I currently work part-time, so my schedule is pretty flexible, and I’m home a lot throughout the week. I live in Hayes Valley, which makes it easy for me to get out for walks or check in frequently if I’m caring for your pet in your home. I’ve grown up around animals my whole life and am comfortable with pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities. Whether your pet loves long walks, lots of playtime, sticking to a specific routine, or just wants someone to hang out and cuddle with, I’m happy to meet them where they’re at. I know every pet is different, so I always try to keep their routine as consistent as possible to help them feel comfortable and relaxed. I’ll make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and affection while you’re away, and I’m always happy to send updates and photos so you know they’re doing well. My work schedule varies as I am a performing artist. There are periods of time I am on extended breaks during my off-season, however, when I am working I live only 2 minutes from work so it’s easy for me to come and go to check on your dog! Jace will have a lot more flexibility as he is transitioning careers and currently unemployed. Between the two of us one of us is likely to spend most if not all day with your pet! We are open to sittings and boardings. We also live very close to many parks and would love to give your dog a lot of outdoor time and social time if that’s appropriate.

About: When I was 8, my family adopted a senior dog from Muttville named Lady. She was blind and deaf, and very high maintenance. I cared for her by helping make her food, carrying her up and down stairs, and gave her so much love up until she passed away. My family now owns a dog and a cat, and the care I learned from Lady now is implemented into my daily life with them both. Since discovering my love for animals, I have cared for my neighbors pets whenever they ask, and I always form a strong bond with each cat and dog on my street. I am available for any time throughout the week to care for your animals. I feed and walk my dog in the mornings, and play with my cat outside too! I make sure to spend a lot of time with the animals I look after, because I genuinely enjoy playing and forming a connection with them!

About: Saw my childhood dog through 16 full years of life and dogsat many breeds for family and clients over the last 15 years. Volunteer of 2 years at a senior dog rescue and dog body language and safety trained. Experienced with puppies all the way through seniors with special needs such as vision loss, hearing loss, anxiety and medication administration. Happy to provide further references. Work fully remote and make my own hours, so my schedule is highly flexible and I'm home to give lots of attention during the day. No other pets at home, but roommates who will give lots of belly rubs. A stone’s throw from Alamo Square dog park and close to Panhandle and Golden Gate Park for plenty of green space. With remote work, I’m happy to house sit if that would make your pet more comfortable.
