“Claire and Mike took wonderful care of my springer spaniel, Shannon. Shannon has a little separation anxiety so I'm always apprehensive the first time he stays anywhere - will the caretakers be able to handle him? Will he calm down eventually? Claire shared multiple short videos throughout the duration of the stay. Shannon was hyped initially, and within 20 minutes, they had comforted him and he was calm enough to enjoy a chew treat. It put my mind at ease. I'd definitely trust them to look after Shannon in the future.”
