About: When I was 8, my family adopted a senior dog from Muttville named Lady. She was blind and deaf, and very high maintenance. I cared for her by helping make her food, carrying her up and down stairs, and gave her so much love up until she passed away. My family now owns a dog and a cat, and the care I learned from Lady now is implemented into my daily life with them both. Since discovering my love for animals, I have cared for my neighbors pets whenever they ask, and I always form a strong bond with each cat and dog on my street. I am available for any time throughout the week to care for your animals. I feed and walk my dog in the mornings, and play with my cat outside too! About: I'm a communications professional for 30 years now, so it comes natural for me to share with pet owners every milestone of any day they're apart from their pets and trusting me with their care. For 20 years, I've cared for my friend's dogs, cats, and chickens in the Bay Area just for the fun of it. Now I'd like to open my experience and hope it will lead to more travel when I retire in a few year. Also, I have a veterinarian friend on speed dial. I've never had to call in an emergency. But I could! I work from home most days. I write, so I sit at my desk and I don't move much. I love having a cat on the desk or a well-exercised dog in their bed waiting for my next move. I go downtown twice a week, but I have a retired neighbor who volunteers at Animal Control and the SF Zoo who is nuts about dog-walking to fill-in for noontime walks. I like to treat all pets like they're my own, with a little extra in an auntie kind of way. I am an expert Kong-stuffer and a tug of war extremist, with a nice car that I don't mind getting hairy or muddy. Poo and litter are not things I shy away from. I love the smell of pet feet.

“Henri had a great weekend at Paulina’s! She came out to greet us and then took the leash and introduced Henri to her home-he was so comfortable with her from the start. Our dog has hardly been away from us in his 7 years and I was a little nervous about leaving him with someone new, but I soon realized I had nothing to worry about. Paulina is a very relaxed person and sent updates and adorable photos each day. It made me happy to see him look so at home with her. Don’t let her lack of a backyard discourage you-Henri was happy and tired when we picked him up. We will call on her whenever we need a dog sitter for when we visit our daughter in SF. Paulina was an absolute lifesaver and we are so happy to have found her!”

“I only met Victoria and her dog Rina. Both are amazing being! Victoria took really good care of my dog Kai. She was very communicative and answers in a timely manner. She calmed my nerves of leaving my dog to a sitter. Kai enjoy his stay at her place and had a blast playing with Rina. Victoria sent periodical photos and videos to me to give me status update. She also respected my boundary not to reach me at a certain time because I was running a half marathon during those hours. I’m really happy that Kai bonded well with Victoria and Rina. I would certainly contact them again when I need a dog sitter. Kai spent two nights with them and had no issues. Just lots of fun playful moments for Kai. Thank you Victoria!”

They go on two adventures a day with the dogs and always send a recap email at the end of the day with amazing pictures of their adventures, plus an update on how Marley is doing. He gets SO excited to stay with them, which is exactly what you want for your dog when you have to leave them. As long as we’re still living in the Bay Area, we’ll always have Kazu and Yoko watch Marley.”
About: Shelby grew up with Labrador retrievers ever since she was 5 years old. She has experience with medication administration, ear cleaning, walking, and more. We have a 2.5 year old dachshund who we crate, potty, and leash trained. We are both dog lovers with some of our friends saying Shelby is “the most dog obsessed person I’ve ever met.” We will strive to make your dog feel as comfortable as possible while respecting any rules and boundaries you have in your own home. We absolutely love every kind of dog and would give your fur baby 5 star care ⭐️ We both work from home, so our schedules are very flexible. We take our dog out 3 times a day for potty breaks and several walks a day. We can really take your dog out whenever is needed, as one of us is always available. Our home is very, very dog proof. Our dog loves to eat everything so we’re very mindful of keeping things tidy. Especially with larger dogs, we put away our dogs smaller toys, so that there’s no possibility of them being ingested (there’s the labrador experience haha!) we will be around and loving your pet 24/7 while they’re in our care ❤️
