About: What sets me apart is the care and attention I give to every pet. I'm dependable, detail-oriented, and understand how important it is to follow each pet's routine so they feel comfortable while you're away. I've cared for pets belonging to neighbors, friends, and colleagues, and I'm comfortable with dogs of different sizes and energy levels. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playtime, or simply having someone nearby for company, I'm happy to adapt to their needs. I'm also comfortable administering oral medications, reinforcing basic training routines, and providing extra patience and attention to senior pets or those who may be a little shy or anxious. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else, and I'll make sure they receive plenty of care, affection, and updates while you're away. I have a very flexible job where I choose my shifts so there will be plenty of time to take care of your dogs! I always do my best to be punctual and communicate to the clients. Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. When caring for pets in a client's home, I make every effort to keep their routine as consistent as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any specific instructions you provide. I make sure pets always have fresh water, a clean environment, and plenty of attention and affection. I'm attentive on walks, use secure leashes and harnesses, and avoid situations that could make pets uncomfortable or unsafe. I also respect your home by keeping it clean and tidy while you're away. I know every pet is different, so I'm happy to accommodate their individual needs and will keep you updated with messages and photos so you can have peace of mind while you're away.

About: From big to small, I've cared for dogs in a wide range of breeds. I have experience with puppy care and basic training, as well as working with senior and special needs pups. I've been the go-to petsitter amongst my friends and family, and have cared for their pets on a regular basis since 2019. I have a high-energy dog of my own, so I currently spend an average of 4-5 hours every day walking, playing, and training. I work part-time at night, so I have plenty of time during the day for as much pet care as needed. I prefer to be around animals, so I like to spend as much time as possible with each of the pets I care for. I make sure they're adequately stimulated both mentally and physically while their family is away, and that I leave the home and the pets within better than I found it.

“Martha did an incredible job being a dog chaperone for Charlie during our civil marriage ceremony in SF City Hall! We were just doing the quick ceremony then photos for a couple of hours ahead of our bigger international wedding later, but we really wanted Charlie to be involved while not being a distraction to us, the photographer, the officiant, or the few guests we had coming from across the country. Martha did an amazing job keeping Charlie entertained, and she was great at reading the room and knowing when to be close by with Charlie or step away a bit if Charlie seemed to be getting antsy or bored. I didn’t give her any instructions really (definitely could’ve planned better on my part!) yet the whole experience felt smooth because Martha was very attentive to both Charlie’s needs and moods and the overall situation. While Charlie is a huge people person, he can definitely get grumpy and bored being in the same place doing nothing, but Martha kept him in such a good mood that he was smiling and cooperative any time we needed him for pictures. She also took some amazing solo shots of Charlie, which we will treasure forever!”

About: Growing up I had the joy of caring for my childhood dog Snowball. From daily walks, playtime, feeding, and training I learned early on how to care for dogs with patience, love, and responsibility. As someone who works from home full-time, I’m able to give pets in my care plenty of attention. About: My family and I adopted my orange tabby cat back home at the age of 7 and have loved and cared for him for the past 16 years now! Scooter is an indoor outdoor cat with a very active lifestyle and social personality - my family and I have learned how to manage his outdoor time and feed him per his high activity lifestyle. I’ve also learned to administer medication to Scooter and handle his vet visits whether for teeth cleaning, routine checkup, or emergency visit. I’ve also pet sat for friends’ cats who are more shy and have quieter ways of showing love. I have done routine visits for multiple feeds and some play time! Otherwise, I’ve done Rover before in my new home in Chicago and have had cats stay with my two roommates and I for long-term stays! I work from home and work on central hours so I can be flexible to come stop by or do walks from 3pm onwards as much as needed! I am very considerate of my clients’ spaces - I myself am extremely tidy and aim to come, take care of your pet with lots of love and care, and ensure your home is left just as I walked in!

Work fully remote and make my own hours, so my schedule is highly flexible and I'm home to give lots of attention during the day. No other pets at home, but roommates who will give lots of belly rubs. A stone’s throw from Alamo Square dog park and close to Panhandle and Golden Gate Park for plenty of green space. With remote work, I’m happy to house sit if that would make your pet more comfortable.
