She has a great setup for walking dogs out of her home so you won't encounter other dogs or people. Our older one has a bum knee and she walked slowly with him and made sure he didn't get sore. From the meet and greet, Jessica was calm, patient, and let her approach in her own time — no rushing, no pressure. That patience made all the difference, and our girl warmed up to her quickly. She followed our feeding routine and supplement schedule carefully, and kept us updated throughout the stay so we never had to wonder how things were going. On top of that, she took wonderful care of our house — everything was spotless and exactly as we left it, and it was clear she respected our space as much as our dog.
