“Jennifer is awesome and we highly recommend her! Our family is new to the Bay Area and we were nervous about leaving our pup with someone new. But Jennifer sent lots of photos and updates to put our minds at ease. Bear got to visit Fort Funston with her crew and her house is perfect for a pet that loves other dogs and exercise. We will absolutely be rebooking her services!”

“Lily took exceptionally amazing care of my dog, Kiwi! I felt 100% comfortable leaving Kiwi in her care while I was busy at work. I appreciated the photo updates throughout the day of Kiwi having a nice time. I am very happy to have found Lily. :)”

“We found ourselves in a predicament upon arriving to San Francisco for a wedding. We thought we had a place for our dog throughout the weekend festivities but due to an illness at that location, we could not take our dog there. I found Sam on Rover.com and she was FANTASTIC. She was very accommodating, and easy to work with. I wasn’t sure exactly what our schedule was going to be but she had no problem helping me cover our dogs needs. Our dog is also blind and she was incredible caring for him. I would not hesitate to recommend Sam for any pet needs.”

“Michael was kind, flexible with my pick up time, and very communicative. My pup got along great with his pup and cat. I would recommend to anyone and would book again”

“Kiara and her family were the perfect match for Dora. Kiara sent me pictures each day and communicated clearly and often. I will 100% be booking Kiara in the future when needed!”

“We had a wonderful experience with William and Carol looking after our dog, Tiny. They were incredibly easy to communicate with, always responsive, and made sure we felt at ease while we were away. They shared frequent updates and photos, which we really appreciated, and it was clear that Tiny was happy and well cared for. We couldn’t have asked for more attentive and thoughtful sitters. Highly recommended!”

About: I’m at Fort Funston or Pine Lake Park or one of the many petlands nearby. I’ve been a dog friend with my own dog family for over 20 years. We talk to each other frequently I’m retired and flexible, able to provide loving care with relatively little notice. I generally go on two longer walks each day where the dogs exercise me I have a fenced back yard in the Parkside/Sunset and own our home with my spouse and Zeke, our beagle mix. It is safe and secure

“This was my first time leaving Matcha with someone that wasn't a family/friend, and Vivian made the entire experience very positive, which gave me peace of mind my fur baby was in great care. Vivian's home is ideal for daycare and boarding, she's professional, sincere and was very sweet with Matcha. Loved the photo & video updates of Matcha making himself at "home" with Vivian and her dog. I would definitely trust her to watch Matcha again. Thanks so much Vivian!”

“Great experience with doggy day care. I appreciated how Ronnie managed the handoff and walked him immediately to get him comfortable with her and her dog, and also sent pictures of the afternoon.”

About: I’m a lifelong dog lover with hands-on experience training my lab, Wally since he was a puppy. Now 4, he’s my adventure buddy—we know every trail in Golden Gate Park, Fort Funston, and the Marin Headlands. I’ve completed dog walking and behavior training with DOGO, so I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. I offer safe, enriching walks (from mellow strolls to beach-romping adventures) and reliable transportation. My home has a large, fully fenced backyard and I always go out there with the pups. Whether your dog needs exercise, companionship, or just a little extra love, I’d love to welcome them to my home or take them on walks. I can take your pup on plenty of walks and backyard play time or snuggle up on the couch if that’s what your dog prefers. We have a fully fenced backyard with lots of room to play and sniff. Your dog can sleep with Wally on our guest bed, on their own dog bed, or in their crate. Wherever they are happiest!

“Sherian was great! We so appreciated the photos and messages she sent to let us know how our seeet pup's day was going, and he was in a great space when we picked him up. Five stars!”

“Oksana provided excellent care! She sent me lots of photos and updates while I was away! She's a wonderful dog sitter!”

“Sky has an amazing day with Kim! She was easy to communicate with and experienced. I felt totally at ease with her care. Sky got to meet a lot of other dogs and spent the day at Funston. Thanks a lot!”

About: About Me: My name is Isabella, living with my family in San Francisco. I grew up with dogs as my parents always had one, then I had my own - a sweet little pug Kokoro. Sadly, Kokoro lost her battle to cancer in 2016 and broke my heart. I am not ready to have a new fur baby, yet, I miss the feeling of having one because the house seems too quiet sometimes. Therefore, having a chance to become a fur baby sitter is actually perfect to share my puppy love. Moreover, I recently delivered a newborn baby, and think it would be a wonderful thing to introduce puppies to my baby. I am pretty experienced with daily caring such as putting in eye drops / ointment, brushing teeth, cleaning ears besides cuddling and playing. When I am home on weekends, I take the fur baby out to potty however often they need. I will treat your fur baby like my own, do my best to follow instruction to take care of him/her, provide a clean, safe and loving home. In addition, I used to be a volunteer at SPCA Burlingame to help puppies to find their fur-ever home because I believe all puppies deserve a loving family. I work from home most of the time, and I normally only host 1 puppy at a time, so you puppy will get my attention and company all the time. I have a fenced yard, and I always walk puppies on leash. My house is close to the park, so puppies get plenty of walks and fresh air everyday.

About: I have taken care of small dogs for the past 12 years. I made sure to cater to the dogs and their parents to the best of my ability. We will be taking a lot of pictures of our time together. Because as a pet owner myself, I miss my pups when I travel and would love to receive pictures daily. We also have a yard for the pups to roam around My wife and I currently work at home full time and we are usually home during weekends too. I walk my own dogs in the morning, lunch and afternoon. I also make sure they go potty right before bedtime. We have a great walking trail along the bay and mission bay channel. 5 mins to great local dog park. I have multiple dog beds available in our house. Tons of doggy toys and treats. I usually make sure the dogs get my attention every min.

About: Love all dogs, but only want small dogs as mine are small. Dogs must be house trained. I have had a guide dog breederwho had 42 puppies and have done fund raisers for Sherri at Muttville Senior dog rescue. I teach drawing a couple hrs a day so will be home 21 hrs a day and have a large fenced in yard if your dog wants to play. I have two elderly pups so your dog would have company. Our dogs are our kids, and we will treat yours the same. Your dog has to get along with others to work well here.

“I cannot recommend Allison highly enough! From the moment I dropped off my furry friend, I knew she was in great hands. Allison was incredibly attentive, providing regular updates and even sending adorable photos of my pup enjoying their time together. It was evident that Allison genuinely cared for my dog's well-being and went above and beyond to ensure they were comfortable and happy. I will definitely be booking with Allison again in the future.”

Yan "Isabella" X.

“I have known Isabella and her pug Kokoro for five years. She treated Kokoro as her daughter and loved Kokoro a lot. Kokoro required a lot of maintenance (due to the breed) and Isabella took very good care of Kokoro such as putting in eye drops and eye ointment to maintain her sight, wiping folds to keep Kokoro's face clean, brushing teeth to let Kokoro have heathy gums on daily basis on top of other bi-monthly checkups. Isabella is an animal lover in general and specially good with dogs. I feel confidence any dogs in her hands will be well taking are of.”

Barbra & Peter E.
“Barbra is a kind, sensitive and genuine person/dog lover. She befriended 1. Garland, her Guide Dog Breeder, through 42 puppies and all of the care Garland needed. 2. Spanky adopted them after spending a week with Barbra, Peter and Garland. 3. Oliver 4.Jack 5. Mr. Pepper Yes, Barbra is a wonderful, attentive full-time dog mom. She is alert to the personalities of all dogs and appreciates their quirks and "requests." She has high standards for the care and home of all dogs. She has contributed time and talents to Muttville and has rescued more than just a few new friends. As her own dogs have aged, now mostly deaf and blind, she has ratcheted up the care and attention she offers them; aware of their challenges and frailties. She'd be a terrific dog sitter, watcher, walker for so much of her joy comes from her dogs. Besides all this, I even trusted her with the care of our two human children and she has been a terrific aunt to them as well! ;)”
