“Femke was the best! She clicked with Fernet immediately and from the photos she sent, he spent most of our trip on her lap :). Femke was incredibly communicative and made sure we had daily updates with photos and videos of thier adventures. Would definitely book again!”

“Dionie was absolutely amazing with our cat, he won him over quickly and kept us updated every step of the way. It’s easy to see why so many people rave over him! We feel confident and comfortable with him around while we’re away.”

“Sarah was a great sitter and I would definitely book with her again. I booked on short notice and she was very accommodating of my arrival and departure times which were a bit in flux. I came back to a clean house and a happy pup. Thanks Sarah!”

“Emily is just great!! She had a natural ease and care with my little one that shows how much she understands and loves dogs. It was so easy to trust my dog and home to her care. Excellent communication in both planning and day-of. Don’t hesitate to hire her!”

“We have had Jesse sit our Great Dane puppy multiple times now and he does an excellent job. Love the photo updates, especially the ones of potty training in action! 10/10 would recommend Jesse!”

“Satine did a great job watching my pup! She was thorough when taking down instructions for care. She sent regular updates and cute pics! Overall I would recommend Satine for dog sitting”

“Mike was a great sitter for our two pretty sensitive pups. He really made an effort to bond with them, which alleviated their separation anxiety, and he was super careful and diligent with them on walks, that addressed our one pup’s leash reactivity to other dogs. Also, Mike was super communicative and kept us abreast of our dog’s activities and anything that came up. It really made being away so much easier, to know that he was taking care of our pups and to be kept up to date with their progress. Honestly, Mike took better care of them than we did, so for our pups, it was a wonderful vacation from us. We came home to very happy, and not-at-all anxious, puppies. It was more than we could have hoped for, so I would highly recommend Mike as a dog sitter!”

“Nicole did a great job at house/pet sitting. She was responsive, respectful, and made the whole process super smooth. Came home to a clean house and a happy pup. Thanks Nicole!”

“Giselle took wonderful care of Nala! I felt very comfortable leaving Nala in her care and knew she was in great hands. She sent lots of pictures and updates, and took great care of the apartment as well. Thank you!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, puppies, kittens, and rabbits since I was about six. My family was big on foster caring all throughout my childhood, and we’d rotate different animals every other month or so. I grew up with two cats and a dog (a mutt from the shelter), and now I currently own two cats in San Francisco—Rosie and Sebastian. I frequently dog sit and cat sit for my upstairs neighbor, my sister, and my mom who owns a Pit Bull/bull dog mix. I also stay at a ranch in Colorado a few times a year for weeks at a time where I look after the ranch owners’ animals (two dogs, including a Grey Wolfhound, two horses, a miniature donkey, Icelandic sheep, and chickens). Suffice to say, I absolutely love all animals! My work schedule is flexible, so I’m available most days for one or two hour-long walks. I also work remotely, so I’m available to work from your apartment to look after your dog and take them on potty breaks, or to spend time with your kitties. I have cared for animals in so many situations, so I’m very happy to care for your animal as you prefer, whether that’s crating, having them sleep on the bed, one walk a day, or many walks a day. I have also cared for cats that are only indoor and cats who are indoor/outdoor, so I can be flexible according to your preferences.
“Our dog Coral is a hot mess and I worry terribly about her whenever I travel. Ashley expertly managed to keep both Coral and I worry free and happy! Coral was extremely well cared for and received all her medications and special food. I received so many photos of Coral having a good time, I think Coral made a new best friend. Our home was nice and tidy after we returned. Ashley took special care to stay until our flight landed, after a 20 minute delay. Thank you Ashley!!!”

About: I grew up living with and taking care of two dogs, a cat and a bunny! I was a neighborhood babysitter, pet-sitter and house-sitter for most of my time in high-school. After I came to college, I wasn't as well-connected with my neighbors and didn't have a pet of my own which forced me into a brief stint of pet-less life :(( I just graduated from UC Berkeley and am super excited to restart my pet-care journey! I am a recent graduate from UC Berkeley who will be working remotely, so I will have a lot of time on my hands! No set schedule yet, but will have flexible hours. I have great intuition when it comes to pet-care and am excited to be communicative about what your pets' specific needs are! I am super comfortable staying the night and/or house sitting if that is what your furry friend needs.
“I hired Caroline at the last min and she is amazing. One of my cats can be a bit reserved and she warmed up to her new sitter immediately. Caroline is kind, professional, great with updates, and a legit cat whisperer. We will definitely be hiring her again.”

“I can’t recommend Colin highly enough. He was responsive, reliable, and genuinely attentive to my dog’s needs from the start. Communication was clear and consistent, with thoughtful updates and photos that gave me real peace of mind. Maggie came back happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. It’s obvious he treats every pet with patience and kindness. I will continue to use him every time I need a sitter and wouldn’t choose anyone else. Truly an excellent, dependable caregiver.”

“Lauren was a great communicator with quick responses and sweet videos from the walks. She did a great job handling my grouchy cat and gave my anxious dog plenty of calm and happy attention. She was attentive to issues in the house during the rain and wind storms and did a good job keeping me updated. Thank you for spending the holiday with my little gremlins!”

“Celine is fantastic! Super responsive, takes great care of my cat, and leaves detailed updates and pictures. I know my kitty is in good hands and my apartment is in great hands too. She always leaves it in great shape and I’ve rebooked her after my initial stay. I have had Celine stay for a week plus and never had any concerns about the cat’s well being. Thank you!”

About: Hi! We are Wendy and Kelly — a couple with 14 years together living in the foggy northwest section of San Francisco! We bonded over our shared love of animals. Wendy is a non-profit worker who grew up with dogs and she absolutely adore them. Her goal in life is to make a new dog friend every day! Kelly is an elementary school educator who also grew up with dogs and cats and has the uncanny ability to become best friends with every animal he meets — he is definitely an animal whisperer! Pet care helps us to pay the bills in this really expensive city but honestly, we watch pups (and cats) because we genuinely love animals. Sometimes, we pet-sit separately and sometimes we pet-sit together depending on the circumstances. Regardless, you pup will have plenty of TLC. We have over 16 years of experience providing everything from daycare, evening care, and even extended dog-sitting (anywhere from a weekend to a month at a time). Wendy currently cares for our dog nephew, a 1 year old Coton de Tulear named Sam and for over 15 years we loved our previous Coton de Tulear nephew, Bean🌈🐾 from his puppy years all the way through his geriatric and end of life stages. We have been walking and pet-sitting for friends and neighbors for many years. Dog Walks and Pet Check-Ins: Currently Wendy provides daily care (M-F) for our dog nephew, Sam, a 18-month old Coton de Tulear pup and is free for local walks/check-ins for other littles nearby. Your pup will get to walk with Sam who is always up for a playdate with a new friend. Kelly works during the week and his schedule is less flexible during the school year, but wide open during the summer, long weekends. and spring/winter breaks Weekends and weekday evenings are almost always available for walks or check-ins anywhere in San Francisco. Pet sitting: We are typically available most weekends, including 3-day weekends. We can also provide extended stays if needed. For dog and cat sitting, we prefer to stay at your house as it’s been our experience these pets tend to be more comfortable with a familiar environment and routine. We typically don’t board animals at our apartment, but will in special circumstances. Your pet is as important to us as they are to you and we want them to be safe at all times. We will always keep your dog on leash unless we are in an enclosed play area/yard (unless you insist otherwise) when we are out about, and we will never let a cat outside, unless you explicitly specify that they are indoor-outdoor cats. We will never leave your dog tied up outside anywhere we take them - If they can’t go in, we don’t go in. We prefer harnesses because they are always easier to control. Wendy does not drive, but Kelly does — so if there is ever an emergency we will have access to a car. If we take your dog anywhere in the car, we own a seatbelt tether that attaches to a harness/collar as well as a car seat for smaller dogs. For overnights, Kelly will always go with us on pre-bedtime dog walks for safety reasons, especially in coyote-heavy areas. Home Visits: Wendy can stop by as needed. But if your pet just needs a little company during the day, she is also just happy to spend a bit longer with your pet to ease their anxiety.

Once again, Shihua was an amazingggggg sitter! This was my first time leaving town since I had gotten Ivey and was naturally anxious and emotional. Shihua’s experience, knowledge, and care for Ivey helped to keep me at ease. She was so on top of updates and how the day went. I received so many pictures and videos of my little one while I was gone. I knew that Ivey was left in safe and trusting hands!

Couldn't be happier with Catherine's care of my dogs and home! Cat provided House (and pet) Sitting services for me while I was away for the better part of a week. She is a great communicator, responsible, capable, and trustworthy. In addition to ensuring that the dogs had routine walks, a consistent presence, and plenty of affection, Cat capably and responsibly took in stride the special needs of one dog, and daily medication administration for the other. Her daily updates were appreciated, and the daily photos showed 2 very happy and balanced dogs - their faces and body language don't lie. :) I can highly recommend Cat for your pets and home. She's a gem!

I appreciate Michaela taking my last minute booking after another sitter canceled. She was prompt and conscientious. She texted me for clarification when my instructions weren’t clear instead of just guessing. Received daily updates and arrived home to happy pets and a clean home. She even left some fresh flowers and dropped off a package at UPS for me.

Jasper is AMAZING! It was such a great experience, Jasper helped me during OSL weekend and took care of my baby with love and attention!! Jasper was very understanding and flexible with my request, so I am grateful for this stay and looking to more further bookings! <3

Merci house sat our two dogs and two cats for a three day weekend (we have worked with Merci several times now). She completed all the tasks we requested, even put the waste/recycle bins at curbside. She's reliable and responsible, we will definitely use her again.

Vivian is just the most thoughtful sitter. Sherman is a huge fan, which is high praise for someone as shut down and anxious as this little guy! We really appreciate the help and felt 100% confident that Sherman was doing just fine with Vivian while we were away. Thank you!

Melissa was amazing! Felt at ease with her from the moment she arrived. She so clearly has a soft spot for animals. She left the house even better than how she found it, which was a lovely surprise. Would love to have her care for our blind and special needs pup again!

We were so lucky to find Sally! We booked Sally for a last-minute, week-long sit and coudn't be happier. Sally took great care of our critters and held down the fort. She is kind, communicative, and gracefully managed little mishaps our crew threw her way during her stay. We have a senior cat and dog who enjoyed lots of TLC and patience from Sally. We hope to book again!

Caroline is attentive, thoughtful and truly listens to all the details a dog owner leaving their dog worries about! She totally pulled through for us as our dog had recently been sick and was on meds and a new diet so the stay was more involved than it would have been typically and she handled it all perfectly. It was my son's wedding weekend and we were able to enjoy and relax because we knew our guy and our house were in great hands. And, a bonus is that she is a lovely person and waited patiently for our sometimes timid guy to warm up to her. She is great! Thank you Caroline!

Iliana was an excellent house and pet sitter who handled all the details of meds for a seniorish dog and senior cat including insulin injections with ease. She also dealt with unforeseen issues with the pets and house with thoughtfulness and calm. We appreciate her so much and the pets adored her as was seen in all the daily pics she sent. We would strongly recommend her and hire her again for sure.

I couldn't have been happier with the care my two dogs and my cat received. It was clear from the start that she genuinely loves animals and takes her responsibilities seriously. She kept me updated, was easy to communicate with, and made being away from my pets so much less stressful. I came home to happy, well-cared-for pets and a spotless home. I would absolutely trust her with them again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional pet sitter
