1. Lolita T.
“Lolita was absolutely amazing! Our dog Gidget had an amazing time staying with her, Lolita was excellent at communicating. Because of her fast and clear communication, she jumped in to literally save us when we we were on our way to the airport and our scheduled sitter cancelled. She was amazing! She will be our first call the next time we need a dog sitter. I wish I could give 10 stars!”
2. Renee & Christopher L.
“Renee and Christopher took great care of Bosco! They shared updates and pictures everyday, and were so accommodating on such a last minute basis. Their two dogs are so sweet and have they have a great setup for dogs, which Bosco clearly loved! Thank you both!!”
3. Bruce P.
“Bruce was great with my energetic puppy - he has a really big outside space that Otis could roam around in and there were several other dogs he could play with. Otis came home happy and tired out! Bruce sent me updates while I was away so I was reassured that all was well. Thanks so much!”
4. Jose T.
“Jose was fantastic! Our border collie mix loved staying with him, and he was super great about dealing with our dog’s last minute injury the day before we left on our trip which resulted in our dog having to wear a cone + take daily meds. He kept us updated daily and I can tell my anxious dog loved him because she came home so calm and mellow! Highly recommend and we will definitely be booking again with him!”
5. Sam G.
“1000000/10 I’ve never felt more confident and comfortable leaving my guy with someone! He had a few accidents and they were completely professional in the way they handled it. Could not recommend more”
6. Randy A.
“Randy was an absolutely wonderful caretaker for my corgi, Chunks. A day before his stay, we discovered a foxtail in Chunks’s paw, and he needed antibiotics and special care. Randy took care of administering the medication and keeping Chunks’s paw clean, which was so helpful and appreciated. We loved the picture updates Randy sent, and we could tell that Chunks was having a blast! Thank you Randy for everything!”
7. Mark M.
“Mark was fantastic - a great first experience leaving my SUPER anxious/special needs dog with someone new. Mark sent photo updates multiple times a day which always brought a smile to my face and let me know that Roo was doing well. She came home calm and anxiety-free which was a telling sign of Mark’s attentiveness to Roo. When her harness wasn’t working (a fault of my own) he got creative and made sure she was secure using other harnesses he had. He took her out for walks, car rides, and let her sunbathe on the deck- all of which she loved. I would most certainly recommend Mark to anyone with a smaller, female dog who is prone to anxiety and needs extra attention.”
8. Christine & Mark C.
“Christine and Mark were so great with my little old dog. He was so happy with them that I was concerned he wouldn’t want to come home to me. Thank you so much for all the TLC!”
9. Jamie Y.
“Jamie was fantastic! She was very kind and accommodating and our dogs were very happy in her care. It is always hard to leave our dogs, but with Jamie available to take them in, it is as easy as it gets! A million stars! :)”
10. Cindy Y.
“Cindy was very thoughtful in getting to know our young dog who’d had a difficult experience last year in a boarding facility. Mittens settled in with her like one of the family & Cindy sent us a diary & photos each day. We highly recommend Cindy & will bring Mittens to her again if the need should arise.”
11. Dayquan J.
“My pup had a great time boarding with Dayquan! He’s usually very anxious in new environments, but Dayquan was very calm and accommodating at the introduction, so it was a seamless handoff for boarding. When I returned, my dog was all smiles and very playful! Glad I found someone I can trust with my fur baby while I’m away.”
12. Laura S.
“Laura has taken care of Luna a handful of times and now Luna runs to her! She is very communicative and sends daily pictures of their walks together. I’m so thankful I found her. Will continue to have her watch Luna.”
13. Ingyin M.
“Seems like Carrot had a great time with Ingyin and her pups! My dog can be very shy but she warmed up to Ingyin very quickly and she looked very happy in all the photos / videos I received. I would definitely book with her again. Thank you!”
14. Jaden L.
“Jaden is one of the best rover sitters I've ever booked. You can tell he really cares about dogs. He took amazing care of Lizzy, sent a lot of great videos and photos of her playing with his Corgi. When Lizzy got sick, he was great at taking care of her. He made us feel so relaxed and comfortable on our vacation, we weren't worried the slightest. We'll never hesitate to book Jaden again.”
15. Kami S.
“Kami is the best. She's kind, knowledgeable, friendly. Our husky stayed overnight and he had a great time. We are definitely using her again!”
16. Ashma B.
“Highly recommend Ashma! Our pup is anxious with new sitters, but he had a great time. She really is a dog whisperer! We got a lot of great photos and videos of Mikey while we were away. Very responsive and professional. Mikey will definitely visit Ashma again!”
17. Maria C.
“Maria was so awesome with my pup. Sent photos to check in with us and gave us a run down when we picked her up over everything that happened. When my dog first goes over to a new place to be watched she takes a day of striking and not eating before she gets comfortable. Maria made it a priority to get her to eat so sprinkled on my tasty treats so she was more enticed to eat! She also played with some dog friends while over at Maria’s as well which is great. Always good to get a little play time in. I will definitely be using Maria again! I was not worried at all being away from her for 8 days. It was also great I did not need to bring over all her things, bed, crate, dog bowls, etc. It made the pick up and drop off even easier! Thank you Maria!”
18. George & Ludmila A.
“George and Ludmila took incredible care of our sweet Rudy for 2 weeks this June. He was well cared for and loved just as if he were at home with us! Long walks every day, cuddles and comfort in the evenings. They understood his sensitive dog needs. We felt 100% at ease knowing he was safe and happy. If you are looking for sitters who treat dogs like family, look no further than George and Ludmila.”
19. Alex W.
“Best Rover experience we have had to date! Our dog was so happy the whole time, taken on so many great adventures around SF and we received some adorable pictures of him. Alex and Chowder are amazing hosts and we will definitely be booking with them again!”
20. Erica C.
“Erica and her daughter were so sweet to our elderly pup! He got along swimmingly with their sweet baby and it appeared they had a great time playing and snuggling. Thank you for providing so many updates and pictures of their time together. Gus came home happy and relaxed, which doesn’t always happen when we leave. Thank you Erica! :)”
