I grew up in Sweden surrounded by animals (cats, dogs, and even chickens!) I’ve had three dogs and five cats in my life and know firsthand that they’re not just pets, they’re your family and your most loyal friends. As a lifelong animal lover, I’m calm, patient, and always attentive to each animal’s unique personality and needs. I love whirlwinds and shy doggies and kitties alike. I only ever walk one dog at a time (no ten-dog walks here!) so your pet will always have my full attention and care. I’m an artist and sculptor, and I do this on the side, which means I have a flexible schedule and am available throughout the day for walks, playtime, or just keeping your best friend company. I currently live with an older gentleman cat who loves eating treats and sleeping on plastic bags.

I believe the best pet care starts with good communication. I like to talk with pet parents to learn what your dog or cat needs. Learning their routines, quirks, and what makes them happiest is what makes the biggest difference to them! I also pay close attention to each pet’s behavior and body language, so I can take their cues and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and heard. For walks, I only ever take one dog at a time so I can give your dog my full attention and stay aware of everything going on around us. For house sitting, every pet and home is unique, so I like to work as a team with you to make sure your dog or cat feels cared for and loved while you’re away through communication and trust.

Lovisa did a wonderful job watching Birdie while we were away! Communicative, on-time, and made sure our very energetic 4 month old kitten got lots of playtime and attention!! Will definitely be booking again!
Lovisa is the best experience I’ve had with a pet sitter. She is highly accommodating and communicative. I represent a non-profit local rescue group and we were in dire need of sitting for a foster cat. Lovisa was simply stellar. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter.
Lovisa was fantastic! She did a great job with our high energy border collie & managing her idiosyncrasies :) super thoughtful on training & adjusting her routes for Sabbath’s enrichment also!
Lovisa has been absolutely wonderful, and we can’t recommend her enough! She’s incredibly communicative, reliable, and always on top of everything. Her visit summaries were thoughtful and detailed, which gave us so much peace of mind. It’s clear she genuinely cares, and we always felt confident our dog was in great hands. We’re so grateful we found her!
Lovisa could not be better! She sent lots of pics, was timely and thoughtful. Our flight got delayed and she stayed later than originally planned and followed our instructions perfectly.
Lovisa has been amazing! Great communication, works with my schedule, and loves on my pup Ollie as if he were her own! Will be rebooking, it’s hard to find someone who treats your pup like her own. Also all the information she provides of the visit is beyond informative and reassuring.

Schedule
I work from home and set my own hours, which allows me to fit in walks, drop-ins, and playtime throughout the day. I have plenty of time and energy to give your pet the attention they deserve.
