Jei is very friendly and responsive - it was so easy to schedule our meet and greet and to learn more about how Jei takes care of dogs. It is clear that Jei really cares about the dogs that she watches. She knows how to watch for certain behaviors and knows what to do to make sure all of the dogs are comfortable and having a good time. We learned so much from Jei's detailed report card of Riley's first day. Jei included notes on Riley's day from the time we dropped her off to the end of the day. It was so helpful learning about how Riley interacts with new dogs and behaves in a new environment with us not around. It put us at ease to know how Riley's day was and that she had someone keeping a close eye on her. We really appreciate Jei highlighting Riley's "weak points". We are very dedicated to making sure Riley is a well-socialized, well-behaved dog, and it helps so much to know where we can focus our efforts. We're so happy that we found Jei to watch our pup! We will definitely be sending Riley back to Jei because Jei provides such personalized care and a great socialization environment, which is especially important for our young pup!”

If they are disabled and have difficulty in walking; he would carry them and bring them down to the garden. There he allows them to roam around and investigate to their heart's content or just lay there and sun. He gets a lot of exercise doing this several times a day! He carefully prepares their food and feed them according to their individual schedules. He speaks softly to them and watches them attentively. He's is very patient with them and gives each one the care they need. Anyone would be very lucky to have him be their pet caregiver.”

“I have known Isabella and her pug Kokoro for five years. She treated Kokoro as her daughter and loved Kokoro a lot. Kokoro required a lot of maintenance (due to the breed) and Isabella took very good care of Kokoro such as putting in eye drops and eye ointment to maintain her sight, wiping folds to keep Kokoro's face clean, brushing teeth to let Kokoro have heathy gums on daily basis on top of other bi-monthly checkups. Isabella is an animal lover in general and specially good with dogs. I feel confidence any dogs in her hands will be well taking are of.”
