived for my daughter’s upcoming birthday so she wouldn’t see them when we returned home. My nanny who is not easy to please at all, says KEEP BRAD, 11/10! My husband, also so impressed for how above and beyond he goes in caring for our dog. He is a true loving and kind human being and I am so happy we have found him. We will book him a million times over!”

“Emily was super helpful when the sitter who had agreed to watch our senior pup with canceled at 8:30pm the night before we were supposed to head out for a morning event. She asked all the right questions, Adare loved her immediately, and Emily even recommended a great product to help our poor pup who had started struggling to keep her feet under her. We'd love to have her back to help with Adare!”

“I feel great leaving my cat, Mariah, in Nicole's care! I've seen her interact with many cats and she loves each of them - plus she figures out how to get them to love her too. She loves the lovers, plays with the energetic ones, and coaxes the scaredy cats to at least give a finger sniff. She is also attentive to the basics (food, water, litterbox) and takes those responsibilities seriously. Nicole is going to make sure your fur baby is well cared for!”

“Ashley was our dog sitter for almost a week and was very patient with our (sometimes cranky) 15 year old dog. Before her stay, Ashley asked for an in depth write-up of pet and apartment information. She provided a template of everything she would want to know, and I thought this was very proactive and helpful for both parties, especially as she was a first-time sitter for us. Ashley was flexible with scheduling and was in touch around our departure/return which made me feel secure in case we ran into travel issues. Communication was easy throughout, and Ashley left our apartment in great shape after the week!”
