About: Hi, I'm Melissa! I graduated from Stanford two years ago and now work remotely in San Francisco. I've grown up with pets my whole life, including two pit bull/lab mixes, guinea pigs, and even frogs, so caring for furry friends has always been part of my normal day-to-day. Some facts about me: - When I'm back home in Sunnyvale, you'll usually find me sneaking off with our 12-year-old pup Maddie for long neighborhood walks or a park vacation. She might not look the part, but boy can she spend hours chasing around a tennis ball. - I'm comfortable with dogs of all sizes, from tiny warriors to big, enthusiastic walkers. Maddie is a 60+ lb pit bull mix, so I'm very used to strong and energetic dogs. - I dogsit for my parents regularly in both Sunnyvale and San Francisco, so I've got a solid routine down for feeding, grooming, and walks. - I've lived in North Beach for the past two years and know the area well. Your pup will think they're a North Beach native! - Yes, I am a huge fan of dog hugs and kisses. I currently work remote with a flexible schedule, so I have plenty of time to play with and care for your pet throughout the day. I’m available every day in the afternoons and am very flexible on weekends for longer walks or more involved care. I love taking dogs to the park (Washington Square is a must!) to play fetch, go on nice long walks, or even just listen to music while they sniff around and explore! You can rest assured your dog will definitely get both attention and exercise with me. I always keep dogs within my sight, whether I’m working at the counter or quickly checking my phone, they’re always at least in my peripheral vision. I don’t feed dogs any table or counter food and stick closely to their regular feeding schedule. I also make sure they get routine walks so they can get fresh air, burn energy, and stay healthy. When we’re out, I’m very cautious and keep dogs on leash at all times, and I avoid other pets unless the owner has said their dog is okay socializing. Your dog’s safety and comfort always come first.

About: Hi! I'm an artist working from home who loves spending time with pets and has a little black cat at home. I often pet sit for friends, from short visits to boarding for several days, so I’m very comfortable with daily routines like walks, feeding, playtime, and just keeping pets company so they feel safe and happy. About: I've lived and worked on farms, raising small and large animals, since I was born. Over the years I have trained, worked with, and pet sat dogs of a huge variety of breeds--from Corgis to Great Danes. I like to match a pet's needs-I love an excuse to take a dog for a hike, but I'm also happy to cuddle with a more laid-back, lovey pup. While I am not a veterinarian, I have some history with caring for senior animals and animals with challenging health conditions. I am currently taking a break from full time employment and subletting a room in my friend's apartment in order to visit with some sick family in the Bay Area, so I have unlimited time to spend with your pet. I am a very respectful, clean, and tidy person. I don't make myself too comfortable in anyone's home, and would prefer to take a pup (or just myself) on as many excursions as it makes sense. I am young and active and I love coming back to the Bay Area and really getting out and about (not hunkering down for too long). That being said--if a pet needs more laid back TLC in their own home, I am happy to circle back and check in frequently, as I am always content to get to know a neighborhood better and explore in a close radius to the home.

About: I love dogs and their high energy spirits! I dont currently have my own dog but my family has two dogs (ones a puppy) and I love every moment that I get to spend with them or take care of them for a weekend! I previously adopted pups so I know the stress of leaving your dog in the hands of others! I have experience with senior dogs and medication as well as with puppies with high energy!! I love going on dog walks and just playing around! I work remotely Monday’s and Friday’s I always have free time to care for some fluffy friends on the weekend!! I love any pet like its my own :) I can easily crate a dog if needed when or if I am ever out and not giving your dog my immediate attention! I am always available to take dogs out on a walk or play with them in a yard, etc.
