Excited to meet your fur baby!
Hello! My name is Shanice and I’m excited to care for your fur baby. I’ve had small and medium size dogs growing up. I now have a maltipoo and occasionally take care of my friends and family's dogs. I dog sit at my home or theirs. When pet sitting I like to take them on daily walks, plenty of play time, and bathe their pets when needed. Unfortunately, I don’t pet sit for cats as I’m allergic :(.

Shanice was amazing with Chevalier as this was his first time he was a bit anxious/shy but she worked with him and he opened up. I loved getting progress updates/photos atonsee that he was happy :) I’m so happy that we booked with Shanice!
My puppy did so well with Shanice at her doggy daycare a few weeks ago that I decided that he should stay with her when I needed one night of boarding. Nico had a medical procedure done just prior to his boarding. So he was wearing a cone and also taking a few medications. Shanice had no problem with administering his meds and taking extra care with him with his cone. She kept me updated throughout his stay which helped calm any anxiety I had about boarding him for the very first time. He seemed very happy and relaxed with Shanice and her fur baby. Nico was in good hands and it made me feel less stressed about his well being. Shanice is awesome and I will always trust Nico in her care.
Shanice has watched my shy Cavapoo two times now, and both times we were very happy with her care. The second time Cali ran right up to her house and greeted Shanice warmly. We appreciated all the picture updates, and Cali, who can sometimes be really shy around other dogs, really enjoyed playing with Shanice‘s dog flower. I will definitely use Shanice again.
After a few times in daycare at Shanice’s, Luna spent the weekend with Shanice and Flower and had a blast. We got fun, regular updates about Luna and Flower playing together happily, and Shanice always takes such good care of Luna. It’s such a relief to pick up a happy and somewhat tired pup after a weekend away. Now Luna is sound asleep on the couch after her exciting weekend. We know Luna will be looking forward to seeing Shanice and Flower again soon, and we’re so happy to know that Luna was well taken care of while we were out of town!

Schedule
I have a flexible schedule during the week. I can be available for your pet in the morning, afternoon, and evening. If you have any questions on days not available please let me know. DAYCARE drop off starting at 8am and typically pick up by 6pm. Any bookings over 8 hours, please request boarding.

I have a fenced in back yard at my home and parks near by to take your fur baby on a walk. If I ever need to leave my house while pet sitting, I am gone for no more than an hour or less to ensure that your pet has a companion at all times. At home with me is my very friendly maltipoo Flower to keep your dog company.
Pets
A typical day
When dog sitting I like to spend time getting to know what your pup likes and dislikes. Playing with them with their favorite toys or going on dog friendly adventure like a near by park or dog friendly hikes. If you’re pet likes to stay inside, I make sure they have plenty of play time and cuddles.
