“Henri had a great weekend at Paulina’s! She came out to greet us and then took the leash and introduced Henri to her home-he was so comfortable with her from the start. Our dog has hardly been away from us in his 7 years and I was a little nervous about leaving him with someone new, but I soon realized I had nothing to worry about. Paulina is a very relaxed person and sent updates and adorable photos each day. It made me happy to see him look so at home with her. Don’t let her lack of a backyard discourage you-Henri was happy and tired when we picked him up. We will call on her whenever we need a dog sitter for when we visit our daughter in SF. Paulina was an absolute lifesaver and we are so happy to have found her!”

Nora is incredibly nervous and shy around new people, but they were patient and gentle with her and were able to get her to relax and trust them over the course of just a short stay. We are often nervous leaving Nora with someone new, but Cristina and Ernesto eased our concerns, and it was clear from the start how committed they were to giving Nora (and us) a positive experience, including thoroughly reading through our notes ahead of time.
