Syd persevered through the week and even attempted a rainy day walk! The girls said, NO. But she was back again the following day and by the end of the week, the girls were really happy to walk with her! We'll definitely be calling on Syd again to care for our two girls. He’s great for active pups, due to his loves for hiking and walking, but can also hang with chill pups and kitties. I honestly have never met a pet who didn’t like him; he’s a natural! He also often sits my two kitties who absolutely adore him and love to sit on him lol. He’s also cared for my kitty ciabatta after she had major surgery and helped with her meds. About: I'm experienced with large dogs, dogs with special needs, and elderly and anxious pets. For my whole life, I've been called a dog whisperer! My best friend growing up was my black Lab, Belle, and the neighborhood pups. As an adult, I've had extensive experience caring for my dog, Eliza (a one-eyed rescue with high anxiety), and my friends and family's pets, including a paralyzed Akita named Fiona. I know how hard it is to be away from your best friend, and I promise to keep them happy, healthy, and safe. I am communicative, will share photos and updates, and am respectful of animals' boundaries. Whether your pet prefers belly scratches or sitting on the other side of the room, I will give them the care they need and deserve! I am a freelancer, so I have a flexible weekday and weekend schedule that can be adjusted to fit your routine and your pet's needs. About: I grew up with a dog in the house and have always been an animal lover. I could not imagine a life without them. I truly believe that they are man's best friend and we have so much to learn from them! I currently have two dachshund mixes and live across the street from Buena Vista Park which has plenty of space and trails for dogs to get their exercise. It also has an amazing dog community. My beagle growing up was a difficult little lady who was not great socially with other animals nor people, so I understand certain animals need specific care an awareness in social situations. But a little love can go a long way! I look forward to meeting your pup and having them join me on one of my daily trips to the park :) I work from home and enjoy taking breaks to go outside with the dogs, especially with a beautiful park across the street. Since I’ve already got 2, it’s a part of my everyday routine. I let my dogs out minimum 4x per day and always do a 45 min walk in the park as well. Mine eat 2x per day, but I’m happy to accommodate any feeding schedule necessary.
