I am available mon-fri and occasional weekends upon request. I recently finished my graduate degree and am using dog walking as a way to support myself while job searching. About: I started pet sitting in college, assisting at Pet Girls Pet Sitters in Austin, TX. Since then, I've reliably watched my friends' and family's furry friends. I've fostered a handful of dogs, young and old <3, which was such a fun time! I'm currently working part-time during the day and have a flexible schedule. I have a car and a bike and can get around the city reliably. I've fostered a number of dogs, young and old. I have experience hanging out with and taking new-to-me dogs on walks and for playtime.

About: While the rest of my family is remarkably allergic to just about anything with fur, I’ve been the odd one out, and able to interact with all kinds of furry friends. I spent a large amount of time during my childhood helping my pediatrician take care of, and walking, their two dogs, a Great Dane, and a Pitbull. Both dogs ended up adoring me, and this eventually extended to any friendly dog I’ve encountered since. My current work situation has me free to provide care for any furry or fuzzy friends most days in the week, with the only limits being some personal commitments on Fridays and Weekends. I follow all provided instructions regarding the pet to the letter, and make sure to check-in with the owners when possible. I make absolutely sure that the pet is comfortable, cared for, and safe for the entire time I’m providing care

About: Hi, this is Bryan! I have a 5 year-old Yorkie boy (and a cat). We go on walks 3-4 times a day, we clean our face, paws, pp, and butt after each walk. While my dog is a couch-potato when he’s with me, he enjoys meeting and playing with other dogs, big or small. Hair brushing can be therapeutic. My professional background is Marketing, Branding, and Communications. So communication is a big thing for me. I like clear instructions, asking questions, providing updates, etc. Look forward to connecting and helping you with your fur babies! I’m currently a full-time stay home pet parent. So my schedule is highly flexible. It would be great if my 8 lb Yorkie can tag along, but not a must. Also, it would be ideal if I can reserve 3-5 hours/day away from your house during house sitting, to run errands or grab dinner with my husband. I’m willing to accommodate your requests in taking special care for your pet because you know them the best, and each pet has their own likes and dislikes.

About: I grew up in a home where we regularly dog sat for neighbors and other families, so dogs have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’m probably more comfortable around dogs than I am around most humans. I have several years of dog walking and pet sitting experience (dogs, cats, small animals), and I've lived with large dogs and helped with their daily care. I really love big breeds, but I'm happy with dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Long walks are already part of my daily life, and without fail I end up making a new dog friend whenever I’m out. I always joke that dogs can somehow sense how badly I want to be their friend. What I enjoy most is getting to know each pet’s personality and quirks. I stay tuned in to their energy and adjust to what they need: a long adventure, some active play, or just a slow walk and good company. I'm currently between jobs, which means my schedule is wide open and flexible. Mornings, afternoons, evenings, last-minute requests...chances are I can make it work. I'm already out on long walks every day anyway, it'd be infinitely better with a dog by my side! On walks, I defer to whatever the owner prefers (leash habits, routes, pace) and stay attentive to my surroundings so their dog is always safe. When I'm in someone's home, my goal is to keep things as normal as possible for their pet. I follow the owner's instructions closely and don't improvise on things like food, rules, or routines. I treat the home with respect, and I keep owners in the loop with updates and photos, because I know how much it helps to see that your pet is happy and doing well.

About: I’ve been walking dogs since my family adopted Baby Bear (not a bear) when I was in middle school. I’m ready to meet a dog exactly where they’re at, which I can usually tell pretty quickly. I’m down to roll around on the ground at a moment’s notice. I mostly work remotely, with flexible hours, and I go for long walks in the middle of the day anyway, so it’s easy to bring a dog along! I can handle basically anything your dog throws at me wlth aplomb, and if the job requires me to be in your home, I’ll show it the utmost respect.

About: Hello! I’ve been in the SF area for over 3 years now! I’m up for taking small and medium sized dogs on walks. I’ve done some dog walking when I was younger and am very persistent in watching dogs cues throughout a walk. I've taken care of cats since I was in high school. Many neighbors and family members have asked me numerous times to watch their cats! I have experience with both young and older cats. It can be hard to leave your cat at home, which I am very familiar with as I have a 2 cats of my own. I strive to make sure your cat feels loved and cared for by feeding them, changing water, cleaning their litter boxes, and lots of play time! In my free time, I volunteer at the SF SPCA where I help kittens and cats socialize and acclimate to human interaction. I currently work at Sutter Health CPMC as a music therapist, Monday through Fridays. I am available after 5:00pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday and available on most weekends. I’ll let each dog/cat take their time in getting to know and build trust with them as in order to take them for walks or have them interact/play with me. I give my cats extra play time especially at night/dusk as they are nocturnal animals and would do so if checking in with your cat in the evening. I respect the cat's space and environment, letting them lead whether how affectionate they want to be or how much space they need.
