Melissa took amazing care of our puppy all weekend on very short notice! Even though this was the first time we used Rover AND had someone we didn’t know watch our pet, we felt so confident leaving our house and our puppy in her care. She shared frequent updates and pictures through the app and we know she gave lots of love. She also left our house clean and brought in packages, which was so helpful to come home to after a trip. Anyone who may be hesitant to book with Rachel…. DON’T BE!!!! Rachel exceeded my expectations in every single way! My kitty Punkin was so happy with her. She even sent me a photo of him sleeping with her and snuggling in her neck, just like he does with me! Rachel stayed at our house when we went away. The house was left in good order upon our return, and she spent as much time at the house and with Punkin as we do, about half the day and all night. She reached out because he had a little bout of coughing, which happens so rarely that I never even thought to mention it to her. I really appreciated that so much. It just proved I could trust her to be very in tune with my baby boy. Rachel is the absolute best and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you Rachel! 😻
Muhammad was so attentive and fantastic. My dog has been very ill lately and he kept me updated the whole time I was out. Followed all instructions, very friendly and a kind person overall. He took great care of Nelson and gave him lots of love. 10/10 recommend
Seng is absolutely fantastic! We have used Seng several times for dog walking when needed and we recently had her dog sit in our home for 4 nights and she did a great job taking care of our dog. Seng was very communicative throughout the day, followed our dog’s schedule, and showed our dog lots of love. Additionally, she took really good care of our home — cleaning up after herself, throwing out the trash, and leaving the house in excellent condition. Our dog is always very excited to see Seng and we’ve been beyond happy working with her. I can’t recommend her enough!
We had a fantastic experience with Jessica. She took great care of our older and quirky dog, and we could tell by the updates she shared he was having a great time. She also left the house in fantastic shape, too. We hope to have the opportunity to book with her again soon!
My dog care fell through a couple days before going away and I needed someone to stay with my dogs for 2 nights. My older boy is easy going , but my little guy has a lot of stranger danger and I was pretty stressed about finding care I felt good about . Emily came through with an easy going confident energy and her responsiveness was much appreciated when time was running out. She found time for a meet and greet and wasn’t intimidated by my little one’s antics. In the end it all worked out and I was able to attend an out of town wedding without being stressed out about my dogs and home the whole time . Thanks Emily .
Daniel took care of my senior dog while I was away, and made sure that he was well walked and fed. He sent regular updates and pictures, communicated clearly about needs and expectations, and most importantly gave Butch the space and care he needed to be comfortable while I was gone! I appreciated the peace of mind that Daniel provided through his friendly attitude and attention to detail in taking care of my dog.
We had a fantastic experience with Arillia! She took such great care of our dog Callie and kept us updated every day with pictures and details about her walks, treats, and how she was doing. She was incredibly responsive and communicative, which gave us a lot of peace of mind while we were away. We also had an unexpected issue come up at the house (a termite swarm!), and she went above and beyond to help manage the situation even though it had nothing to do with her responsibilities. On top of all that, she left our house in excellent condition. We really appreciated how thoughtful, attentive, and reliable she was and would absolutely book with her again!
Dena did a great job watching Leon over a long weekend trip. She was responsive, shared detailed updates, and left the home as tidy as before arrival. I really appreciated her checking in about any changes to the routine and providing multiple photos during a relatively short stay.
