Paulina is a very relaxed person and sent updates and adorable photos each day. It made me happy to see him look so at home with her. Don’t let her lack of a backyard discourage you-Henri was happy and tired when we picked him up. We will call on her whenever we need a dog sitter for when we visit our daughter in SF. Paulina was an absolute lifesaver and we are so happy to have found her!”

“I planned a week long trip and was desperate to find someone to take care of my puppy, Biscuit. I looked everywhere for a place good enough to take care of my baby. I even ruled out most of my friends and family because they wouldn't have enough experience to be a good sitter. I looked at kennels but I didn't want him to be caged up for such a long time. Her profile was the most comprehensive and well thought out so gave her a call to set up a meeting. We met at dog park which I was a little nervous about because Biscuit is pretty scared of other dogs. Allison's dog Moses was very social and really good with him so I was relieved. Allison and her husband Gordon were also great. They asked a lot of questions and wanted to make sure that they kept Biscuits on his regular routine. On the trip Allison sent about 7 or 8 pictures every other day and let us know how he was doing. That is a big plus and really put me at ease so I could enjoy my vacation. He looked like he was having such a good time I was worried that he would want to stay. I highly recommend Allison as a sitter and would definitely use her services again soon.”

Nothing but rave reviews for Rachel and Ryan. They took exceptional care of my rescue tripod. Immediately, I could tell that Rachel and Ryan had a genuine love of animals and lots of dog ownership knowledge. Despite having an urgent last-minute flight home, I felt completely reassured boarding my sometimes nervous/anxious dog with them. They shared so many wonderful updates and photos during Joon’s stay. With other Rovers, I’m often staring at my phone anxious for updates but I never worried with Rachel and Ryan. Charlie and Bonnie were wonderful companions for my pup, Joon, who does not have a lot of other doggy friends to play with! Everyone made Joon feel right at home. Cannot recommend boarding with Rachel, Ryan, Bonnie and Charlie enough!
Stephanie and Matthew took great care of Kira, were accommodating in pick up and drop off, and were communicative with updates about her when we were away. They seem to be very responsible pet parents and Kira enjoyed her time with them and Heath. Would love to work with them again!
If you want complete peace of mind, hire Viktoriya. She was phenomenal with Ivy, sending constant updates and taking her on multiple long walks daily. She was so attentive to Ivy’s needs and made sure she was totally comfy on the sofa or bed. Ivy felt such an instant connection with her that when I dropped her off, she didn't even look back at me. Nicole was the perfect sitter for our senior golden retriever! We've used Rover many times, and Nicole stands out as the best. We had complete confidence that our dog was well taken care of and adored while we were away. Nicole went above and beyond to work with us on an unusual dropoff situation we had to coordinate through a friend while we were out of town, and gracefully handled a tense dog interaction at the park that not everyone would manage so well. She was easy to communicate with and very prompt to reply, and kept us up to date with pictures and videos of how our dog was doing. We will happily trust Nicole with our dog again in the future!

When Winter got sick during his stay (and we were out of town), we were so grateful how Clarice took care of him, bringing him to the vet and hospital and checking in on him during the whole experience. She was great about communicating with us during the whole experience and she treated our Winter like he was her own dog... we could tell how much she cared.
Anne Marie hosted my dog Ava for just a day/night, but it was long enough to show she's a great host and caretaker. She took Ava out on a bunch of walks and sent some great photos. Ava was clearly having a blast. Anne Marie took care to learn all about Ava's idiosyncrasies. And when Ava was whining at night over not being let into the bedroom, Anne Marie went and slept next to her on the couch. Above and beyond! Thanks Anne Marie! I hope Ava gets to stay over again.
Celina was really amazing through our entire process of reaching out and boarding my 3 year old dog reactive Shepard mix. We went with a full week and through that Celina was amazing by prioritizing safety and comfort for both my pup and I. Our dogs looked like they were having the time of their lives staying with Angel! He took them out on a bunch of outdoor activities and seems to be a dog whisperer since even our dog Misty who prefers being pouch carried rather than on the ground was doing great walking with him! Really amazing 🥰
