*** ANSWERS TO FAQs *** - We board dogs under 30 pounds. - We accept puppies 1 year and older. - We require a meet-and-greet for all new clients. This allows you and us an opportunity to see how your dog reacts to a new environment. We understand that leaving your special friend alone in a different environment can be extremely daunting, so here's a little about ourselves: We are a married couple and proud parents of 3 kiddos. In May 2024, our senior dog, Moses, joined the doggy angels at the golden age of 15 - he was part of our family for 12 years and brought so much joy to those around him! We live in a quiet residential neighborhood in Daly City and our home has a fenced backyard - ample room for safe outdoor play! We understand not every environment is a good fit for your special friend, so please don't feel obliged to place your pet in our care upon our first meeting. We've had an amazing experience with Gordon and Allison. We have an anxious rescue pom with incontinence that's controlled via medication. She has to go potty more often than most pups due to her incontinence. We're always nervous about leaving her with other folks. When we did our initial meet and greet, Gordon shared their process with us and asked a lot of thoughtful questions to get to know us and Rose better. During her first few days and weeks with them, they paid close attention to her and shared details with us on how she was doing, which we truly appreciated. They're very easy going, communicative, and flexible. Rose has now been going to doggie daycare about twice a week (sometimes 3x) for a month and a half. She gets very excited to see Gordon, Allison, and family. She's never been this excited for doggie daycare or boarding. We're so happy that we've found someone who we can trust and who Rose truly enjoys being around. They truly care about Rose and it shows. I feel like it's rare to find someone who cares about your pet as much as you do. Thank you for treating Rose like family!

We couldn't be happier with the care our dogs, Tofu and Lily, received! We look forward to getting the daily updates and photos—they gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Knowing Tofu and Lily were in such caring and capable hands allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our vacation without worrying. We came home to two happy, well-cared-for pups, and we're so grateful. Schedule
Allison works full-time in a home office while Gordon homeschools our three kids. Needless to say, we will be actively present and available for your dog during their whole stay, both day and night. :)

Safety, trust & environment
Our backyard is fenced in (fence height about 6 feet). It is mostly concrete patio with an artificial grass patch. We do not walk dogs during their stay due to possible unexpected safety concerns. However, your pup will have bathroom breaks approximately every 2 hours in the backyard. In addition to our backyard, we have an enclosed outdoor lanai for lounging. Your pup will have access to the backyard, lanai, and the main floor of our home (including the living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room).
A typical day
Time I'll spend with your dog We are home throughout the day, so your dog will rarely be left unsupervised. On occasions when we need to leave the house, we have designated indoor areas where the dogs will feel safe, and we usually leave dogs separated from one another when we're not around. Your dog's sleeping arrangement We like to mimic your dog's at-home sleeping arrangement as much as possible, so please feel free to bring his/her own doggy bed or crate if that's what your dog is used to at home. Feeding We’ll follow your instructions for feeding; please bring the food and bowls that your pup is familiar with - this will help them acclimate to a new place. Play When they’re not sunbathing in the living room, the dogs are in the backyard for playtime and potty breaks. You are welcome to bring your dog’s favorite toy, and we’ll put it to good use!
