About: I've cared for dogs and cats for friends, family, and neighbors for the past several years, including regularly watching a senior Shih Tzu — administering his medication and adjusting to his slower pace and specific needs. I also help care for my roommate's Blue Heeler, a high-energy breed that requires regular exercise and mental stimulation, so I'm comfortable with active, driven dogs as well as calmer, senior ones. I'm experienced with medical needs, multi-pet households, and adapting my approach to each pet's individual energy level and temperament — whether that means a brisk walk to burn off energy or a slow, patient stroll for an older dog. For medications I have experience administering oral medications, eye drops, and occasional injections as needed. If you have any specific questions regarding your pet's care needs, or more specifics on my experience, please reach out! I work full-time from home, which gives me flexibility to fit walks and visits into my day without needing a rigid schedule. I'm generally available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and can adjust my blocks as needed to accommodate your pet's routine. Thursdays I'm away from home for work, so I'm not available that day. But every other day of the week, there's usually a window that works. I take the time to meet every pet at their own comfort level — whether that means a slow, patient introduction for a shy or anxious animal, or matching the energy of a playful, high-drive dog. I'm respectful of both your pet's routine and your home, and I stay adaptive throughout our time together, adjusting my approach based on what each individual animal needs to feel safe and at ease.

About: Hello! I am an experienced, caring, and mature pet sitter and would love the opportunity to care for your beloved furry friends. I've had dogs and cats my whole life and I have cared for pets for neighbors, family, coworkers, and friends. I love creating a fun and nurturing environment where animals can feel happy, safe, and well cared for. Bonus that I am pet first aid certified and very health and wellness conscious. I send daily photos and feedback so that you can be comfortable knowing your little ones are well looked after. I only care for one pet at a time in my home or on a dog walk so he or she will have my full attention! Cat boarding is always available seven days a week (unless I'm watching another pet) but dog boarding and doggie daycare are only available when I am not in the office on weekends and Wednesdays (drop-off available the night before). I am available for dog walks in many San Francisco neighborhoods most days depending on work schedule; you can check my Rover calendar which is kept up-to-date but always feel free to reach out to check on availability! My home is well set up for cat and dog boarding and very safe for both. Cats will not go outside. For dogs I have a fenced-in small patio area and fenced-in large backyard. I live near the Presidio in a nice quiet neighborhood so many opportunities for fun exercise and outdoor time, on a leash, of course, at all times.
