About: Lifelong dog owner with over 25 years of pet-sitting experience and 400+ volunteer hours at animal shelters. Reliable, attentive, and passionate about every pup. I work from home full-time with a flexible schedule and am available for dog walks and drop-in visits during select weekdays, evenings, and weekends. I love getting outside with dogs and will always make sure your pup gets plenty of exercise, attention, and care. I’ll communicate clearly and send photo updates after every visit so you know they’re in great hands. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I’ll always follow your care instructions, use secure leashing practices, pay close attention during walks, and make sure your pet has fresh water and plenty of affection. I’ll treat your home with respect and keep you updated with photos and notes after each visit so you can have peace of mind. Having cared for dogs my entire life, from running a pet-sitting business for over 10 years to volunteering 400+ hours at an animal shelter, I understand that every dog has different needs and personalities.

“Robert is amazing!!! He stepped right in where I needed him and has settled right in with my two Goldens. He’s patient, caring and attentive and it’s fantastic. Knowing Robert is coming to visit my dogs eases my mind as I know they’re in great hands.”

About: Growing up, my family had 3 cats and 2 dogs. I’ve always been an animal lover. When I was 21, I was in college in New Orleans and I found a stray cat living under my house. When it was time to move, I took her with me and took care of her for years before giving her to my family so she could stay in New Orleans and live with other pets. I’ve volunteered at animal shelters - cleaning play areas, deep cleaning litter boxes, even taking care of kittens. I absolutely adore cats and would love to pet sit for you in San Francisco! I work remotely and have a flexible work schedule so it’s easy to fit in pet sitting. I’m happy to house sit or drop in for visits I can easily come to clients’ homes in SF and take care of cats - breakfast, dinner, play time, etc. I love to spend quality time with cats and play with them as well so they lead enriching lives.
“Maggie is so wonderful with our dog! I am feeling really lucky to have found her. She stayed in our home with our dog while we went on vacation and will walk our dog while we are out of town tonight. Thank you, Maggie, for being so great with Rosco and taking care of our home while we were gone!”

“Irina is my savior! She is wonderful with my dog, Emilio, and I am so grateful to have a lovely, kind, and trustworthy person that I can rely on while I'm at work. It's clear she loves animals and your pet will be in good hands with her :) Thank you, Irina!”

“We asked Lauryn to pop in and take our 2 dogs for a walk a few days this week. She came over for a meet and great which we appreciated. The dogs enjoyed their walks, she was patient with our nervous dog and always on time. Look forward to many more walks. Thanks Lauryn.”

About: I've been volunteering at the senior dog shelter, Muttville, for almost two years now, taking care of dogs of all sizes (from tiny chihuahuas under 5lbs to larger bully breeds!). Every week, I help out in feeding often 30-40 dogs dinner, taking them out on walks, and cleaning up after them as needed. Aside from dogs, I'm also a huge fan of cats and have pet sit a handful of times for friends and coworkers, which has given me experience in caring for both outgoing, cuddly cats and more reserved, independent ones. I'm currently happily unemployed while waiting for my PhD program to begin in the Fall! Looking for a furry friend to spend all this free time with, whether it means joining me on my long walks and occasional runs or just lounging around with a dangling cat toy. From working at Muttville, I have plenty of experience getting in and out of rooms while ensuring the dogs stay only in the spaces they are allowed for their safety. I will do the same during drop-in visits and adhere to any similar rules in the house that are provided
About: I’ve been a dependable dog walker and sitter for friends and neighbors over the past two years, caring for a variety of breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I’m known for being patient, calm, and attentive—especially during walks and potty breaks, where I make sure pets feel comfortable and cared for. 🌱 My love for animals runs deep—growing up, I had a family dog for 12 years. As they aged, I took on much of their senior care, so I understand the tenderness, patience, and consistency needed for older pets. I’ve also supported other families with senior dogs, always adapting to their physical needs and providing gentle companionship. 🫶🏽 What sets me apart is my reliability, soft presence, and genuine connection with animals. Whether your pup is full of energy or slowing down with age, I meet them where they are. Your pet will be treated like family with me—because that’s what they deserve. 💕 I’m currently not working, so I have plenty of time, flexibility, and energy to dedicate to dog walking and pet care throughout the week. Pets come first! 🫶🏽 When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their space safe, familiar, and stress-free. I follow routines exactly as instructed and respect your home as if it were my own. I’m comfortable with crate use and can easily crate your dog if needed. I take time to build trust with each pet, paying close attention to their comfort, boundaries, and energy. Safety, consistency, and clear communication are always my top priorities. 🌱

About: I am a 33 year old animal lover who really enjoys training and playing with pups. I have professional experience working with, walking, grooming, and training dogs, and have monitored upwards of 30 dogs at once working at a dog hotel. Currently, I mostly work from home and have a flexible schedule to be able to meet your pets needs. I've been around animals my entire life and have personal and professional experience caring for dogs with strict medical needs, physical handicaps, and extreme behavior issues. Since I remember how hard it was when I got my first aggressive rescue pup with severe separation anxiety, I am more than willing to work with you if your dog has particular needs that must be met. Working with this dog of mine also taught me tons of training tricks and strategies and I would be happy to work with your dog if you're currently in the process of training or want to add some tricks to their list (one of my dogs could even do yoga on command!). I work from home so I have an extremely flexible schedule. That means I can work out my schedule around the needs of your pet! I like to leave whatever place I enter better than I left it, so I will respect the sanctity of your home! I currently live with a number of animals, some more mischievous than others, so my eye is also consistently looking for hazards that could be accidentally eaten or cause harm. I would keep that up in your home because when I am around your pet they will be my first priority the entire time— receiving all my love and care :)

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Mission
When I first met Muzy, I immediately knew she was good vibes and someone I could trust with my eight-month-old puppy, Elizabeth Taylor. 🐶💕 Elizabeth loved her energy right away, and that made me feel so much more comfortable. It can be scary leaving your dog with someone you don’t know, but I completely trust Muzy. She always keeps me updated with photos and videos whenever she takes Elizabeth Taylor out on a walk, and I can tell that Elizabeth really trusts and loves her too. Muzy is excellent, caring, reliable, and clearly loves animals. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone to take great care of their puppies or other pets! ❤️

I am so grateful for Noah's help walking my dog four times a week, and I wholeheartedly recommend him! He has been remarkably patient with my nervous 11-year-old lab mix, and he's consistently reliable and communicative. Noah is a kind, responsible person and a wonderful choice for your dog-walking needs.
