“This review is long overdue. Christoper has been watching my puppy three times a week since beginning of January. I feel as if it’s been for months but it’s only been a couple weeks. He is a great communicator and super responsive. He has such patience with my energetic puppy. He takes him and his dog on walks and has a great outdoor space for them to run around. He takes great notes and feedback on each visit and takes lots of fun pictures. I highly recommend Christopher. Anyone who can handle my 73 pound puppy is a superstar. Thank you Christopher!”
2. Claire C.
“Claire was great! This was my first time ever leaving my baby with someone I didn't know and I was so nervous. Claire sent me a video of Millie within the first 15 minutes and kept them coming throughout the day which I was so appreciative of. Would definitely book again.”
3. Bruce P.
“Bruce did a great job with my senior dog, Flynn who’s 13. His patience and attention to detail is unmatched. I’m very glad I chose Bruce for my first time using a dog sitter.”
4. Kristen M.
“Kristen proved to be an exceptionally reliable dog sitter. Our dog proved challenging to work with but Kristen adapted quickly and managed the situation with ease. We really appreciated the special care she gave our pet without being asked and wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again!”
5. Maria G.
“Maria was extremely responsive, caring, and attentive with Kiwi's care! Maria dog-sat during workdays for us while we were away on a trip, and she was great at giving us updates via Rover (including pictures), which put us at ease while we were traveling. Our family watched Kiwi during nights & non-workdays, and when they picked up Kiwi from Maria's at the end of the day, they reported that he was thoroughly exhausted and seemed like he had a great time! They said he was always excited to go back to her house, and was ready to nap on the couch afterward. Maria did a great job with Kiwi, and we would happily book her again!”
6. Vicky & Ally F.
“Prompt and easy communication. Vicky was also flexible in terms of drop-off and pick-up time. She sent us updates and pictures of our dog enjoying her walk.”
7. Elliot H.
“As a first-time pet owner, I was apprehensive about entrusting my 3 months old pup to someone else’s care, especially since it was my first time using the Rover app. However, I was fortunate to find Elliot, who promptly responded to all my inquiries and accommodated my request to take care Storm while I was at work, even on a very short notice. Elliot’s frequent updates and photos reassured me that my dog was in capable hands, giving me peace of mind. I will definitely book with him again in the future.”
8. Athena & Jason R.
“Athena and Jason took good care of my little boy YOLO for a day and I must say it was quite an enjoyable experience for both me and my dog. This is my first time leaving my dog with a sitter/daycare and I must say there was a little anxiety on my part, but that was quickly eased with the updates that I received from Athena and Jason. From enjoying playing time, to napping, and going for walks, I can tell that YOLO felt right at home. YOLO can’t wait to come back for future day care stay with Jason and Athena. I can’t thank them enough for treating my furrbuddy as their own.”
9. Autumn L.
“Autumn is such an amazing caretaker for any pet she comes across. There is no better feeling than knowing your loved ones are in the care of someone who truly loves and adores your pet like their own. Autumn is kind and patient and the perfect person to look after your furry friend!”
10. Krizia L.
“I met Krizia through her fostering of my dog, Maru. She’s also dog sat Maru on occasion and each time has been great! Her attention to detail was appreciated, with Maru’s feeding schedule along with plenty of updates. Maru came back home happy and I couldn’t recommend her enough.”
11. Julia C.
“Julia was great to work with! Luna can be a more challenging dog with some dog reactivity and stress around new people and Julia was great with all that. She has a little enclosed outdoor patio which was perfect for Luna to get some outside time without any other dogs walking by. Would definitely recommend Julia!”
12. Jairo R.
“Jairo is an all around great guy. He has a pet if his own and he takes amazing care of his dog. He is a responsible guy and takes care of everything in his life. Overall he is a loving caretaker and would take amazing care over other's pets.”

About: I adopted my first dog 14 years ago, and he’s still with me today. Now that he’s a senior dog, he needs special care. I can administer medication, change diapers, follow detailed feeding instructions, and etc. My dog has separation anxiety, so I spend a majority of my time at home, meaning your dog will RARELY be left unsupervised. If you choose to have your dog cared by me, I promise to treat them like my own. I understand that you can be apprehensive about having a member of your family cared for by a stranger, but I’m always next to my phone and respond to texts and calls quickly. I can also send pictures and videos of their time here. I like to keep my care intimate, meaning I will only have a maximum of 3 dogs at a time in my home including my own dog. I want to make sure your furry friend gets as much attention as possible. I have a hybrid work schedule, so I usually stay home 2-3 days during the weekday. My work is flexible, so feel free to message me if my calendar says unavailable. Even though I’m working from home, I can block off time on my work calendar for walks, feeding, and play time. Don’t worry. Your doggo will be cared for! We do allow dogs on the furniture, but we also have multiple dog beds for them to lounge on. My house may not have a backyard, but we do have a small gated side yard and a gated front porch for your doggo to get some outside time besides walks. I also move our car out the garage for an extra play area where we can play with toys or have messy treats. The small side yard is connected to our garage.

My dog is always super exited when he see him and even my cat that is not a really sociable cat, always comes around when Sebastian is nearby and always let him be pet lol. He have a huge passion for exotic pets and is amazing to hear him talking about his pets and how much he knows about it!”
15. Josefina G.

About: I formerly ran the training/enrichment department at Pet Camp in San Francisco and prior to that worked at SF Puppy Prep for about a year. I love dogs of all sizes and specialize with anxious or crazy dogs. My focus nowadays is to grow an independent business and personal clientele so I can best individualize every experience. The dogs would spend their day in our “animal office” which is just a third bedroom that’s been modified for dogs to live comfortably for their stays. My roommate would be available to help watch anyone in the off chance I needed to step out as our schedules stagger throughout the day, so there’s always someone home with them. When watching someone in my home, the dogs get to spend the day in the yard or in the animal office and will have someone home with them to monitor everything. They get 1 hour long group walk a day, or 30 mins if they don’t walk well along side my own dog(s), (my roommate has 2 dogs but we can keep them entirely separated should they not get along w the guest dog(s) ). If watching in the client’s house I’ll try my best to keep their schedule as regular as possible to their everyday life. The only differences would be the off chance I need to step out and walk another dog else where, depending on the day.
