“Lucia was great with our special needs pup. We recently started fostering her, and she was dubious about strangers. Lucia handled it like a champ, even planning ahead and bringing high-interest treats! I highly recommend Lucia, she clearly cares about animals and understands their needs.”

About: Hi! I’m a life-long dog lover with experience watching dogs of all sizes and ages. I grew up with maltese dogs, and later pomeranians. I love watching my friends and family’s pets and am eager to make more furry friends here in San Francisco. I work a full-time M-F, 9-5 job with three days in our FIDI office and two at home (my choice of the days). I also have an hour lunch break that I can take anytime around 12-3. So my weekday schedule is pretty flexible and I’d be happy to work from your home. My weekends are very open and flexible. I am very responsible and clean, and I will treat every client’s home with the upmost respect. I love taking dogs on longs walks around the city and to our beautiful parks. My roommates and I all love pet-sitting, but sadly our rental does not have adequate space for most dogs.
About: I’ve taken care of both dogs and cats within my family since the early age of 12 years old. Ever since, I have built a big love for caring for fur babies of all kinds☺️ I know how much your fur baby/babies mean to you, and I’ll make sure to treat them as well as my own☺️🙏🏽 I’m currently doing freelance photography, so my schedule is pretty flexible to work with you. My services will be available any time from 11am onwards every day of the week for dog walking and drop-in visits. I can be available 24/7 for house sitting with at least a day in advance notice. Looking forward to working with you and your fur baby/babies🐶🐈☺️✨ Side note: Soon to be GoodPup Dog Training certified and offer dog training to my services!🐕✨ I currently offer dog walking, drop-in visits, and house sitting. Regarding dog walking, I make it a priority to be aware of our surroundings. Whether that be cars driving or other dogs walking, I’m always on the lookout to assure your fur baby’s safety🙏🏽 In terms of drop-in visits and house sitting at your home, you can feel free to communicate and make me aware of any safety precautions I need to know about, and I’ll make sure to abide to them😌🙏🏽 I understand your fur baby’s safety is your #1 priority, and it will also be mine🙏🏽✨
About: Being raised in a family/community with roots in agriculture has blessed me with ample opportunities for pet care. Taking care of dogs and cats in the city not only helps me find flexible work while finishing my Master’s degree, but also provides me with the fulfillment and joy I get out of caring for pets. Let me help you by providing an stress-free experience of care for your fur baby(ies), whether they be big or small, shy or social grumpy or cuddly, sick or healthy. I prioritize patience, trust, and confidence during walks. I specialize in leash training, and have had much success working with dogs that need help with pulling and/or are reactive around other dogs. I am a grad student and work from home, so I have a very flexible schedule. I am typically home writing or caring for clients throughout the day. Before caring for your pet, I always make sure to get all of the essential details that would prepare me for any scenario. My goal is to make sure your pet has as little difference in care as possible compared to when parents are home. Whether it’s assuring your expert escape artist stays indoors, or keeping an eagle eye on any sign of a string or hair tie begging to end up as a snack, I will have the same level of diligence for their safety as you do. Communication about their quirks, health concerns, and preferences helps me form a safe and positive bond while in your home or on walks.
About: I’ve been around and have taken cared of dogs all my life. I babysit for friends, help them with basic training (ie.sit, stay) and have a lot of experience with senior dogs because of my 13 year old beagle Midnight. I can cook specific meals, help them ingest pills and have a car in case of emergencies. Boarding will be at my apartment where I work from remotely. It has a lot of space, a balcony and a separate outdoor area for frequent outdoor breaks throughout the day. I work from home and am close to 2 parks. Your dog will get at least 2 good long walks and a ton of outdoor breaks in between. I’m a homebody so afternoons and evenings will be indoors and a lot of couch time for your pup. If there’s an occasion where I would be out of the house for errands, max would be 3 hours- this is because I don’t leave my dog for long as well. I have cameras installed for safety and monitoring. I have my apartment has a separate balcony and motion cameras for monitoring. Being a beagle mom, all food, potential chocking hazards are off the floor to avoid any accidents.
“Elisa was really great with our 2 cats! Despite a few hiccups getting into our place due to issues on our end, she was very patient when we were trying to help her get access, and did a great job taking care of our boys. Will definitely rebook in the future!”

About: When I was 8, my family adopted a senior dog from Muttville named Lady. She was blind and deaf, and very high maintenance. I cared for her by helping make her food, carrying her up and down stairs, and gave her so much love up until she passed away. My family now owns a dog and a cat, and the care I learned from Lady now is implemented into my daily life with them both. Since discovering my love for animals, I have cared for my neighbors pets whenever they ask, and I always form a strong bond with each cat and dog on my street. I am available for any time throughout the week to care for your animals. I feed and walk my dog in the mornings, and play with my cat outside too! I make sure to spend a lot of time with the animals I look after, because I genuinely enjoy playing and forming a connection with them!
“Angela is responsive, reliable, and did a fantastic job looking after our kitty for 2 weeks. She communicated well and followed the specific care instructions without any issues. Ollie seemed happy and loved when we got back from our trip!”

About: My name is Eleanor and I live in San Francisco near the USF campus. I've been a lifelong dog lover, and previous dog owner. I work from home full-time, and am looking for an excuse to get out of the house and get some quality dog-time :) I no longer own a dog of my own, but I am experienced in obedience training, potty training, and dealing with reactive dogs. Looking forward to spending time with your pup! I currently work from home full-time, so I have time during the day to take your dog for a walk around the neighborhood, or a longer walk after work. I live with my partner (also a dog owner) in a one bedroom apartment. There isn't much space, but we love hiking, running, and being active so I'm happy to make sure your dog gets as much exercise as possible!

About: I grew up with a dog at home but love cats and dogs :) I live a busy life but love caring for, hanging out with, & photographing animals in my free time! I work 2-3 days a week so I have plenty of days free! I am usually available Wednesdays and every other weekend, but I am willing to accommodate more as needed. I will stick to your routine! Safety and trust is so important. I will communicate with you if there are any questions I have and keep you updated as often as you would like me to but especially in case of emergency or any unexpected event.
“Taylor was fantastic. She did drop one for my dog 2 days in a row. She even came over to meet him ahead of time bc i was a little nervous (he had recently had surgery and was still in come/recovery suit). Would highly recommend and rebook.”

About: I grew up with four cats and three dogs and I love caring for our four legged family members. I'm a stay at home cat dad (for now) while my husband works in Sacramento, so happy to host doggies for the day or take your K9 for a walk. I'm currently not working so I have plenty of time to look out for your dog or cat. There's the occasional week I am out of town, but largely in SF. I have a house in the Inner Richmond with an enclosed backyard. There are steps leading up to the front door and out the backyard.

“Nicole really went above and beyond caring for our 3 (very needy and attention hungry!) cats. She was easy to communicate with and reliable, but what we appreciated the most was that she spent extra time beyond the minimum required by Rover hanging out with them. She sent plenty of updates with photos and videos letting us know they were in good hands, and even administered oral medication to one of our cats. We will definitely be reaching out to Nicole for future cat sitting as well as recommending her to anyone who needs care for their pets!”

“Shihua was wonderful! This was my first time leaving my 8-month old kitten. As a new cat mom, I was pretty nervous. Shihua instantly put me at ease! She graciously came over a week early to meet Teddy. I could tell from the first interaction she had a true passion for care-taking. I got daily photos and videos. Shihua definitely has a kind and tender heart, sensing that I would miss Teddy terribly. She also sent updates on Teddy’s health as he recently finished a round of antibiotics. I felt safe leaving him in such confident and capable hands. I could not have asked for a better experience! Whole-heartedly recommend :)”

Eric was very reliable and did such a wonderful job taking care of Inari while we were away. He was attentive to Inari’s needs - giving him pets instead of a toy when Inari just wanted attention. He also took the initiative to vacuum when Inari left litter outside the litterbox, which was so thoughtful. Inari was hiding when he first met Eric, but it was so nice to see him open up to Eric by the end. Thanks so much for taking such good care of Inari! 😊

Ariana is amazing!!! We went to visit family for two weeks and she sent the best updates with adorable pictures. One of our two kitties is quite shy and they became best friends within a couple of days. That’s very atypical and a testament to her ability to build trust by playing every day and giving yummy treats. One of our cats has a medical condition, and while it didn’t flare up while we were away, she made us feel very comfortable that she was prepared if it did. It was clear from the way she talked about them that she understood their personalities and was loving on them in our absence. We are so grateful to have met her and will definitely book her for our next trip. Thank you Ariana!

Maide did a fantastic job taking care of our cat Kiwi. She brought enthusiasm and thoughtfulness in caring for her. When we came back, the food and litter box areas were very clean. And Maide left great, detailed updates with lots of good pictures that were always a highlight to look at. We look forward to booking Maide again!
Highly recommend Natalie for kitty-sitting. She is thorough, attentive, and somehow won over my ultra-shy kitty! I received updates and tons of pictures of Natalie cleaning litter, refilling food and water, and playing with the kitties. She also went above and beyond to accommodate a key handoff while I was out of town. Thank you Natalie!!
