I’m a certified dog walker based in San Francisco, and my foundation is built around straightforward, reliable care. After spending time in the tech world, I shifted into work that’s more hands-on and consistent — something that fits both how I work and how dogs thrive. I focus on showing up on time, paying attention, and keeping routines familiar. Every dog is different, and I take the time to learn their pace, energy level, and comfort cues. Safety and clear communication are priorities, and I aim to make things easy and predictable for both you and your best friend. I’m located in the Richmond District and currently serve the surrounding neighborhoods, with plans to expand into the Sunset District. Staying local allows me to be dependable and build ongoing relationships rather than one-off visits. I live with dogs of my own and have experience across different sizes and personalities. I spent ten years with my German Shepherd, Dexter, and now share my life with two rescue pups — Gnocchi, a small poodle–chihuahua mix, and Sprout, a medium-sized shepherd mix. That day-to-day experience helps me understand what dogs actually need, not just what looks good on paper. About: Being raised in a family with roots in agriculture means that I have had a life blessed with ample opportunities for pet care. Upon moving to San Francisco for grad school and leaving family pets behind, I jumped on the opportunity to care for a mutual friends pup when they travel. Taking care of dogs and cats in the city not only provides me with supplemental income while finishing my Master’s degree, but provides me with the fulfillment and joy I get out of caring for the pets that make this world a better place to live. Let me help you by providing an stress-free experience of care for your fur baby(ies), whether they be big or small, shy or social grumpy or cuddly, sick or healthy. I am a full time student with a flexible schedule. I am in the final stages of writing my thesis and no not have commitments on campus other than on Wednesday’s from 10-12:30, which mean I have the ability to prioritize your pets needs. Before caring for your pet, I always make sure to get all of the essential details that would prepare me for any scenario. My goal is to make sure your pet has as little difference in care as possible compared to when parents are home. Whether it’s assuring your expert escape artist stays indoors, or keeping an eagle eye on any sign of a string or hair tie begging to end up as a snack, I will have the same level of diligence for their safety as you do. Communication about their quirks, health concerns, and preferences helps me form a safe and positive bond while in your home or on walks.

About: Growing up with a dog taught me that pets aren't just animals, they're family. Since moving away from home, I've missed my own dog deeply, and that's exactly what inspired me to join Rover. I bring a calm, nurturing presence that helps dogs feel safe and at ease, whether we're out exploring on a long walk or simply enjoying some quiet company. I love spending time outdoors and will make sure your pup gets the fresh air, exercise, and affection they deserve. I currently work hybrid so the days I'm home I have plenty of free time to dedicate to walks and pet care. I'm flexible with timing and can easily accommodate morning, midday, or afternoon walks to fit your routine Your dog's safety and comfort is my top priority. About: Hello! I’ve been in the SF area for over 3 years now! I’m up for taking small and medium sized dogs on walks. I’ve done some dog walking when I was younger and am very persistent in watching dogs cues throughout a walk. I've taken care of cats since I was in high school. Many neighbors and family members have asked me numerous times to watch their cats! I have experience with both young and older cats. It can be hard to leave your cat at home, which I am very familiar with as I have a 2 cats of my own. I strive to make sure your cat feels loved and cared for by feeding them, changing water, cleaning their litter boxes, and lots of play time! In my free time, I volunteer at the SF SPCA where I help kittens and cats socialize and acclimate to human interaction. I currently work at Sutter Health CPMC as a music therapist, Monday through Fridays. I am available after 5:00pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday and available on most weekends. I’ll let each dog/cat take their time in getting to know and build trust with them as in order to take them for walks or have them interact/play with me. I give my cats extra play time especially at night/dusk as they are nocturnal animals and would do so if checking in with your cat in the evening. I respect the cat's space and environment, letting them lead whether how affectionate they want to be or how much space they need.

About: I have been pet sitting and taking care of animals since I was a teenager. I started out helping family and friends when they went out of town and then began volunteering at the local spay and neuter clinic. My job there was to help the animals in recovery who had just gotten out of surgery. I have always loved animals, especially cats and dogs. I am unavailable in the evenings but mornings and afternoons any day of the week work great for me. My most convenient days would be Tuesday’s and Fridays but I am open to weekends and other days as well I like to go over to the clients house and start by just getting to know the pet. If they are shy I try to hang out around the house for a little while until they get used to my presence and feel more comfortable around me. Once I have been established as a friend and not a threat I will take them on a walk to the park or play with any toys they have around. I enjoy walking so dogs that like long walks are a good fit for me.

About: Hi, this is Bryan! I have a 5 year-old Yorkie boy (and a cat). We go on walks 3-4 times a day, we clean our face, paws, pp, and butt after each walk. While my dog is a couch-potato when he’s with me, he enjoys meeting and playing with other dogs, big or small. Hair brushing can be therapeutic. My professional background is Marketing, Branding, and Communications. So communication is a big thing for me. I like clear instructions, asking questions, providing updates, etc. Look forward to connecting and helping you with your fur babies! I’m currently a full-time stay home pet parent. So my schedule is highly flexible. It would be great if my 8 lb Yorkie can tag along, but not a must. Also, it would be ideal if I can reserve 3-5 hours/day away from your house during house sitting, to run errands or grab dinner with my husband. About: I’ve taken care of my family dogs since I was little. Most recently in the last 2 years I made the jump and got my own puppy who was 8 weeks old. I know the ins and outs of being a dog owner! I currently work remotely and have the flexibility to pop in to check on someone’s animal as needed. I enjoy walking my own dog and thought this would be a fun experience! While I go watch dogs at a clients home, I ensure the animal is properly fed and I play with the toys they have.
