About: Been around animals my whole life. Mostly dogs, some cats, and I was even living with a ferret for years in Denver as well! The majority of the time I have cared for border collies, so I know how to take care of high energy dogs. Panhandle park is only one block away from where I live, so there and Golden Park are my go-to areas for great walks. Our house has plenty of space with a large patio area and small potty area on side. I can spend all my time with your pet! No work at the moment. But will start back up after the holidays. So I will be part time next year, doing both pets and part time job. House has 3 floors, plenty of space, and has a nice outdoor patio and potty area by side of the building. Fur babies are allowed of furniture ( but only some beds).

About: I’m a 42-year-old gay dog lover who recently said goodbye to my own pup after 13 incredible years together. Caring for my dog has always been one of the best parts of my life, and I genuinely love getting to know every breed, quirk, zoomie level, and cuddle style out there. Pet care has been part of my daily routine for years. I recently lost my dog after 13 wonderful years together, and before that we took at least three walks a day — everything from quick neighborhood strolls to longer adventures exploring different parts of San Francisco together. I genuinely miss having a little shadow by my side, so caring for and walking dogs still feels like a natural and meaningful part of my everyday life. I love getting to know each dog’s personality, energy, and favorite routines. I focus on making pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in both my home and theirs. I follow each dog’s routine closely — including walks, feeding, medications, playtime, and cuddle preferences — while giving them plenty of attention, affection, exercise, and calm energy. I also love sending photo updates so owners know their pups are happy and well cared for.

About: Nice to meet you! I am a lifelong lover of animals, and have always had pets of my own. I have years of experience volunteering at the Humane Society, in addition to pet sitting for neighbors and family friends. I understand that it is nerve-wracking to leave our pets, and I welcome the responsibility and privilege that comes along with caring for these special creatures. As a proud cat parent of two very sweet and energetic cats who have a pension for plastic and hair ties, I understand that many of our pets have their own quirks. About: I rescued a puppy in 2010, trained him, walked him daily, and loved him unconditionally through his energetic puppy phase, teen angst (not actually because he was always happy), adulthood, and silver sunset senior days. He lived a happy and healthy 14 years, and now I am joining Rover to continue my care for dogs until I feel ready to adopt a new puppy. I have boarded several family and friend's dogs in the past since they know I am responsible, active, and trustworthy! I work from home (fully remote) so would never leave your pet during the workday to commute to an office. I have a very flexible schedule so I can easily take your pet out to go to the bathroom and walk whenever. I live within walking distance of the Panhandle and Golden Gate Park. I also have a fenced backyard, so I have access to plenty of places to walk dogs. I live on the garden level of a Victorian home, so it is very easy for me to take the dog outside. I would let your dog roam freely around my 2 bedroom unit, but don't allow dogs on the couch or bed.

About: I have had pets al of my life (many cats and dogs, both small and large). I have eaten many a meal with a cat on the dinner table (bad, I know). I can play with the dog, or chill with the cat. I also enjoy long walks and watching tv, so I can do whatever the pet wants to do. I am currently working part time at a wine bar and searching for a job in the esthetics world (I just graduated school). I am free during the day and most evenings. I care for any pet like it’s my own. I will feed regularly and clean the litter box when needed. I am also a LitterRobot owner so I am proficient in cleaning it, or ‘fixing it’. About: Hi there ☺️ My name is Andrea and I can’t wait to meet you and your pet! I became a pet sitter because I adore cats and dogs and I can’t have one of my own right now. So I’m here to give lots of love and attention to yours! I was 12 when our family got our first dog, he was a miniature poodle named Bernard. My love for pets grew once Bernard became part of our family. When I moved to the east coast I was able to take care of Oakley, my former landlords golden retriever when they were away for business trips or vacation. I work in higher education and my schedule can be flexible. Pet care can fit into my daily routine as I love to go on runs/walks around the neighborhood or to the Meridian Hill/Girard Parks. The parks located close to my apartment. The care way that I care for pets will depend on the pet needs. For example, when I took care of Bernard, my family dog. I knew his routine and needs. The time that he needed to be taken out to use the bathroom, times he needed to be fit, and when he needed to go on a walk/play. Knowing the needs and likes/dislikes is very important to provide the best care.

I've been taking care of dogs big and small since I was a kid, and done more serious pet sitting and walking for friends & neighbors since 2017. Pictured is Wheezy, the love of my life: a half Boston Terrier half Pitty I rescued around 5 years ago and nursed back to health. Holler with any questions! I am a journalist and work weird hours! Generally available for afternoon and evening walks both week days and weekends on a case by case basis!. I have a fenced garden area where my pup loves to tromp around. I also live very close to Alamo Square Park, where we love to walk and play if you're comfortable with your pup being social. I've trained Wheezy to return when off-leash but never let other pups off leash without owner permission. In the home, I've got a large crate if needed.

About: I’ve taken care of both dogs and cats throughout my life. Recently, I started taking care of some of my friend’s pets and have gained valuable experience through them. I have taken care of cats of all sizes and energy levels, and have taken care of small-medium dogs. I’m currently working a full-time job from 7-4, but can swing before or after work, and during lunch time for an hour to take care of your pet! I am free weeknights after work, as well as on weekends. I can do drop-in care every 4 hours on weekdays, can stay overnight if needed, and/or can stay all day on the weekends. I do not have pets of my own, and live in a studio apartment so if your pet will be at my home, you will not need to worry about another pet being there. I have some plants that can be put away in a safe place if needed. If I will be staying at your home or doing drop-in care, I will make sure to treat it with respect and leave it how it was when I arrived.
