“I recently had Allison and Gordon watch my diabetic dog, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. They were reliable, communicative, and clearly cared about my dog’s well-being. My primary concern is to find someone who could take care of my dog, who vomits from time to time due to the antibiotics he’s taking, and someone who could help administer daily insulin injections. Allison and Gordon had no problems giving my dog timely injections, and to my surprise, I was told my dog didn’t vomit at all throughout his stay with them! I received regular updates, photos, and messages throughout the stay, which gave me a complete peace of mind. My dog came home happy, relaxed, and clearly very well cared for. I will definitely be booking with them again and highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a trustworthy dog sitter.”

About: I’m a lifelong animal lover with extensive experience caring for both dogs and cats. I currently have a 6-year-old Burmese and Australian Shepherd mix, and over the years I’ve cared for four cats for more than 10 years combined. For my dog I typically always wake up early in the morning to take him on a long walk and then I typically provide my dog breakfast followed by a treat. I spent a lot of time next to him so I will pet him hug him give him attention simulation. I did ensure that after work when I come home that I walk him at least 30 minutes and ensure that I am checking in on him and feeding him no later than 6 PM every day and then going on another walk after dinner. On the weekends I typically tip my dog on longer walk so we’ll go out and walk for about an hour on Saturday and Sunday I’ll make sure that I keep him away from a high foot traffic area is just to avoid any potential dog interactions that we may not be fully confident in as we don’t know everyone’s pet care routine or nuanced behavior issues. I’m always attentive and patient.

About: I’ve been around dogs pretty much my whole life, whether it was my standard poodle as a young kid, my mini poodle as a teenager or, more recently, the senior dogs I’ve fostered or adopted from Muttville. Dogs have always been in good hands with me. Right now my wife and I have two dachshund chihuahua mixes we adopted at five and six. Our home is a dog home. They’re on the couch, on the bed and even under the covers (if they want to burrow). They’re in the mix and they’re loved. If your dog has medications, I’ve got it. If they have special needs or they’re older and need a slower pace, I have ample experience with that. I’m currently dedicating my time to taking care of pups, so your pup will have my undivided attention throughout the days and evenings. The max amount of time I’d leave your dog alone would be for four hours. I have two dogs of my own that I would keep separate from your dog to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort. About: I don't have professional dog-sitting experience, though I've done it a few short times with family friends' pets. I am currently home for the summer from college at UCSB, and have a very open schedule. I am willing to sit at any time of day and am open to all pets. About: I've owned dogs most of my life and currently have a young Boxer/Doberman mix named Ruby. Training, exercise, and structure are a big part of our daily routine, so I'm comfortable with energetic dogs, puppies, and reinforcing good habits. I pay attention to the details and treat every dog like they're my own. Pet care is already built into my day. My dog gets regular walks, playtime, and training sessions, so caring for another dog fits naturally into my routine. I work from home and can provide plenty of attention throughout the day. In my house I have fenced yard and have a lots of space for playing inside too. I only host one dog at a time so I can give your dog plenty of attention, and care. I try to keep things as close to your dog's normal routine as possible. I'll follow your instructions for feeding, exercise, medications, and sleeping arrangements, and I'll send updates so you know how things are going. My goal is to make your dog feel comfortable and make your time away stress-free.
