During the stay, Betty was very communicative, sharing photo updates regularly, and attentive - taking extra time to ensure our shy pup ate well, which was so appreciated! She provided Luna with regular exercise and play time at the park with the other pups, and she offered Luna a separate, quiet space to recharge when needed. All in all we feel very lucky to have found her for the stay and would certainly request her services again. Highly recommend :)”

Prior to Micco’s stay, she requested a Zoom meeting to go over, in detail, what he might need and want for his stay. During his stay, we were kept up-to-date about how he was doing (I’m a nervous Cat Mama), provided us with photos daily and responded promptly whenever I had a question. We have total trust in Gabrielle and Patrick to care for our kitty and we will definitely be asking them to watch Micco again.”

Nicole was the perfect sitter for our senior golden retriever! We've used Rover many times, and Nicole stands out as the best. We had complete confidence that our dog was well taken care of and adored while we were away. Nicole went above and beyond to work with us on an unusual dropoff situation we had to coordinate through a friend while we were out of town, and gracefully handled a tense dog interaction at the park that not everyone would manage so well. She was easy to communicate with and very prompt to reply, and kept us up to date with pictures and videos of how our dog was doing. We will happily trust Nicole with our dog again in the future!

When Winter got sick during his stay (and we were out of town), we were so grateful how Clarice took care of him, bringing him to the vet and hospital and checking in on him during the whole experience. She was great about communicating with us during the whole experience and she treated our Winter like he was her own dog... we could tell how much she cared.
Jaipreet was incredible with our puppy Cous Cous! He’s just over a year old with lots of energy , and we felt so at ease after meeting Jaipreet and seeing how wonderful she was with him. She updated us often with photos and videos that left us smiling all weekend long while we were away. We dealt with some crazy airport delays at SFO and she was so flexible and kind to us! I would 1000% recommend Jaipreet to anyone looking for a sitter who not only cares for your dog, but goes above and beyond to love your dog and make them feel at home in her presence! We can’t thank her enough and hope to have her watch our dog again soon!
Finding a new sitter can be such a hit or miss, but Rachel and her pup Taki were definitely a hit! I was nervous because Coco can be picky with new humans and dogs, but she settled in quickly! Rachel sent me plenty of photos and videos of the dogs playing together, so I didn’t have to worry once while I was overseas. Rachel was also accommodating and very responsive when coordinating pickup/dropoff times. She made sure Coco was well cared for while I was gone. I will definitely reach out to Rachel again when I need to go out of town! Coco especially recommends Rachel and Taki to anyone needing a new sitter 😊
Our dogs LOVED staying with Abby. We’ve got 2 pretty big dogs (golden and lab) and they were exhausted when we got them back. Abby and her family gave them so much love (beach, parks, walks and more) and made us feel very comfortable by sending pics and updates of all their adventures. HIGHLY recommend choosing Abby to care for your pups. We’ll be back!
