About: Pawfect Stay is your dog’s staycation when you go on vacation. You can feel confident that your dog will be a part of my family when they stay with us. About me 20 year dog mom; ~16 years human mom. I live with my husband and teenage son. I am an airbnb superhost (10 years) and have hosted dogs for 5 years (for friends mostly). I can guarantee that your dog will feel loved during their stay. About Sparky Sparky is a feisty westie. He’s 7 and 1/2 years old. He’s used to being an only fur child at home, but will quickly adapt to a furry guest (human guests are a different matter). During their stay I will take your dog between my homes in sf and napa, where they will hang out as I tend to housekeeping. Your dog will go on at least two daily walks with me and my dog, Sparky. Sometimes we go on outings to the beach or park (where your dog will always be on a leash). I have a fenced yard at both houses. I take dogs for multiple walks per day in the neighborhood or at the park. Your dogs can sleep on the furniture or with us in bed if they enjoy a good cuddle

I focus on holistic care to support the well-being of a dog with exercise, play and nutrition. I am well-versed in dog behavior and use positive reinforcement to work with dogs when necessary. Senior dogs have a special place in my heart. Special arrangement can be made to accommodate hours outside of my normal hours. Pet care is an important part of my daily routine. I make sure my pet has fresh food and water, walk at least twice a day, and receives plenty of attention and affection. I work from home and my hours are flexible. I can take dogs on long or short walks, depending on their needs. I have a fence in yard. I use positive reinforcement techniques from years of working with foster dogs to encourage positive behavior. I follow clients' specific instructions and routines to keep their pets comfortable, safe, and happy while they are away. Their safety and well-being is my top priority.

About: Since I was 10 I have had dogs in my life. From the loving ones who to sit and be pet to the ones who are busy busy busy and need a job, I have experienced most of the likes of pets. As for personalities, I can take care of the overly anxious ones to the super social ones. So if you need a couch potato for your pet, or a marathon runner, I can be your sitter! I love them all! I work out regularly (2-3 hrs) either at the gym or running outside so that can be extra convenient if your pet is active as well! I am also doing school part time (1-3 hrs). Other than that, the rest of my day is open! I live in a duplex with no other animals. Lots of open space for them to roam around. Also very close to Golden Gate park for longer excursions.
