About: Nice to meet you! I am a lifelong lover of animals, and have always had pets of my own. I have years of experience volunteering at the Humane Society, in addition to pet sitting for neighbors and family friends. I understand that it is nerve-wracking to leave our pets, and I welcome the responsibility and privilege that comes along with caring for these special creatures. I am comfortable with administering any medications needed, as well as walking and socializing the animals to ensure they maintain their routines and feel at ease. Every animal is unique, with their own habits, preferences and comfort levels with new people. I understand the importance of paying attention to their queues and adapting to their needs. Our pets are our family, and I will treat yours as just that. I have a very flexible schedule! I am available during the week days and weekends to come by and spend meaningful time with your fur babies, take them on walks, and can make twice daily visits to give them their food, clean litter boxes and administer any medicines needed. If your pet has additional needs, I am happy to work together to create a schedule that accommodates them. As a proud cat parent of two very sweet and energetic cats who have a pension for plastic and hair ties, I understand that many of our pets have their own quirks. I will be diligent in ensuring that the little (or big) ones do not get into anything that is not meant for them. And if you enjoy pictures of your pets while on a trip, I will be their personal photographer!

About: I have had pets al of my life (many cats and dogs, both small and large). I have eaten many a meal with a cat on the dinner table (bad, I know). I can play with the dog, or chill with the cat. I also enjoy long walks and watching tv, so I can do whatever the pet wants to do. I am currently working part time at a wine bar and searching for a job in the esthetics world (I just graduated school). I am free during the day and most evenings. I care for any pet like it’s my own. I will feed regularly and clean the litter box when needed. I am also a LitterRobot owner so I am proficient in cleaning it, or ‘fixing it’. I have many toys for my cat to use, but they only just look at them…

About: Hey, I'm Taylor! Loving animals is not my whole personality, but it's close. I've been taking care of dogs big and small since I was a kid, and done more serious pet sitting and walking for friends & neighbors since 2017. Pictured is Wheezy, the love of my life: a half Boston Terrier half Pitty I rescued around 5 years ago and nursed back to health. Holler with any questions! I am a journalist and work weird hours! Generally available for afternoon and evening walks both week days and weekends on a case by case basis!. I have a fenced garden area where my pup loves to tromp around. I also live very close to Alamo Square Park, where we love to walk and play if you're comfortable with your pup being social. I've trained Wheezy to return when off-leash but never let other pups off leash without owner permission. In the home, I've got a large crate if needed.

About: I rescued a puppy in 2010, trained him, walked him daily, and loved him unconditionally through his energetic puppy phase, teen angst (not actually because he was always happy), adulthood, and silver sunset senior days. He lived a happy and healthy 14 years, and now I am joining Rover to continue my care for dogs until I feel ready to adopt a new puppy. I have boarded several family and friend's dogs in the past since they know I am responsible, active, and trustworthy! I work from home (fully remote) so would never leave your pet during the workday to commute to an office. I have a very flexible schedule so I can easily take your pet out to go to the bathroom and walk whenever. I live within walking distance of the Panhandle and Golden Gate Park. I also have a fenced backyard, so I have access to plenty of places to walk dogs. I live on the garden level of a Victorian home, so it is very easy for me to take the dog outside. I would let your dog roam freely around my 2 bedroom unit, but don't allow dogs on the couch or bed.

About: Ive grown up with dogs since I was 12 years old in the south. Many of my friends and family have dogs - I always do informal training and give long walks. I’m exploring getting or fostering a dog in the future and wanted to get involved here as a first step! I’m currently searching for jobs so have a lot of flexibility throughout the week. Walks and check ins will be preferred but eventually will consider overnight care. I hope to find regular dog parks for your pup to be known at. I like to understand house rules for your dog(s), places they are most comfortable and places that trigger them. I always make sure there is water available and to lock doors behind me.

About: Growing up I had the joy of caring for my childhood dog Snowball. From daily walks, playtime, feeding, and training I learned early on how to care for dogs with patience, love, and responsibility. That experience sparked a lifelong passion for animals, and it’s what motivates me to give every dog in my care the same kind of attention and affection. As someone who works from home full-time, I’m able to give pets in my care plenty of attention. My flexible schedule allows for regular walks, potty breaks, feeding, and playtime without the long gaps that can come with a traditional in office 9-to-5. I structure my day around the needs of the pets I’m caring for, making sure they feel comfortable, engaged, and well looked after. When caring for pets in a client’a home, I will treat their space with the same respect I’d expect in my own. I stick closely to your pet’s usual routine to keep them feeling secure whether that means specific feeding times, daily walks, or play sessions. I will also keep you updated with photos/messages so that you know your pet is happy and safe. My goal is to make sure your pet is comfortable, stress free, and well cared for the in the place they know best-their home.

About: I spent eight years as a veterinary assistant and now share my home with a 14-year-old blind Parson Russell Terrier who needs daily medical care. I’ve owned JRTs my whole adult life. Senior dogs, high energy dogs, dogs with health conditions: I’m familiar and comfortable with them. I’m a runner and active walker, and currently have time in my schedule to walk or drop in for pets in my vicinity (Alamo Square and surrounding areas). I am a creative/tech professional currently transitioning into independent consulting/project-based work. This gives me a highly flexible, self-managed schedule, meaning I am home most of the day and can provide your pet with consistent companionship and a structured routine. I am blocks from Alamo Square, and other parks in NOPA, Panhandle, Lower Pac Heights, and Western Addition. I love getting steps in and can take it easy for seniors or get some beans out for the energetic ones. I also have a fenced backyard if needed.

I’m Chelsea, a reliable and detail-oriented dog lover based in Haight-Ashbury, surrounded by some of San Francisco’s best parks and walking routes (Panhandle, Buena Vista, Alamo Square, and Duboce). I work fully remote at a global tech company, so your dog will get plenty of attention, structure, and companionship throughout the day. I also have a fully fenced backyard, go on multiple walks daily, am comfortable administering medications, and prioritize routine, safety, and clear communication so your dog feels happy, secure, and well cared for. I also have a bike and car to easily do dog walks in nearby neighborhoods! Pet care is already a central part of my daily life. I’ve been working from home for several years (I work in HR for a global tech company), which gives me the flexibility to build my schedule around regular walks, playtime, and attentive care. I walk about five miles a day, so it’s easy and natural to walk a pup on my routes or welcome a dog into my home for boarding. My weekends are typically spent hiking, cooking, doing yoga, and enjoying the occasional concert - all very dog-friendly activities that allow me to stay active while making sure pets in my care get plenty of movement, enrichment, and attention! I prioritize safety, routine, and calm, attentive care. My home has a fully fenced yard and deck, giving dogs a secure space to go to the bathroom, relax, and enjoy outdoor time (especially squirrel and bird watching!). I love long walks and tailor activity levels to each dog’s needs. My own dog had double TPLO surgery at a young age, which gave me extensive hands on experience administering medications, monitoring recovery, and being especially attentive to physical and emotional cues. I’m naturally observant and cautious, and I’m good at reading dog body language — stepping in early if a dog feels unsure or overwhelmed and helping facilitate safe, positive interactions. Whether in my home or yours, I treat every dog with patience, respect, and thoughtful care.

About: I’ve owned several dogs, large labrador and mixed breed smaller dogs, and several cats over the years (currently I have a young cat), so I would love to help you with your pets while I am preparing this summer for my move out of SF and to my new career here in Northern California. I am currently applying to jobs for my professional career post grad while living here for my last month in the city, so my schedule is pretty flexible. My planned move out is end of June 2026. My home is not available for pet boarding or watching, but I live in the Sunset neighborhood and have an e-bike to travel to your homes for your pet’s care.
