About: Hi! I’m Tracy, a reliable and energetic dog lover based in San Francisco. I’ve grown up around dogs and love getting outside for walks, hikes, and playtime. Whether your pup needs a long adventure, a quick potty break, or extra cuddles while you’re away, I’ll treat them like they’re my own. I’m dependable, communicative, and committed to making sure your pet feels safe, happy, and loved every step of the way. I build my schedule around walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting, which allows me to give each pet my full attention and be punctual and dependable. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, so it never feels like work; it’s one of the highlights of my day. I always tailor my care to each pet’s individual needs and their owner’s instructions. Whether I’m providing walks, drop-in visits, or overnight care, I make sure pets have plenty of exercise, fresh water, meals on schedule, bathroom breaks, playtime, and lots of affection. I pay close attention to their behavior and well-being, keep their environment clean and secure, and provide regular updates with photos so owners know their pets are happy and well cared for while they’re away.

“Claire was great! She met with me and Pierre before hand, he’s a little shy around strangers and he warmed up right away! She was super communicative and helpful! All walks went well!”

“Thank you Olesia for watching our boys! You were absolutely amazing!!! You kept is updated with photos and messages and followed all our instructions perfectly. I know our high energy puppy is a lot of work! Thank you again.”

“Brianna was able to jump into action and help me with our dog last minute when another sitter canceled - she is super attentive and great to work with!”

“We were so thankful to have Genna's help last minute when we needed it. She was super at communicating with us. Pups were so happy to have her hang out and walk with them. We feel so lucky to have found her. Highly recommend and will be reaching out for help again. Thanks Genna!”

“From the very first contact to every walk, Valentina has been extremely responsive, accommodating, and professional. She is super patient with my senior dog, who has several quirks and needs to be hand-fed. She’s responsible and keeps him safe, and I have great peace-of-mind when I’m at work, knowing that she’ll be coming to spend time with him. I recommend Valentina to anyone looking for a fantastic and reliable dog-walker/sitter!”

“Javier was absolutely fantastic with my blind and leash-reactive Winnie. During walks, he took steps to prevent her from lunging at other dogs and eating food refuse on the ground - both of which are very hard to do. He is very knowledgeable about dogs, and it is obvious that he loves them a great deal. He is also extremely caring, responsible, respectful, and trustworthy. There is no one I would trust more to care for my dog.”

About: I've grown up with dogs my entire life and have experience caring for both energetic puppies and senior dogs, so I understand that every dog has different needs. I've also pet sat for several families, giving me experience with dogs of different breeds, personalities, and routines. Whether it's sticking to a feeding schedule, administering extra patience to an older dog, or keeping a playful puppy engaged and active, I'm happy to adapt to what each pet needs. What sets me apart is how much I genuinely love being around dogs. I'm the person who's always saying hello to the dogs before anyone else at a gathering! I treat every pet as if they were my own, making sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you're away. My goal is to give pet parents peace of mind, knowing their dog is receiving attentive, reliable, and loving care. I am currently working part-time remotely on my own schedule, so I am able to care for pets on their owners timing and go for walks whenever is best for the dog. When caring for pets, I always prioritize their safety, comfort, and routine. For walks, I make sure each dog gets the exercise and attention they need while keeping them safe and using positive reinforcement. I pay close attention to their behavior, energy level, and any specific instructions from the owner. For pet sitting, I do my best to maintain the pet's normal routine by following feeding schedules, providing fresh water, giving plenty of playtime and affection, and making sure they feel comfortable while you're away. I understand that every pet is different, so I'm happy to adapt to their individual needs, whether that's extra playtime for an energetic puppy or a slower pace and additional care for a senior dog. I also treat every client's home with the utmost respect, leaving it just as I found it.
About: Hello ! Although I am new to Rover, I've taken care of dogs and cats most of my life and have always had a natural connection with them. When they're in my care I treat them as if they are my own babies. In recent years I have often taken care of my sister's dog Juniper. We have a special bond and she's taught me so much about being a dog aunt :) I helped train her as a puppy and watching her grow up has been a source of so much joy in my life. Many people have observed my warm way with animals especially cats and dogs. I am very attentive and affectionate with them. With that said I also know how to read them and respect their space/needs. I am currently a full time student so I am working mostly gigs. I am attending summer classes through July. I am flexible most of the week including weekends. I am available to dog or cat sit. If your dog or cat has special needs I am able to provide basic support and care. I am also available for dog walking services as well.
About: My name is Grace, and I am a young professional living in the Pacific Heights neighborhood of SF. I have had and taken care of dogs my entire life, and family and friends would describe me as an extremely trustworthy and kind caretaker. I love dogs of all kinds and sizes, and have cared for some pretty rambunctious pups with big personalities in the past, so that does not worry me whatsoever. I would love to have the opportunity to be a part of your dog’s extended family, so please reach out if you’re interested :) I work from home often during the week and have a very accommodating schedule, and if I don’t have plans on the weekends, I am typically available. I also love going on walks and to the park on my own, so it would be even better to have a furry friend to join me! At my current apartment, pets are allowed and welcomed (we have quite a few dogs in the building) and there is a shared outdoor space as well as dog park less than 2 blocks away. At a client’s home, I would thoroughly go through their preferences and daily routine to ensure the dog is as happy and comfortable as possible. I would happily take the dog out for as many walks as desired for any duration of time. I am a very attentive, empathetic, and focused person who would make the dog’s wellbeing and routine the number one priority.
About: Hey, I'm Taylor! Loving animals is not my whole personality, but it's close. I've been taking care of dogs big and small since I was a kid, and done more serious pet sitting and walking for friends & neighbors since 2017. Pictured is Wheezy, the love of my life: a half Boston Terrier half Pitty I rescued around 5 years ago and nursed back to health. Holler with any questions! I am a journalist and work weird hours! Generally available for afternoon and evening walks both week days and weekends on a case by case basis!. I have a fenced garden area where my pup loves to tromp around. I also live very close to Alamo Square Park, where we love to walk and play if you're comfortable with your pup being social. I've trained Wheezy to return when off-leash but never let other pups off leash without owner permission. In the home, I've got a large crate if needed.
“Kadi is so sweet and went out of her way to meet Zoey before walking her for the first time. She is communicative and very knowledgeable of all types of dogs. I felt very safe leaving Zoey in her care!”

About: Saw my childhood dog through 16 full years of life and dogsat many breeds for family and clients over the last 15 years. Volunteer of 2 years at a senior dog rescue and dog body language and safety trained. Experienced with puppies all the way through seniors with special needs such as vision loss, hearing loss, anxiety and medication administration. Happy to provide further references. Work fully remote and make my own hours, so my schedule is highly flexible and I'm home to give lots of attention during the day. No other pets at home, but roommates who will give lots of belly rubs. A stone’s throw from Alamo Square dog park and close to Panhandle and Golden Gate Park for plenty of green space. With remote work, I’m happy to house sit if that would make your pet more comfortable.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Pacific Heights
This was my first time using any kind of pet walking service. But Sabrina made us feel really safe and comfortable with any concerns we may have had. The meet and greet was a 10/10. We were gone most of the evening, so we left her with a key and instructions on how to get to our dog. After doing so, they would go on a walk, and the pictures and videos were awesome! We would definitely use her services again in the future!

David was super prompt, responsive, and thorough in his reports — I so appreciated him being to help out last-minute and providing so much detail & photos of my pup while taking care of him. My dog seemed to love him and I will definitely be rebooking David in the future!

Angela was amazing with my German shepherd mix Momo! She was super responsive, sent a ton of pics, and Momo warmed up to her very quickly. I appreciated how Angela was very receptive to me explaining Momo’s dog reactivity, and she took great care of her during their walks. I absolutely recommend Angela to anyone seeking a fantastic dog walker!
