About: I have Been around dogs and taken care of them for 10+ years, but been around them most of my life. I’ve taken care of dogs, both in and out of my house. I got laid off and have time on my hands to help folks take care of their dogs or cats, I will probably talk to them like a person I currently have no pets in my house, my apartment is not huge but has a living room and separate bedroom. Room enough to bounce around, and find spots for quiet if they prefer that too.

About: I provide a nurturing, calm, and attentive environment for your dog, whether it’s for boarding, daycare, walking, or drop-in visits. I live in SOMA with my 2-year-old Shiba, one of the most stubborn and independent dog breeds, which has given me hands-on experience with patience, training, and socialization. I care for one dog at a time when boarding to ensure focused attention and high-quality care. Your dog will enjoy interactive play, pulling sessions, ball games, and sniffing out hidden treats. There’s a fenced outdoor space in my building and access to another backyard for safe outdoor time. I’m comfortable administering oral medications and injectables (if trained), and I love, helping dogs feel comfortable, engaged, and happy while in my care. My Shiba is social and friendly, so I’m confident in helping your dog feel welcome and loved. My day starts with a potty break for my dog, and I can provide the same for your dog. Meals are not structured and timed for my dog because she prefers to graze throughout the day. However, I can provide something more structured for your dog and can supervise feedings so your dog doesn’t eat my dog’s meal. We enjoy two 30-minute walks daily, one in the afternoon and one in the evening. I can adjust the length or schedule walk based on your dogs needs, and dogs can be walked separately if needed. Before bedtime, we have one last potty break in the backyard. I am home 24/7, except for brief trips to the gym or grocery store, during which my brother (who lives with me) supervises for 1-2 hours, ensuring continuous care and attention. Your dog will have a safe, nurturing, and structured environment while in my care. I keep a clean, safe, and well-organized home, and I’m maintain the same standards if pet sitting in your home. Dogs are never left unattended for long and I supervise play, walks, and feeding closely. I provide clear and regular updates to keep you informed. Safety, trust, and consistent communication are my top priorities.

About: I never had a pet growing up but desperately wanted one. I have always loved animals and during college, I dog sat for three different people whenever they needed me. I just graduated from college and have moved home. I have a very open schedule and would be available for your pet throughout the day. I do have a fenced in yard but due to other family members, I would not be able to bring the pet to my home.

About: Growing up I had the joy of caring for my childhood dog Snowball. From daily walks, playtime, feeding, and training I learned early on how to care for dogs with patience, love, and responsibility. As someone who works from home full-time, I’m able to give pets in my care plenty of attention. My flexible schedule allows for regular walks, potty breaks, feeding, and playtime without the long gaps that can come with a traditional in office 9-to-5. I structure my day around the needs of the pets I’m caring for, making sure they feel comfortable, engaged, and well looked after. When caring for pets in a client’a home, I will treat their space with the same respect I’d expect in my own. I stick closely to your pet’s usual routine to keep them feeling secure whether that means specific feeding times, daily walks, or play sessions. I will also keep you updated with photos/messages so that you know your pet is happy and safe. My goal is to make sure your pet is comfortable, stress free, and well cared for the in the place they know best-their home.

About: I’ve cared for dogs of all kinds for over 5 years, but I have a soft spot (and plenty of experience!) with Dachshunds in particular. Friends, neighbors, and family have trusted me to walk and feed their pets from playful puppies to senior dogs needing extra care. Whether it’s keeping up with their energy or sticking to their routines, I make sure every dog feels loved, safe, and right at home! I currently work from home on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday so I have flexibility for dog care and dog walks! Depending on the weekends, I also have some time! I treat every pet like my own and always prioritize their comfort and safety. In your home, I follow your routines closely to make sure your dog feels secure and stress-free. Attentive is in the details — from double-checking gates and leashes to keeping an eye on water, food, and playtime. For Dachshunds or small breeds, I’m extra careful about stairs and lifting to protect their backs. My goal is to make each visit calm, loving, and dependable so you can have complete peace of mind!!
