About: I focus on structured, consistent care with every walk. Each outing is approached the same way; calm, well-paced, and tailored to the dog in front of me. I work with a range of dogs, including seniors who prefer shorter, slower routines, and I’m attentive to how each dog settles into their environment over time. I’m registered with the City of San Francisco and certified in Pet First Aid & CPR, with safety built into every outing. What sets me apart is reliability and consistency. I keep a steady schedule, communicate clearly, and aim to provide a routine both you and your dog can count on. I’m a certified dog walker based in San Francisco, and my foundation is built around straightforward, reliable care. After spending time in the tech world, I shifted into work that’s more hands-on and consistent — something that fits both how I work and how dogs thrive. I focus on showing up on time, paying attention, and keeping routines familiar. Every dog is different, and I take the time to learn their pace, energy level, and comfort cues. Safety and clear communication are priorities, and I aim to make things easy and predictable for both you and your best friend. I’m located in the Richmond District and currently serve the surrounding neighborhoods, with plans to expand into the Sunset District. Staying local allows me to be dependable and build ongoing relationships rather than one-off visits. I live with dogs of my own and have experience across different sizes and personalities. I spent ten years with my German Shepherd, Dexter, and now share my life with two rescue pups — Gnocchi, a small poodle–chihuahua mix, and Sprout, a medium-sized shepherd mix. That day-to-day experience helps me understand what dogs actually need, not just what looks good on paper. At the end of the day, I want to be someone you feel comfortable reaching out to and confident trusting with your dog. Life happens. Sit Happens. Your dog still gets the care they deserve.
About: Being raised in a family with roots in agriculture means that I have had a life blessed with ample opportunities for pet care. Upon moving to San Francisco for grad school and leaving family pets behind, I jumped on the opportunity to care for a mutual friends pup when they travel. Taking care of dogs and cats in the city not only provides me with supplemental income while finishing my Master’s degree, but provides me with the fulfillment and joy I get out of caring for the pets that make this world a better place to live. Let me help you by providing an stress-free experience of care for your fur baby(ies), whether they be big or small, shy or social grumpy or cuddly, sick or healthy. I am a full time student with a flexible schedule. I am in the final stages of writing my thesis and no not have commitments on campus other than on Wednesday’s from 10-12:30, which mean I have the ability to prioritize your pets needs. Before caring for your pet, I always make sure to get all of the essential details that would prepare me for any scenario. My goal is to make sure your pet has as little difference in care as possible compared to when parents are home. Whether it’s assuring your expert escape artist stays indoors, or keeping an eagle eye on any sign of a string or hair tie begging to end up as a snack, I will have the same level of diligence for their safety as you do. Communication about their quirks, health concerns, and preferences helps me form a safe and positive bond while in your home or on walks.
About: Growing up with a dog taught me that pets aren't just animals, they're family. Since moving away from home, I've missed my own dog deeply, and that's exactly what inspired me to join Rover. I bring a calm, nurturing presence that helps dogs feel safe and at ease, whether we're out exploring on a long walk or simply enjoying some quiet company. I love spending time outdoors and will make sure your pup gets the fresh air, exercise, and affection they deserve. I currently work hybrid so the days I'm home I have plenty of free time to dedicate to walks and pet care. I'm flexible with timing and can easily accommodate morning, midday, or afternoon walks to fit your routine Your dog's safety and comfort is my top priority. I treat every pet as if they were my own, following any instructions you provide. I'm attentive, calm, and will always keep your dog on leash and under close supervision during walks. I'm happy to follow your dog's specific routine to keep them feeling secure and at ease.
About: Hello! I’ve been in the SF area for over 3 years now! I’m up for taking small and medium sized dogs on walks. I’ve done some dog walking when I was younger and am very persistent in watching dogs cues throughout a walk. I've taken care of cats since I was in high school. Many neighbors and family members have asked me numerous times to watch their cats! I have experience with both young and older cats. It can be hard to leave your cat at home, which I am very familiar with as I have a 2 cats of my own. I strive to make sure your cat feels loved and cared for by feeding them, changing water, cleaning their litter boxes, and lots of play time! In my free time, I volunteer at the SF SPCA where I help kittens and cats socialize and acclimate to human interaction. I currently work at Sutter Health CPMC as a music therapist, Monday through Fridays. I am available after 5:00pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday and available on most weekends. I’ll let each dog/cat take their time in getting to know and build trust with them as in order to take them for walks or have them interact/play with me. I give my cats extra play time especially at night/dusk as they are nocturnal animals and would do so if checking in with your cat in the evening. I respect the cat's space and environment, letting them lead whether how affectionate they want to be or how much space they need.
About: I have been pet sitting and taking care of animals since I was a teenager. I started out helping family and friends when they went out of town and then began volunteering at the local spay and neuter clinic. My job there was to help the animals in recovery who had just gotten out of surgery. I have always loved animals, especially cats and dogs. I am unavailable in the evenings but mornings and afternoons any day of the week work great for me. My most convenient days would be Tuesday’s and Fridays but I am open to weekends and other days as well I like to go over to the clients house and start by just getting to know the pet. If they are shy I try to hang out around the house for a little while until they get used to my presence and feel more comfortable around me. Once I have been established as a friend and not a threat I will take them on a walk to the park or play with any toys they have around. I enjoy walking so dogs that like long walks are a good fit for me.
“Samuel did a great job walking my dog when I last minute needed help! He sent a nice photo after so I could tell my dog had a nice time, and he was communicative. Would recommend!”

“Taylor is awesome! She communicates with me all the time if she’ll be late/early, and gave me updates on my lazy dog. Super sweet person! Definitely trust her dog with her!”

About: I grew up with dogs and have years of experience caring for friends’ pets. What started as a lifelong love, has turned into a clear passion for professional pet care. I believe every dog deserves personalized attention, which means I tailor each walk to your dog’s energy, personality, and comfort—especially in busy San Francisco settings. My walks are fun, safe, and never rushed! I’m attentive to body language, patient with sensitive pups, and always happy to share thoughtful updates. Every dog gets the care I’d want for my own. That's a promise! Dog walking is my full-time profession, so pet care is fully integrated into my daily routine! My schedule is built around providing reliable, attentive care with plenty of time for walks, play, updates, and individualized attention for each dog I care for! Your pup’s safety and comfort always come first. I stay on high alert to my surroundings and choose walk routes that feel calm, fun, and appropriate for each dog—especially in busy city environments. Before every walk, I double-check leashes, harnesses, and collars and ask that each dog wear a personalized ID tag with owner information. After our time together, you’ll receive thoughtful updates so you know how your dog did, how they felt, and all the fun they had along the way!
About: Hi, this is Bryan! I have a 5 year-old Yorkie boy (and a cat). We go on walks 3-4 times a day, we clean our face, paws, pp, and butt after each walk. While my dog is a couch-potato when he’s with me, he enjoys meeting and playing with other dogs, big or small. Hair brushing can be therapeutic. My professional background is Marketing, Branding, and Communications. So communication is a big thing for me. I like clear instructions, asking questions, providing updates, etc. Look forward to connecting and helping you with your fur babies! I’m currently a full-time stay home pet parent. So my schedule is highly flexible. It would be great if my 8 lb Yorkie can tag along, but not a must. Also, it would be ideal if I can reserve 3-5 hours/day away from your house during house sitting, to run errands or grab dinner with my husband. Let’s chat and find out the best schedule that works for us. Communications is key. I’m willing to accommodate your requests in taking special care for your pet because you know them the best, and each pet has their own likes and dislikes.
“Jillian was so helpful with my pups. She got stuck walking them in the rain and even dried them off after. She also helped feed them when I was gone an excessively long day. Would definitely use her again. Thanks Jillian!”

About: Hi! I’m Masha, originally from Russia and currently living in San Francisco. I work remotely in health tech, which gives me the freedom to travel and spend time with animals in different parts of the world. I grew up with both dogs and cats and have always loved being around animals. I’m calm, active, and responsible, and I enjoy getting to know each pet’s personality. Whether it’s long walks, playtime, or simply keeping your dog company while they relax, I’m happy to help however I can. Outside of pet sitting, I enjoy cycling, wingfoiling, surfing, running, snowboarding, and generally just staying active. I love peaceful environments, being close to nature, and taking good care of the homes and animals I’m trusted with. Looking forward to meeting you and your pups, kittens, parrots, rabbits and any other living creature!
About: I’ve taken care of my family dogs since I was little. Most recently in the last 2 years I made the jump and got my own puppy who was 8 weeks old. I know the ins and outs of being a dog owner! I currently work remotely and have the flexibility to pop in to check on someone’s animal as needed. I enjoy walking my own dog and thought this would be a fun experience! While I go watch dogs at a clients home, I ensure the animal is properly fed and I play with the toys they have. I also ensure everything is placed exactly as it was depending if the animal is crated or not. I like to create trust with animals so they can be more excited to see me

Some weeks are more flexible than others bans happy to help out other week days if per is okay while I am at work for the day. I won’t be able to watch pets at my place but happy to house sit and follow any rules and safety guidelines you would feel comfortable with.
“Kay was fantastic! She gave Rae a safe and satisfying walk. She was easy to coordinate with and flexible about schedule changes. I felt totally safe giving her access to our home and know my dog was in good hands while I was at work. Thank you so much!”

About: I've been caring for my family dog for over 12 years, so I know what dogs need to feel safe, happy, and loved. Over the past few years, I've also taken on pet-sitting and dog-walking for a variety of breeds, ages, and needs. I know how to read a dog's mood, stick to their routine, and give them lots of attention and care, just like I would for my own. I work completely from home, so I have plenty of flexibility and time for a drop-in, walk, or sitting! Because I'm home throughout the day, pet care fits seamlessly into my routine. I'm always around to make sure dogs get attention, exercise, and company without long stretches alone. Whether it's a midday walk or an overnight sit, I can make it work. When sitting in a client's home, my priority is making sure their pet feels comfortable and secure in their own space. I follow the owner's routines and instructions closely, and I'm always attentive to the pet's behavior and needs. I treat every home with respect, keeping things tidy and always aiming to leave the space cleaner than I found it. Your home and your pet are in good hands!
Seacliff dog parents share their Rover experiences
Jahnavi was awesome! I hired her to walk our 4 1/2 year old, Oreo. She was kind and polite. My mom loved her! I was out of town for a lifestyle convention and my mom is disabled and with our in law unit being so small it’s hard for her to get the power wheelchair out without my help. I would definitely hire Jahnavi again in the event I have to go away. I highly recommend her! She’s great!

Griffin has been walking my dog, Douglas, for several months now and has done an absolutely amazing job. He is friendly, communicative, responsive, and great with my dog. My dog is very energized during walks and Griffin does a great job tiring him out. Definitely would recommend.

Matthew was great! He walked Pennie for me & was incredibly accommodating when I needed to adjust the scheduled time, which I really appreciated. He was also very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. Pennie was sooo tired (thank God haha) when she came back - she definitely had a fun time!! 10/10

Saagar filled in to cover my buddy Shadow for 3 days last minute and he was excellent! He is very detail oriented, patient and warm. Great photos, reports, and communication. he even worked with him to improve his training / walking behaviors. Every video update from Furbo showed Shadow was very excited when he arrived, and sad to see him go! 110% will be using again!

Samuel did a great job walking Chase every day for a week. He was very communicative and responsive setting up meet and great, and stopping by to pick up instructions and keys. He sent photos of Chase each day on their walks. I would recommend Samuel for dog walking.

Johnny was fantastic with our Benny. Being the first time for us to use a dogwalker, Johnny’s “one dog at a time” philosophy gave us great comfort. He took wonderful care of Benny, and in a short time, Benny grew to eagerly look forward to Johnny’s arrival. After the first walk, when we mentioned “Johnny” in the house, we got lots of tail wags, so we knew the two hit it off. Thanks Johnny!!
