Hello, friends! I am a dog lover who has owned dogs for 35 years. I have also fostered rescue dogs for years so I have dealt with dogs with a wide variety of personalities and medical needs. I am experienced with special diets, medications, and training techniques. I have a calm, clean apartment and will devote my time and attention to your special family member. My dog, Benny, is a rescue Chihuahua and maybe vocal upon first meeting but warms up quickly and plays well with all breeds and genders.

Erica was AMAZING watching Pepper! She sent pictures and was also super flexible when our travel got delayed on the way home. Pepper loved hanging with her dog as well. I highly recommend her!

Erica was so awesome and my Maxwell loved her immediately. She was flexible, super communicative, and it is clear that she loves loves loves animals. Maxwell was safe, comfortable and maybe a little spoiled (in a good way!) during his time with Erica. I felt at ease, and could focus on what I needed to do while awau because Erica was caring for my furbaby. She also lives near an awesome park which is another plus! Would definitely recommend her a million times over!

Schedule
I am a semi-retired teacher and am home weekdays by 11:00 am with free afternoons, evenings, and weekends to tend to my VIP guests. I live one block from Golden Gate Park and walk my dog, Benny, several times a day.

Safety, trust & environment
I live a block from Golden Gate Park and spend a lot of time there giving babies a chance to enjoy the outdoors. I understand different dog temperaments and work to make our guest feel comfortable. I am always careful to follow care and feeding directions. I live in a quiet building and hear very little traffic or outside noise if your dog is easily excitable. When taking the dogs out, I am NOT on my phone or distracted. My focus is on the pets and making sure they are safe and not eating things off the ground.

A typical day
I have tons of dog toys, snuffle mats, Kong chews, and food puzzle trays. I have a dog stroller for seniors or those with mobility issues. We do multiple outings to the park daily. I work from 8-10:40 in the mornings so I handle the potty walks and feeding before I go and make sure the dogs have toys and are comfortable.
