Recently moved to a place where I can’t have pets, so caring for other people’s fur babies is the next best thing! About: I’m a Mission District dog walker and pet sitter with a flexible remote schedule, and I do Rover in the side because I genuinely enjoy it! I like getting outside and walking with dogs, and I’m just as happy spending a quieter drop-in playing with or simply keeping company with a cat. My style is calm, patient and attentive. I’m comfortable with larger, energetic dogs, including dogs that pull, get excited at the beginning of a walk, or need a little time to settle in. I currently walk two Golden Retrievers on a regular basis. I’m also a longtime cat owner and genuinely enjoy cat care — not just feeding and litter, but playtime, company, and giving shy or older cats the space they need to warm up. I work remotely and have a flexible schedule, which makes it easy for me to fit pet care into my day. I keep my service area fairly local so I can be dependable and on time for regular clients. I’m careful about following each pet’s normal routine and your instructions rather than assuming every animal should be handled the same way. I pay attention to doors, gates, leashes, feeding instructions and anything else you flag for me. I also treat a client’s home respectfully and leave things as I found them. With pets, my style is calm, patient and attentive—I’d rather earn their trust than force an interaction.

About: Hey there, San Francisco! A little about me: I've had dogs all my life and my love of animals inspired me to study veterinary nursing in college (Didn't finish, but walked away with skills regardless!). I'm huge on animal welfare, and work like this does my heart wonders, as I hope my services do for you and yours! I've had plenty of experience fostering puppies/dogs, as well as with kittens/cats and other small animals if you are in need of help with them as well. I have done some behavioral training with my own previous dog. I also have experience and tons of patience with special needs animals, so medication, specific accommodations, etc. shouldn't be a problem! In fact, our little buddies that need a little extra help hold a particularly special place in my ❤️ In addition, I hold a certificate in dog CPR and first aid, as indicated in my pictures. Looking forward to making new friends with y'all! My current schedule is somewhat flexible, with a few gigs here and there. Obviously, the more notice I have, the better. But if I can work with you, I most certainly will! I can be an early riser if needed, but generally I wake up around 10 a.m. on average. I mostly stay up pretty late, so there is that too. Howling at the moon, of course 😜 Typically, I prefer to do a meet and greet before booking any of my services. I want to make sure that we both feel comfortable with the arrangement and that I can successfully meet your expectations. The more information I have before booking and before the service begins, the better. You'll see that I am highly communicative and send way too many pictures lol! It's important to me to be fully transparent and to be able to reinforce the trust that has been given to me. I understand the importance of our animals and how preciously we want them to be cared for. Whenever and wherever possible, I always try and go above and beyond. Should you need any services that would involve my home, I live in a studio apartment in The Mission near 25th & Mission. Not a huge space, but definitely not a shoebox either. Big enough for me to feel nice and comfy, with room to spare for visitors, especially yours 😉 I don't have a yard, but I do have a gated back patio. There are some general, common animal care supplies at my place. I'm happy to send some pics if it helps to assess whether what I can offer is adequate for you! Please, ask as many and all questions that you would like. My phone is always on and nearby, should there be anything needed to be communicated. I'm pretty open, I can bend, and whatever the case, if I can, I'm more than happy to work with you with whatever situations or circumstances that might be needed to be taken into consideration. I teach yoga classes, so I am pretty fit and strong, but I generally set my dog size limit at 25 lbs and under. But each situation and dog is different, so again, whenever possible, I'll work with you if I can!

About: Hi! My name is Ceci! And I come with 7+ years of professional pet care under my belt, but I have been caring for animals all of my life! I am fear free and pack pro certified! I have experience with doing Oral and topical medications for dogs and cats! I do have a full time job 35 ish hours a week but I am mobile so I do go home mid day so pup can use the potty (I have a fenced in back yard) and be active and enriched until I get home for the day and the rest of those hours in a day are free roaming my home! I do have crates for unattended long periods of time. Dogs: my home is their home while under my care! They get treated as my own free range of the home when I’m home and can watch them, during long period of unattended time I do have crates for pups that REQUIRE meaning if they have a hard time self regulating or chew things while unattended if not they do get to free roam and have access to to beds and couches. Cats: for cats I provide house visits and I do have a cat at home and he’s quite possessive over his home with other cats. He is great with dogs (he was raised by a lab and I’m sure thinks he’s a dog)

My last dog, Ola, was a golden retriever who lived a wonderful 14 years, and losing her made me realize just how much animals have shaped my life. For me, pet sitting isn't just about making sure your pet is fed and cared for — it's about getting to know *them*. I love learning their personalities, earning their trust, and figuring out the little things that make them happiest. Whether that's playing fetch, going for a long walk or hike, or simply hanging out together, I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. I've also had experience caring for pets who need a little extra patience and attention. I cared for Ola through her final days when she was no longer able to walk, and I've also cared for dogs recovering from injuries. Those experiences taught me to be especially attentive to an animal's comfort, routine, and individual needs, and I'll bring that same care and sensitivity to your family member. I work on a hybrid schedule, which makes it easy for me to spend extra time with pets on my remote-working days. I love the routine that comes with caring for an animal — their walks, meals, playtime, and excitement about the smallest things have a wonderful way of bringing structure and joy to my day. Your pet isn't just an animal I'm looking after — they're a little individual with their own quirks, preferences, and personality. I'd love the chance to get to know yours! I work a hybrid schedule with 2 days in/office and 3 days remote, so I have lots of time to shower your pet with attention, play and cuddles. On the days I’m out of the house, I’m home by 6PM because I hate the idea of a pet waiting too long for company. Since all I need is WiFi to get my work done, I’m also happy to spend the day at your home so your furry friend never has to be alone. My two bedroom apartment has plenty of cozy lounging space and I’m just an 8 minute walk from the park, so walks are quick, easy and never feel like a chore. Even when I don’t have a pet with me, I love stepping outside for a little fresh air during breaks, coffee runs or just to stretch my legs. Getting to share that time with a pet by my side is honestly one of my favorite parts of the day.

About: I’m happiest exploring the hills and beaches around the Bay—and everything is better with a dog! I’d love to give your pup a fun, attentive adventure while getting us both plenty of fresh air, exercise, and beach time. I also love hanging out with older dogs doing quiet meditative sniff walks around the neighborhood, doing doggy massage, and gentle play. I love dogs and cats but am currently in housing that isn't open to pets so it's medicine for my heart to get to hang out with your family four legger. I am a middle school classroom teacher with 5 years of experience in SF classrooms. I'm taking a year off from the classroom, applying to programs, and am trying to support myself in a gentle way that helps me connect and stay fit. I'm working part-time as a zoom host for my Zen community but have wide availability for dog walking and pet sitting. I treat every client’s home with care and respect, and I follow all instructions closely—including feeding, fresh water, medications, routines, and house rules. I make sure pets feel safe and comfortable, keep doors and gates securely closed, clean up after them, and send regular photo updates so you know they’re happy and well cared for.

About: I've been caring for, staying with, and walking dogs for around 15 years now! In those years I've had experience with dogs ranging from true puppies, to a few senior dogs, a few needing some extra in-home medical attention, to those with near endless energy and a need to be doing and going almost all the time. I would love to get to care for your furry friend of family member, and as a dog mom myself I hope I can make you feel as comfortable as I always hope to be when I've had to leave him in someone else's hands, whether that's for a week or just an afternoon walk! I currently work east coast hours, so I can be free starting around 2pm every weekday, and can be flexible if needed and with a bit of heads up! Weekends I can and will dedicate totally to your pet if you need, and overnight stays are totally doable as I work remote so really anywhere with reliable Internet works for me, and I always love having a furry coworker with me! I understand it can be tough to be away from your pet, and so I genuinely hope to give them as much love as you would while you're gone. If you're just looking to have someone check-in for walks and/or meals I would love to be a friendly face who breaks up some of the time alone for them, and if you're needing a more long term solution I will do everything I can to make sure you feel like you have a sitter who's following your instructions to make sure your pet is getting the same kind of love you'd give them yourself!
