“David was a reliable walker for our two dogs and took care of their distinct needs. He took the time to learn about our dogs before their first walk which was important for the special care one of our dogs. Would definitely work with David again.”

“Lauren was fantastic - great communication, sent very cute photos, and took our booking on very short notice! Really was a life saver on a day with a last minute schedule change!”

About: I’ve been around Dogs since I was 12 and regularly Dog-sat and walked dogs for family members and friends until I was 21 years old. After graduating from the UW at 21 with a pre-law degree, I adopted my baby girl Dahlia. I’ve become a very proactive and efficient handler since, as Dahlia was adopted from an abusive household. I specialize in reading body language, positive-reinforcement, and am able to handle small to extremely large Dogs since Dahlia is a 90 pound Mastiff mix. I recently moved from Seattle to San Francisco to start law school, and decided it would be best for to leave my Dahlia with my parents, for a better quality of life. It’s my goal to take care of and bring the joy your pets deserve, as I would do for my Dahlia. Currently, I’m a law student in the city and do not work to focus on studying. As a result, my schedule is fairly flexible. I’m able to care for your pets before, between, and after classes. Moreover, I have a both a bicycle and a car so transportation is no issue for me. I have experience with dogs that must be kenneled, dogs that are allowed to sleep in the bed, dogs that must be kept close on a leash, dogs that are allowed to explore on a lead, and all other options in between. I’m able to adapt to every dog’s “rule-set” established by their owner. Whether you’re a laid-back dog parent, or a more strict one; I’m able to adapt to each owners preferences and wishes based on how you treat your furry babies.
“Gabriela walked our dog for the first time today and made us feel extremely comfortable. She was communicative, had tons of experience and got our very shy dog out and returned her home extremely happy. Looking forward to working with Gabriela more regularly!”

“So grateful for Katheryn. She did an incredible job with my dog Clementine. Took such good care of her and gave me a great report after. Will absolutely be booking her again!”

About: I have hands-on experience caring for dogs like my own and a close family dog, both around 2 years old. What sets me apart is the genuine attention and care I give.I treat every dog like they’re my own. I’m patient, responsible, and attentive to each dog’s needs, whether it’s keeping up with their routine, going on engaging walks, or simply making them feel safe and loved. I may not have experience with senior dogs yet, but I’m eager to learn and always committed to providing thoughtful, reliable care. I’m currently studying online (one class only), which gives me a very flexible schedule and plenty of availability. I’m generally available throughout the day, ideally between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. This flexibility allows me to be consistent and reliable for walks, visits, and check-ins, and I can easily adapt to recurring or last-minute needs when possible. At this time, I’m not able to host pets in my own home, so I provide care in the client’s home. I focus on maintaining each pet’s familiar environment, which helps reduce stress and keeps their routine consistent. I always follow the owner’s instructions carefully regarding feeding, walks, and house rules. I prioritize safety, respect the home, and make sure pets feel comfortable, calm, and well cared for while their owner is away. My goal is to provide trustworthy, attentive care so both pets and owners feel at ease.

“Katie was great! She kept in great communication with me for all the walks we had scheduled - and even followed up when my dog didn’t want to come out from under the couch. She was prompt and super sweet with Murphy. I’d highly recommend her and will definitely be using Katie for walks in the future!”

“Maggie saved the day when I needed puppycare for a last minute trip. She went above and beyond spending quality time with Mila and providing detailed updates. Will absolutely book again! Thank you!!”

About: I got my Golden Retriever in 2020, and she's been my best buddy ever since. Caring for an energetic 80-pound dog has taught me how to safely handle large dogs, provide plenty of exercise, and stay consistent with daily routines. My family and I walk her three times a day, so regular walks are already part of my daily life. Because she can be reactive around certain dogs, I've also learned to stay alert on walks, read canine body language, and calmly manage situations to keep everyone safe. I'll care for your dog with the same patience, attention, and love that I give my own. I am currently living in the area through August 5 and have a very flexible schedule. Since I'm not working another job, I'm available for morning, afternoon, and evening visits most days. The only dates I'm unavailable are July 16-19. I have plenty of time to give your pets the attention, exercise, and companionship they deserve. Since I provide care in my clients' homes, I focus on keeping pets comfortable by following their normal routines for feeding, walks, playtime, fresh water, and any special instructions. I treat every pet as if they were my own and always respect my clients' homes by keeping them clean, secure, and exactly as I found them. As a pet owner myself, I know how reassuring it is to receive photos and updates while you're away, so I'll make sure to keep you informed and share pictures of your pet enjoying their time with me.
About: I’d happily take care of your dogs/cats while you’re away. I have lots of experience caring for pets. I’m also happy to follow any specific instructions you may have. I look forward to meeting you! I will have plenty of time to take care of your pets. My schedule is pretty open, so let’s talk more details. Looking forward to it! I can do boarding, house sitting and/or drop-ins/walks. I will always clean up any mess that is made in the house to the best of my ability.
About: I have taken care of dogs since a young age and in the past 7 years have refined my skills. I worked for a notable dog walking company in the city, however I have recently pursed my love for herbalism. That being said I still wish to work with dogs. I promise to provide reliability, safety, and love for you and your fur baby. I currently work part time at a bar usually Tuesday, Friday, Sunday, in the evenings, the shifts are typically 5-6 hours. I also have class Mondays from 10-6. Safety is my top priority for your pet and I will be sure to be vigilant and keep them out of harms way. This I can promise.
About: I am a crazy dog mom. My dog is the light of my life and she is spoiled rotten. I'm the kind of person who will cuddle any dog I can. At a party you can find me hanging out with the dog in the back. I have had my pup for 5 years after getting her from the shelter and I pride myself on being the best dog mom I can. I also have experience fostering a special needs elder dog. If you're looking for someone that will treat your dog with the care and compassion you would I am your girl . My dog is my family and I know yours is probably as well. Please let me know if you have any questions ! I am currently unemployed but I was an accountant before. I want to do Rover because I love dogs and I already am going to the park frequently with my own dog. ( I would take yours separately) I love walking around the city and going to the park and I love dogs. I'm the person that has to say hi to every dog I see. Currently I want to start off by offering in-house sitting only or walks. My dog is very shy so I do not want to stress her with someone in her own. When I take my dog to the park I am like a hawk watching her. I'm hyper vigilant almost to a fault. I want my dog to have a fun time but I also will keep an eye out for any other dogs or issues.
About: Experienced with both outgoing and shy dogs. Will have the patience to get acquainted with your furry friend in the way that's best for them. I'm currently a full-time dog walker, so I'm happy to work with you to give your dog walks, care, or visits whenever you can't. A midday stroll when you're at work is my specialty. I ensure that everything is left where I found it in my clients’ homes. My goal is to provide the care without disrupting your personal space.
About: I'm an athletic single male in my 50s who enjoys caring for dogs of all ages especially small and medium size breeds. I have an array of dog toys - balls, chew, frisbees and live close by several dog parks. I mostly work from home so my schedule's pretty flexible. I also have a vehicle for transporting critters on an as needed basis. There's storage space for kennels and street parking in the neighborhood. I grew-up with animals and especially enjoy the companionship of man's best friend. My apartment building has a dog run in a large shared and spacious yard. I'm a self-employed writer and business advisor mostly working with companies on both coasts so I'm up and working early and late with time during the day. The best time to contact me is early in the evening. My apartment is spacious with room for a small-to-medium size crate and/or sleeping bed. My apartment building has a dog run in a large shared and spacious yard which is especially great for small dogs and puppies.

Wow!! If you are looking for a responsible, responsive and considerate walker, Soomi is by far one of the best walkers I have had the pleasure of working with. She went above beyond her duties, made sure that I got plenty of very cute updates and is so considerate of how my dog is doing as well as being considerate of others while with her. I cannot recommend her enough!

Taylor is easy to work with. She was very kind and patient with our two small timid dogs. They can be shy and bark or hide with strangers. She took the time to build trust with them and get them to play and go on walks. They were happy and tired when I got home. I would definitely hire Taylor again.

We cannot say enough good things about Surekha. Finding someone you trust with your dog is tough, but she made it incredibly easy. She is so genuinely kind and patient, and she has been absolutely wonderful with our mini Aussie. She understands his personality perfectly and tailors her approach to exactly what our pup needs that day. Surekha is dependable, communicative, and just a joy to work with. Highly, highly recommend!
